Looking forward to Monday's earnings. This stock looks a lot better than some of the other crap I have had money in, although mcig served me well when I got out @ .426 ... topped out near .50 Hopefully I can get some favorable results on this one as well.
My Old Domain Up For Grabs
Yes, it does. Takes you directly to a dead end, just as all of Desmond Fargo's 'Insta-Blogs (Not An Article) tend to do.
It is not the insiders that should be the greatest area of concern at this stage of the game when it comes to dumping shares.
It has already been shown through SEC filings that Between Chabaan and Thomas there has been well over $8 - $10 million dollars worth of shares dumped. That is the CEO and VP mind you. That is a non issue now as it is clear that they have shown very little faith in their own companies future.
What you should be more concerned with, and that which you will not or can not know until filed in a 8-K or 10K, is the folks like R. Hamdan (H&H and Oracle) and J. Scott Watkins (JW Financial) dumped.
JW Financial (J. Scott Watkins of Canton, Ga.) had 122 million shares that over the course of this year he could dump without ever having to file anything with the SEC.
@ .05 / share average that comes out to about $11 million dollars worth of stock that I believe has been dumped by J. Watkins alone. I also believe that is part of why you, as a shareholder, has seen your share price drop over the past month or two from .07 or .08 to what it is now.
I think R. Hamdan's past record and current SEC charges pending alone, should indicate to anyone, that has even a partially open mind, that dumping his 12.5% company ownership, all in Restricted Shares with a par value of .001, either through him directly or through the companies he is the listed (and only one listed) principle, that being H&H and Oracle.
But all this gets clouded by pumpers such as Desmond Fargo through his irrational insta-blogs which are touted as gospel by the biggest losers holding shares right now. They would rather see others go down with the ship as well so they do not look quite as gullible.
But hey, it's your money, you can burn it, throw it away, give to charity, buy into a failing company, or anything else you want to do with it. But you should at least acknowledge some facts that are indisputable based on SEC records alone. Instead, stick your head in the sand and call yourself an Ostrich. Your decision.
The analysts did a much better job when they were on Cocaine.
Absolutely. However when having a discussion that entails two different sectors, one agricultural and one industrial, I think it would be much wiser to characterize as a "sector".
But here is the definition, and apparently Lakeshore seems to agree with this definition:
"in·dus·try
Economic activity concerned with the processing of raw materials and manufacture of goods in factories."
"in·dus·tri·al
Of, relating to, or characterized by industry."
But I understand completely that any bagholders are going to pull a Bill Clinton and "It depends on what the definition of is, is?"
I would be clinging to any thread of hope and defending to my last breath too if I had lost over $80k like some.
I see by your post that you agree with the zoning vote - Industrial vs Agricultural zoning.
You did not interpret Warren Buffett even remotely accurately if that is what you think his philosophy is.
Buffett has NEVER said go out and find a stock that has dropped 25% day one then 51% (so far ) day two.
Buffett says that if everyone is flocking to a stock (which is the cult mentality this stock has had for nearly a year) then he STAYS AWAY from that stock and buys where other people are not interested based upon financials and fundamentals.
This company has no Revenue. This company has no product. This company has nothing more than an egotistical crook for a CEO and a building built on his brothers land zoned agricultural.
It is people JUST LIKE YOU that are to blame for all these other people 'hanging in there' and losing everything!
Since I started writing this it is now down 55% today. It is a stock that should have been sub penny long ago.
I don't have a problem. If you are holding shares, looks like you have a problem. A BIG PROBLEM.
Good Luck!
Owe I did my DD. Chabaan only ever mentioned the group once and that was by slip of the tongue.
I think possibly you might need to do some DD.
FITX Financing
Ironic that this company (I use that term loosely) is "the only transparent MMJ company out there" yet shareholders are still clueless as to where the 'supposed' capital investment came from.
I asked Desmond Fargo three or 4 questions regarding his claim of company being transparent. The above was one of them.
He deleted my comment instead of educating me as to just how transparent the company actually is.
Questions must have been to difficult to answer.
Down the drain it shall flow.
Not sure but I expect a 'drive by' shooting everyday here at my house since I live so close to the previous mentioned. I keep a .45 ACP next to my desk and 9mm on person. It can be dangerous exposing these fraudsters.
Especially when they have money.
Bill is not the only player here. I hear over and over again that Bill Chabaan made out like a bandit.
Well he did, however Jeff Thomas has made over $4.9 million gross on his sales of restricted shares. Everyone seems to consider him an innocent bystander. He is a crooked as the day is long as well.
Just think how much of your money R. hamdan took through Oracle and H&H ...
Just think how much money you poured into the hands (bank account) of J. Scott Watkins (JW Financials) in Canton, Ga. He held 222 million shares.
And that would be the reason all the citizens against the CEN facility were applauding the decision?
That would be why the guy in the red shirt with This Earlier Exchange was thanking the town council after the meeting?
And that would be why This Council Woman Was Happy After The Vote?
Here is what happened. There was/is/never was any "grandfathered in". That was Bill Chabaan's words and not the town council nor the Mayor.
Up for vote was either require AGRICULTURAL ZONING changes to move the minimum distance from 150m to 300m OR require MMJ facilities/companies to operate under INDUSTRIAL ZONING.
They chose to go with the latter. ANd since all the spinners here are trying to say "we were grandfathered in" or the "we are zoned INDUSTRIAL". You are wrong.
Quote last press release: "We have agricultural zoning. Marihuana is a plant."
Now that means that either Chabaan and crew has to work some sort of miracle and have the land they are on rezoned to Industrial or they have to move to a Industrial Zoned Area.
Spin all you want. That is the wqay it is.
What? Hahaha!
"We have agricultural zoning. Marihuana is a plant." From your own article posted.
That is what I intended to do. Bust up the MM NITE who has it locked. I was going to give it a last minute buy order at $1.40 and raise it again before the bell.
I got a phone call and therefore distracted. ;)
I predict $1.40 on close today.
Anyone want to lay odds?
Can you explain that comment further?
There are buyers and sellers but none that were serious. The spreads for a few days were outrageous.
Trading today, not much, but some. The spread would suggest a great amount of limit orders of those in no hurry to buy and only a few willing to sell at current share price. As you said ... Waiting. Most holders seem to be in a holding pattern for expected news very soon.
This is where the 20mm came from according to Chabaan. Global Holdings International - An Offshore (Isle of Man) investment house/offshore banking.
Picon,
I admire your tenacity to stick with this stock and to remain positive throughout the course. I am curious as to a couple points:
1.) If one were to go back through your post history (and not to single you out as there are many others as well), on either this board or that other one, would it be a fair assumption that you have said on numerous occasions such optimistic statements as "weeks not months" or "a few days"?
2.) If the price of this stock only ever reached a 52 week high of .11, and that being after bad press releases inaccurately stated that the company had all license requirements to grow and market MMJ, what do you base news tomorrow of a license bringing the stock up to $2.00/share?
3.) Another company just received a second license, has been growing under the first license, and only jumped approximately 7.5% or so and then settled back about 4% .... Why would FITX jump from .05 to 2.00 based solely on a license?
Sincere questions because I just can not understand it.
Thanks.
With all due respect, and considering I have no clue who you are as well as you have no clue as to who I am, I must say that you should ease up with the pumping of $MDCN.
I have avoided posting anything here based on your ad nauseam stream of cheerleading pumps that, to me, border on irresponsibility.
There is not much discussion that takes place on this board for $MDCN, or this stock anywhere for that matter, and when one stumbles upon your pumping it is counter productive.
I congratulate you on your position of over $135k being tied up in a OTC penny stock. I congratulate you even further for it to be tied up in $MDCN.
But let us be real here. Posts such as "From a good source" or "Final, Complete and Imminent Release" are, to me, reasons for one to run like hell in the opposite direction from any security. Hence, counter productive.
Once again, I say this with no malice or ill intent, and only offer this as advice. Take it or leave it. It is your call.
You are talking about a company that has a history of issuing PR about the previously released PR, yet are silent on that news. Hahahaha!
A hypothetical (or is it) for all those wishing to increase their position, or stay long on $FITX.
What if, you had the opportunity to talk with a member of the BOD's, and during the conversation it was stated by that BOD member; "Would I buy shares in FITX? No I would not."
How would you perceive that?
Maybe so. I hope your right.
But lets face reality here. Sirius/XM has Howard Stern (and many others) and ACTUALLY NETS A PROFIT
Microsoft has Bill Gates AND ACTUALLY NETS A PROFIT.
Creative Edge Nutrition has Bill Chaaban (who?) and they are in the red every quarter.
For the time being; you are comparing apples to oranges.
But keep the faith. I will too.
You're not going to see anything massive happen to the PPS even if and when they are approved for the license, in my opinion.
When FITX submitted the application, according to the Shareholders Open House a while back, the question was posed to the executive management and the response was that in order to submit the application they had to put some quantity down for that question; they could not leave it blank.
They did not just arbitrarily pick a number but estimated what a facility that would meet the proposed planning would be able to produce and that is how the 1.3 million lbs originated.
If HC inspects the facility and it meets the requirements why would they not let them grow the projected production on the license application?
fitx.today
The last trade of Buy 420 shares was me. lol
Looks like another fitx.today Open strong, loose momentum, stall, gain back at the bell. Maybe.
Last I remember they use to refer to that as a Phone Book!
Absolutely a serious question. Why would it be considered otherwise.
I own a piece of property and you say that it is definitely YES that you can get arrested for trespassing on your property.
As a shareholder of a company you do own a part of that company as well as it's assets, No?
Maybe there is a Canadian / American disconnect here in the interpretation of my question.
I have often wondered about that - trespassing that is.
Can you really be arrested for trespassing on property that you jointly own?
Hmmm. ?
I see this 'MM' term all the time but I do not know what is means. Could you please inform me?
