Clear those two .18s out of the way, and NDEV is set to take off.
The bottom is in! Time to load up. Uplisting is imminent.

Let's go CBDS!
"Johnson's Cannabis Sativa, Inc. was rated fourth among the top eight legal cannabis companies by Forbes Magazine. The firm's wholly owned subsidiary, "hi," was hailed in the article as a brand to beat."
"Investors are about to get what they've been waiting for," Johnson hinted. "Big product variety, big distribution and the first mega brands in the legal marijuana industry. The road to legalization has been a rocky one, but no one doubts it's a superhighway paved in gold."
Cannabis Sativa, Inc. Chairman, Steven Kubby: "While it's been frustrating to have been delayed by compliance issues between various states and jurisdictions," Kubby explained, "It's only made us stronger. Expect exciting announcements in the days ahead.""

It's not just possible. It's going to happen. They do have revenues (although that is hardly the point right now). They can uplist to the OTCQB as long as the share price stays above $0.01. http://www.otcmarkets.com/learn/otcqb
I'll try and reach out to the company again to see if they can provide an update. I do expect the uplisting to happen soon (I figured for sure it would be by the end of March).
Frankly, this looks to me like a great buying opportunity. It's not everyday you can get in on the ground floor with a company like this.
How the hell is it that one day's volume consistently, repeatedly surpasses the number of outstanding shares? Anyone?
And how does that compute with all these arguments about dilution?
Seems to me more like flippers making money off of fear. I suspect that this won't end unless and until the longs stop selling and start buying (even if only a little). In fact, whether there is any dilution happening or not, that's what it would take to bring this ridiculousness to an end.
This whole crash is totally irrational. Reminds me of the stock market crash of 1929, and Roosevelt's "banking holiday" which, finally, helped to restore some sanity.
More support for the new bill in the U.S. Senate! Keep in mind, this bill is for MEDICAL marijuana--this is perfect for NDEV! I'm betting this will be the last month that we see these lows in the pot sector. There are just too many potential tipping points to keep this down any longer.

Well said. I think your point about actual revenues and "proof of concept" is actually huge--particularly in this sector, where many, many "great idea" companies (with much, much higher market caps, by the way) have yet to make a dime. Transparency is also key, which is why I'm very much looking forward to the uplisting and planning to double or triple down once that comes through.
A bit more detail on the March 25 ruling:
Marijuana Will Be Legal Across America On March 25?

Marijuana Will Be Legal Across America On March 25?
http://www.inquisitr.com/1930807/marijuana-will-be-legal-across-america-on-march-25-sort-of/
Insiders are not selling. Where do you get this stuff?
In fact, "After the return of 90,000,000 common shares to treasury the reduction of issued and outstanding will go from 178,503,624 shares of common stock to 88,503,624 issued and outstanding, a 50% reduction. The return of these shares demonstrates management's desire to maintain a capital structure that supports growth without increasing the number of authorized or outstanding shares."
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/novus-acquisition-development-corp-ceo-165641675.html
Two other key points to keep in mind here: (1.) The stock market has been limping along lately which has an impact on the entire sector. (2.) All the positive news at the federal level (the bill in the U.S. Senate, the imminent ruling by the CA federal judge, Obama's comments on decriminalization, etc.), means that the market makers are in accumulation mode (just like many of us). They are, after all, obligated to create a market, which means they have to have shares to sell even after the sector goes ballistic with legalization.
What are you talking about? It's exactly what they told us. It's all about the MedPlan
"Novus Medical Group, Inc. fills a vital part in the U.S. legal cannabis and hemp marketplace by establishing a cost savings Medical plans and related programs developed for hemp and cannabis patients."
This is nothing but fear and weak hands, which all started with a few big holders getting impatient. NDEV will get uplisted and take off again! Watch and learn!
The upcoming ruling on the constitutionality of the pot prohibition is set for March 25:
http://sputniknews.com/us/20150316/1019580870.html
http://marijuanastocks.com/no-more-marijuana-prohibition-in-california/
This could also be a game changer.
Yes, Sir! We're reaching a definite tipping point.
We've been down here a few times before and this is the point where we see a BIG bounce. This is an excellent entry point or place to average down, in my opinion. Lots of good news for the sector these last few weeks too. We should also be seeing the ruling by the CA federal judge on the constitutionality of marijuana as a Schedule 1 drug this month (actually, I thought that would've happened by now).
Meanwhile, Gary Johnson is still actively hustling for CBDS and legalization. The more the presidential race heats up, the more new people will hear about Cannabis Sativa, Inc., and the more new potential investors.
And let's not forget that the push is on to take CBDS to NASDAQ, which will mean big money getting into this stock (most likely before it actually gets uplisted).
Lots to be excited about with CBDS!! Again, excellent time to average down.
Go CBDS$$!! Gary Johnson 2016!

So stoked on Novus right now! Once NDEV gets uplisted to the OTCQB exchange this stock is going to fly. NDEV has a unique business model, we just need the transparency and legitimacy of a fully reporting company.

The recent bill introduced in the U.S. Senate is going to make it a lot easier for state legislatures to get on board with medical marijuana--all of which is excellent news for NDEV. Novus will be the goose that lays the golden eggs.

The Daily Beast: “The Senators Who Want Legal Weed”

The opportunity to eliminate some of the redundant and indefensible barriers to marijuana research is a crucial aspect of this proposed legislation.”

Historic news from the U.S. Senate: "Senators Introduce Historic Bill to Allow Medical Marijuana"
"A bipartisan group of three senators will introduce a historic bill Tuesday that could end the federal ban on medical marijuana, a substance that 23 states have now legalized."

"They include downgrading its status with the Drug Enforcement Agency from Schedule 1 to Schedule 2, allowing doctors to recommend its use in some cases to veterans, expanding access to researchers and making it easier for banks to provide services to the industry."

This has to be the most irrational sell off I have ever seen. I actually feel sorry for all the weak hands giving away their shares this cheap. Clearly fear is in control here.
MDCN needs to get the reverse split over with already, rather than letting it hover over the stock like a dark cloud. I know I'm not buying again until that plays out. GET IT DONE!

Pot startups cash in on wave of legalization
"The U.S. market for legal marijuana soared 74% to $2.7 billion between 2013 and 2014, making it the fastest growing industry in the country, according to a report from the ArcView Group, a cannabis-focused investment and research firm. It's expected to reach $3.5 billion in 2015."
"'Under full legalization, this could be a $36 billion industry,' said ArcView Group's CEO Troy Dayton."
""Most people who are getting in won't be marijuana growers or processors. That requires a very specific skillset," he said. "It's like with the Gold Rush. It's a great time to be selling picks and shovels, instead.""
NDEV is perfectly poised to capitalize here--in "the fastest growing industry in the country."
