Although this is not uncommon in a penny stock or a company in it's infancy, anyone that thinks Bill Chabaan finally ceased threatening people over Social Media was because of the BOD's might be surprised that he may have listened to their pleas and taken them under advisement, he was in no way obligated to follow through.

In a phone call with John Germaniro on August 6th 2014, I was asked by him if I thought, as a shareholder, they would get a MMPR license. I responded by stating that YES EVENTUALLY but only if they can get Chabaan under control. I said Bill Chabaan comes off as an arrogant bully and it is no wonder they were facing so much resistance, based simply on Chabaan's arrogance.

John said that I needed to speak with Bill because he was not anything like he was being perceived (by me and others) in his comments. I then asked, well what happens if he decides to go rogue again (this was when they finally got him to lessen his presence on Social Media), can't the BOD's get rid of him for the good of the company?

Answer: No, it was not possible since he had 1,000,000 Preferred Class A stocks that carried a voting right of 5,000:1 without the need for conversion for voting rights.

Some will claim, "You didn't talk with John G." or "You're delusional". So be it. Believe what you want for I and John G. both know the truth to that claim.

And if I were trying to deliver a devastating blow to FITX out of spite, believe me when I say that I was privy to much more critical info than reported here.

Just food for thought. The indicators, track record, and history of who dumped what will be released with yearly filing. Just to help prove my point; $10 says they will not be audited by Deloitte as promised long ago.
