By my estimate the dividend should be $2.70 plus. Retained after tax judgement of .30/share. Plus cash on hand plus enterprise value. $3.02 minimum.
Amen. Still accumulating here. $2.92/share in cash--pipeline is free.
Looks like the first shoe (bankruptcy court) will drop. Final SC judgement and we should see $3 very quickly!
Proceedings went well. That's the reason for the jump. You can view on Livestream.
Purchased more today. The price is roughly equal to Sigas cash on hand.
DSC scheduled October verbal arguments. They have afforded both sides 20 minutes to present. The case is being heard by the full court. Their ruling should come by the end of yr. in bankruptcy court Siga reported significant progress, I think that's October too.
Remember PIPs settlement was $3.18/share based on Parsons ruling, interest continues to accrue, and PIP has about .25/share in cash.
Look for the reverse split next to improve share price to .01
Still looking for an August ruling. Then only bankruptcy court left, where Siga may have cash to pay claim. Hearing there today, (bankruptcy)on whether Siga officers can get bonus. Hopefully they won't get it and there will be more pressure to settle. A little more patience...
Ruling should be coming within 30 days from DSC. That ruling should amt to $3/share.
Longtime holder, since Immunotive but I'm out. Thought Pilus had a chance, it's obviously a casualty of no funds. Not too interested in the rest of the company.
Good luck to all. I've enjoyed the comments of the long time posters on this board!
It was nice of Mr. Shaw to respond. If you think that is a big salary, DD on average salary for Cornell grad who is VP of a company.
In the end the success of the company matters, and executives should be paid as caretakers/leaders of the company!
Thanks Seth
CFO bought 25,000 shares. That's a very good sign!
I dont know if siga share holders understand the appeal to SC. It is not a retrial, they can only appeal the dollar amount.
They already took a charge for 175 million. Pip will probably seek control of all of siga, or agree to profit share
$1 share at pe of 20 is earnings of .05 x 800 million =40 million profit 50% margin is revenue of 80 million.
If this company gets to 100m we will be fine
Good luck to all. Siga can run, but they can't hide forever.
Maybe Stella is about to buy more shares...
It's just end of year tax loss selling.
Barkeloo's academic background is vastly inferior to Stella's. I am sure he finds it intimidating.
All about the dollars. He has a new suitor for his products. BTW last interview I saw, the Germ key was not completed.
Been with this company since it was Immunotive. Love to see the volume! When you get triple volume, particularly over multiple days, good things happening!
800m shares weighing down boat as is a lack of fuel. Something's afoot with Honeywood deal, must be another shoe to drop. a little revenue would go a log way.
Presentation from Dr. May
Hang in my fellow Taugs, I've held for 2 years. The biggest mistake will be to sell too soon. Accumulate more if you can. Any revenue at all and this company is worth a quarter.
I couldn't disagree more. There is no evidence at all that the process he describes works. It is an opinion nothing more.
I mean study instead of student, occupational hazzard
That's the purpose of the student in the Cincy sewer department. It's my understanding (limited) that other systems may use electricity to activate the bactobots. The best indicator that it works is that the EPA is working with the company, and the CEO of the company has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Harvard. Realistically, she is capable of evaluating the science, as is the EPA. When the science is proven, the company will be worth a lot more. Remember that they hope that the bactobots will work in nuclear power plants too.
I have been an investor in this company for a couple of years now and am very familiar with the immunovation company. This company is run by a convicted felon, convicted of securities fraud. It is not a credible company. If they could get anything of value for their stake that would be great, but they won't it's worthless.
The value of this company is 1/3 marijuana, and 2/3 Pilus energy. Doc Green will obviously expand into other states, and as mj is legalized, it will continue to grow. If Pilus can be a success, and I believe it will good time will follow. If the nuclear bots work, then the sky's the limit.
Thanks for the info on Cambrian innovation, I see that they do basically what Pilus has proposed. This adds significant credibility to the process working. Now that we know it works, this is the only avenue for investment! Thanks, you provided credibility to the theory, and to a business model that works!
So glad I found this site. I've been a holder since it was immunovative. About 2 years. They still own 10% of the Israeli company. Good comments about the qualifications of the management.
Here's the thing, if the bactobots work, as in the sample, we are all going to be very wealthy. I would guess that just as in a pharma company--they need to do a study. Those results would send this stock doubling/tripling--but if it works in a large study, it could generate a billion dollars a year with 551m shares--that's easily $10-$20/share.
If you look at the qualifications of the management--you have to believe there is a significant chance to work.
Don't sell too soon, hold onto this one. It has the potential to be a life changer.
