This is a great time to get some cheap shares. Buy on the dips. NDEV is set to take off very soon, IMO. This could very well be the last chance to get in this cheap. Uplisting is imminent.

A few days old, but a good read: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/02/28/gary-johnson-cpac_n_6776314.html
Not sure where they get the idea about the ticker symbol?
In my opinion, most pot stock investors are pathetically impatient and, as a result, will never make any money at all. MDCN has had some tough luck, but it's ridiculous to call it a pump and dump.

$CANL is on the move again! Excellent volume today too. Best since December 5.
Excellent news! CBDS is on the move. I suspect this is just the beginning of what's coming.
From the 8-K (http://biz.yahoo.com/e/150226/cbds8-k.html):
“Another thing that distinguishes this product from others is precision dosing,” said former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson, President and CEO of Cannabis Sativa, Inc. and Hi Brands International, Inc. “For the first time, consumers can enjoy the benefits of this remarkable, naturally-occurring oil legally and with complete confidence that their dosage is precise and that they are receiving the maximum possible benefit from every capsule.”"
"“Consumers won’t have to pay a premium for this premium product,” said Cannabis Sativa Chairman, Steven Kubby. “It’s our desire to bring the blessing of CBD Oil to the masses at a price point that will encourage daily consumption. Our customers may well be ingesting the most tried, tested, proven and overly-scrutinized CBD Oil supplement in the nutraceutical industry, but that’s what our company is all about. We’re excited to enter the CBD Oil arena with a strong product and, arguably, the strongest branding in the marketplace.”"
WAYNE'S WORD blog: Pot talk at CPAC
"Johnson said marijuana, if discovered in the Amazon today "would be hailed as one of the greatest discoveries of all time." He believes it is a safe alternative to more dangerous narcotic pain killers.
Based on applause, CPAC attendees disproportionately sided with Johnson. That means Buerkle may be right about the growing acceptance of marijuana among conservatives."

Excellent!
I spoke with the CEO of NDEV, Mr. Frank Labrozzi, late yesterday. They are absolutely going to uplist to OTCQB still, and very soon. In fact, the Form 10 is essentially complete. He apologized for the delay. The amount of paperwork required was beyond what their team expected, forcing them to retrieve data all the way back to 1996 (19 years!). There are just a few other open items which are being resolved now. It was clear that there is a lot of energy and excitement behind the scenes of NDEV--even from speaking with the administrative assistant (who was very positive and helpful). The continuing feedback he’s been getting from a variety of different sources has been overwhelmingly positive and it has been an ongoing source of encouragement to their team. I mentioned the problem with the “News and Press” page and it has already been fixed: http://www.ndev.biz/news-and-press/ Looks like this is going to be a really great company, but it is also clear that this is really only the very beginning. I think a little patience is going to pay off in a very big way on this one! In the short term, the imminent uplisting is going--in my opinion--to take this stock well over the 52-week high--but maybe even closer to a dollar.

Gary Johnson in GANTDaily:
What’s the conservative pot position?
"Pro-pot libertarian Gary Johnson, who ran for president on that party’s ticket in 2012, did his best to frame the issue in conservative terms. “It’s personal responsibility, it’s individual freedom,” Johnson said Thursday onstage at CPAC."
"Johnson repeatedly stressed during the debate that it’s “anything but criminal” to consume marijuana and touted the plant’s medical benefits: “Do you realize this is like a miracle drug?”"
"Johnson suggested that Republicans will need to stake out a realistic position on marijuana. The Republican Party — whose leadership largely opposes marijuana legalization — will be ushered “right out of existence” if it doesn’t change its stance, Johnson said, noting the groundswell of support for pot legalization among younger voters."

Highlights from news today on NPR:
"Since the Justice Department's memo was released, FoxBarry Farms has been inundated with more than a hundred calls from tribes that want to start growing operations."
""All tribes, generally speaking, want the same thing — and that's economic independence," says Barry Brautman, the president of FoxBarry, which helps tribes build casinos, hotels and, now, medical marijuana operations."
"A tiny northern California tribe, the Pinoleville Pomo Nation, will be the first to grow and manufacture medical marijuana. FoxBarry Farms is helping the tribe build a $10 million grow house. Brautman expects to recoup his company's investments and then some."

There are four different financial standards to get listed. I believe that CBDS meets the Standard 4 requirements, which centers around the market cap, the total assets, and the bid price. I seem to recall Gary Johnson's "goodwill" being listed as an asset on the balance sheet--hopefully, enough to take us over the minimum requirements. We do definitely need to keep the bid price over $4, but i believe it is an average over a certain period.

Have a great weekend, YoungLonghorn.
Go CBDS$$!
Not until they provide an update with legitimate signs of progress.
A few "years"?!?! No way, brother! All the speculation I heard was somewhere in the 2-3 months range. I take that to mean 6 months at the absolute latest.
Go CBDS!
What's going on here fellas? What's the woorrd, Thunderbird? Any news anywhere on this beast? Holla back! This board is way too quiet!
We need some news--some real news. But we are just about due. I do believe this is the bottom. A fair number of buying signals on the chart. And lots of support on the bid right here. I just hope the next announcement indicates real progress (no matter how small) rather than just plans and goals (no matter how big).

This stock is ridiculously oversold. Massive buying op here. Holding steady on the lower bollinger band. Watch for the bounce soon.
Agreed. CANL is a long term hold. Though it looks like this may be the turn around here. From the 1 year chart, it looks like it's bouncing off the 50 DMA and the lower bollinger band. If it's going to close above 1.26 I'll be doubling down now (EOD). If we can close slightly up with some volume, then this would be a strong buy right now, IMO.

CNAB Excellent news! Go CNAB$$!
"Brautman, along with the Denver-based United Cannabis Corp., recently inked a contract to build a giant medical marijuana growing operation on the Pinoleville Pomo Nation's ranch in Northern California. The $10 million, 2.5-acre facility will include spaces for cultivating, processing and selling products under the United Cannabis brand. Brautman said the operation plans to hire 50 to 100 employees, with preference to tribe members."

Man, I'm bummed. You were the best part of this board. I wish you kept at least a small position.
Anyway, my experience regarding filing is that, to a certain (reasonable) extent, you are at the mercy of a number of other people--even beyond your own staff--and so it's not entirely within the CEO's hands. Also, independent auditors run on their own schedule, unfortunately.
It is in his own financial interest to pull this together soon, so let's hope he's smart enough to turn up the heat on whoever he needs to in order to get this done ASAP.
Bunch of fraudsters. I hope Walmart goes under for this:
"The New York State attorney general’s office accused four national retailers on Monday of selling dietary supplements that were fraudulent and in many cases contaminated with unlisted ingredients. The authorities said they had run tests on popular store brands of herbal supplements at the retailers — Walmart, Walgreens, Target and GNC — which showed that roughly four out of five of the products contained none of the herbs listed on their labels. In many cases, the authorities said, the supplements contained little more than cheap fillers like rice and house plants, or substances that could be hazardous to people with food allergies."

Bunch of fraudsters. I hope Target goes under for this:
"At Target, the agency tested six herbal products from its popular “Up and Up” store brand of supplements. Three out of six – including ginkgo biloba, St. John’s wort and valerian root, a sleep aid – tested negative for the herbs listed on their labels. But the agency did find that the pills contained powdered rice, beans, peas and wild carrots."
