Don't waste your time on AUY (Yamaha Gold) to hit $2.50 because you already missed the boat.
Chart for it says... good bye sucker for missing out on the buy.
NBRI hits $14,000 a share!
Back in February 2004 NBRI stock was trading at $14,000 plus -- this is at today's adjusted price before it plunged, and before massive reverse splits occurred; a path that has led to a lot bitterness and dis-belief.
But the goal here is to ignore this whole Lota of sour grapes trail and just focus on taking a position in NBRI as the rewards could turn out to be incredible in what may be the last opportunity to ride the start of this gold equities bull market.
What if sarcastic jokes about Ruby’s hole and other properties turn out to be very real and become a viable solution for stockholders to make money.
All NBRI needs is to go up to a few cents to make many people millionaires, and the empty bag holders will be once again kicking themselves for not taking positive action.
Gold Equities gallop strong at starting gate.
This last turbulence in Gold stocks that the Expert anticipated has shaken out seasoned pros with large followings instead of the average Joe. An example of this is: insert-text-here
This was a fake out meant to shake out the commercial pros out of the market and has nothing to do with the empty bag holders crying sour grapes. This bodes well for Gold Equities as their mere re-entry will push gold even higher and eventually float all ships including NBRI.
Although this HUI and XAU strong start could end in another shooting star today, this precedence sets the stage for a continued breakout in Gold Equities.
Pray for the Expert to be able to continue this vision and afford you a timely road map.
Gold stocks resume climb after short lived turbulence.
Although the expected shakeout is shallow and short, caution is still in the air at this juncture.
If clearing resumes the Expert expects another rapid run-up in the HUI and XAU beginning today.
Gold equities to hit turbulence starting today.
Although gold is up right now… as we progress through the HUI and XAU quick run-up and people are starting to become bullish, the Expert expects a shakeout as this patch of turbulence is hit as indicated by yesterday’s candle on gold equities.
Expert’s analyses on NBRI reverse splits.
Regarding the last 200 to 1 split of shares, it is quite possible that this is part of the learning curb of NBRI management. An analysis of the aftermath after the day of the split on February 17, 2015 show initial low trading volume on the days that followed, and that it eventually accelerated to continue the downtrend in price.
No matter what NBRI had expected the reverse split to prop up, it did not. Reverse splits unlike forward splits work only well in circumstances such as to allow institutional investors to buy in and increase a company’s share price because it meets the investor's minimum share price parameter. All other times reversed splits are detrimental especially to a Gold Junior with the underlying HUI and XAU trend in a downward spiral.
Massive reverse splits then only become an opportunity to bargain hunters that can afford to take a calculated risk and take advantage of the exponential reward that it could produce.
So how does NBRI get out of this mess without outside intervention? Well, they could do another reverse split effectively diluting the existing share price sold; this after all is not money owed to let say back taxes to the IRS where NBRI’s asset can be confiscated. To liquidate someone’s asset is an expense to an outsider.
NBRI can then flip some of its existing properties in tandem with the impending rise in HUI and XAU to gradually increase its share price to normal level and then continue to expand the company.
Kmart is a prime example where it was teetering on bankruptcy in a rising Real Estate market and its CEO had the wherewithal to look at its marginally producing assets and sell it to the likes of Home Depot and Lowes at market prices. Do you know what happened afterwards? Kmart share price shot up tenfold and they were able to buy another brand… Sears.
Toxic Fear Engulf Others
You simply cannot scorch earth something already scorched.
NBRI is considered valueless by disappointed people who been bled, wretched in fear, full of resentment, and bag holders of past. Are you in this category?
Worrying about toxic financing at this stage is premature. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_spiral_financing
Common sense: What is there to short when there is nothing to short! You simply ride shotgun along the way with the smart money that plunked. However, this advice is not for someone who has no inkling of what is being said.
The only way to make money for these lenders and for you is to ride smart with NBRI and to now own a nice piece of the pie and not get caught holding the bag again.
Golds Stocks Set to Resume Early Climb.
It looks like this pause in rise in Gold stocks is short live as the shooting stars from the HUI and XAU have been negated today by equally powerful hammers (Thor’s).
A rising tide raises all boats; eventually NBRI included.
NBRI... Excellent Risk Reward Opportunity.
Today, Feb 9, 2016 the day after experiencing a normal shooting star during this short term run-up in the XAU and HUI index, we pause for a moment at this early juncture that points well for gold stocks. As it usually happens premium precious metal stocks respond first, but one must not overlook the potential of really beat down juniors such as North Bay Resources that lags the rest, yet become equal or the best performers right before a parabola.
Where can someone buy ten million shares of good potentials such as this fine example for only a thousand bucks? You must be at the right place at the right time, and the Expert believes that NBRI is one of those at the place and at the right time. Very very few risk reward ratio is as great as this Gold Junior; once this opportunity is taken, it is gone!
When is the parabola? Don’t wait for it as it signals the end of the game, a reset all over again such as of right now. Readers: “Let this stock become a golden parachute for you”!
Liquified Coal is Dead!
I remember when everybody and their uncle bought into the idea of Silverado Gold owning patents into liquifying cheap high water content Bitumus coal, and that they got a letter of intent or were being funded by a state in the USA to start a pilot program... well with the advancement of Hydraulic Fracking, this idea that originated with Hitler liquifying coal is no longer feasable in todays' time.
There is a gigiantic bed of natural gas that stretches from New York State to Virginia alone that was previously un-accessible before the advent of fracking.
So why bother with liquifying coal?
This is another reason why that Silverado Gold has nothing to offer anymore. Of course Silverado Gold can always say that they found another Mother Lode of precious metals just below the mound of BS they have been dishing out for years.
Silverado Gold... Worst condition ever.
With no Website, adrift to oblivion... equals dead and done!
How can a company not afford a domain renewal for just ten bucks? How much does webhosting cost; very little if you ask me?
I have tracked Silverado Gold for the last fifteen or more years and have helped catapult this stock in its last rise from the 12 to 14 cent range into this never ending free fall by being the first to sell 150,000 shares at market to start the snowball. Granted, junior stocks have all sufferred, but this time around starting from about four months ago when it was trading between .0005 and 0006 I began to absolutely see no opportunity at all in owning this stock any further.
Good Luck to you all!! I have been out.
As a tip for you Silverado owners and readers of this post... switch what you got to NBRI (North Bay Resources) .0001 to .0002; you have got nothing to lose anymore.
Buying PCFG could help Naysayers.
If people holding sour grapes could swallow their pride and admit their mistake, I think that they can still recoup plus also do very well by buying more PCFG at a ridiculously low price.
Sometimes simple logic does not happen when you are down and out and frustrated. With an important post of mine disappearing I come to the conclusion that this board is fixed.
I apologized if I ruffled some feathers here, just doing what I think is best for someone to be given a fighting chance to prosperity; courtesy of the Expert. Goodbye!
Reverse Splits are Owner/Investor Approved.
Unless there was an unfair vote count the last reverse split of 120 to 1 was in all fairness, legit.
With PCFG management getting a wiff of PCFG investors getting the feeling of being led to slaughter again, more reverse splits in my opinion is off the table.
Reverse Splits can be a good thing or a bad thing, unless you are holding a bag of sour grapes like the naysayers here... then it is always bad at low price levels.
That is why buying PCFG at this level is a good opportunity to make a tremedous amount of money for new and old investors alike.
Gold & PCFG under pressure but at Juncture.
Gold is sitting at both a support as well as resistance level.
After climbing up off the double bottom since the beginning of the year it has come to a resting point with a downward drift.
Gold pressure is also reflected on the prices of these precious metal indexes: ^HUI ^XAU and ^GOX
As soon as Gold resumes its climb, so will PCFG.
SMART MONEY quietly buying up PCFG!!!
Today’s Pacific Gold’s pundits and guard dogs of doom fail to realize the buying opportunity that is materializing in front of their very own eyes. They see, but their mind is blank, overcome by the rancid taste of sour grapes. The do not want anyone else to make money on PCFG to substantiate their failure, a pretense that they are helping others by posting negative about PCFG.
These were the same fools that were once buying and touting PCFG less than 4 to 5 years ago; not realizing because of their own stupidity and blindness to greed that Pacific Gold reached an all-time high per share of $5,136.02 on March 14, 2005 at today’s equivalent of diluted per share price and has been traveling a downhill trend since then for about 9 straight years.
But the turnaround is very near as unbiased technical indicators reflect. Take a look at the 10 year chart below and you will see what I mean. If you can’t see the chart, a full transcript of it is below.
See the heightened volume within the last 6 months; this is the early precursor to a turnaround. These are smart money slowly taking action, buying PCFG at silly knockdown prices while this board’s pundits badmouth the stock like there is no tomorrow. If they are not the smart money doing this on purpose, then who are they; dumb a_ _es still holding a bag of sour grapes? I really doubt that they are the smart money, they are the latter.
Going forward, PCFG has a clean slate that is ready for financing to further its goals in precious metals. It’s got authorization to issue 3 billion shares, and about 400,000 are already floating. Junior mining seems poised to come back after a near ten year hiatus.
The future looks good for PCFG stock. At $.0005 per share I recommend buying at this level before this opportunity dries up.
PCFG OPEN CLOSE HIGH LOW VOLUME

PCFG Ready to EXplode Upwards.
Pacific Gold has been lining up with massive volume in its entire existence within the last six months.
This is a pre-cursor to an upward explosion!!!
Remember PCFG was at $.75
People that bad mouth Pacific Gold were still in their diapers or just got off the boat ready to be fleeced because of their ignorance. But that is how it is when you play this game when it comes to the stock market.
It is the nature of the beast, Ride with the bull and jump out with the bear. If they can't comprehend this... too bad.
The last Heightend Junior Gold Run was in January 2005 to April 2005. PCFG then dropped from $5,000 per share to where it is today, not the forty dollars within the last three or four years.
This year may change that when gold stocks finally coincide with the price of gold and the reverse could happen and these same people that know nothing about gold and says that there is no link between Gold Juniors and the Price of Gold Metal will have waited to bail out when, and if, they finally break even. Blame it on sheer stupidity heightend with greed;Zero for zero.
To others that claim they think they know it all are just full of Sour Grapes! And that is why they constantly bad mouth PCFG.
The Expert says Pacific Gold is a Buy!!!
To current embittered PCFG holders that see nothing but negative. I do remember when PCFG topped out at around $.75 before the reversals in stock price took place.
Perhaps in their own little world of only PCFG and nothing else, their perspective is correct.
However, if they were to open their eyes they would have noticed that PCFG along with most of the other junior gold miners fell since that time and hasn’t recovered since. Some have fallen from grace more than others, but almost all took a shellacking.
Prime examples are Linux Gold and Silverado Gold, same boat as PCFG except one is accused of pump and dump and the other is not; all three had good potential for elephant gold or a working mine. This is what I mean about rising and ebbing tides that work in tandem with these companies, and PCFG is no exception.
Given time I think PCFG will reward new investors very well. So what if these companies skated all along during the hard times and did what they had to do. Blame yourself for the embitterment of being the last one holding the bag. They didn’t do anything illegal. These aren’t blue chip companies, mind you.
If someone bought PCFG yesterday and paid $400 dollars for a million shares and it goes up to just 10 cents, that is One Hundred Grand of smackaroos for someone who would have had to work a lifetime or two otherwise. Now imagine if they had the will to buy Four Grand’s worth, or ten million shares of PCFG.
The power of thought is staggering when put to positive use instead of crying over spilled milk!
Get over it: Keep Your Eye On The Money and On The Lady’s Hand!
***Oh incidentally, Dracula was resurrected by pouring someone's sacrificial blood over this vampire's ashes; probably yours if you are the embittered one.
All Ships Rise During High Tide, PCFG Included.
When junior mining companies rise in conjunction to gold so will the tendency of PCFG to rise if all is well.
If you are in the business of tulips or mushrooms, same thing. When the underlying commodity of the business you are in rises whether you have something to sell now or are just growing it, the value of your business becomes more valuable. Supply and Demand you know. Simple common sense, no rocket science required here.
The name Pacific Gold Corp infers that it is in the gold related business. You got to go with the composite thinking of the investors in gold mining Juniors, and not that of a hermit. We are not talking gold producer here, not yet at least.
Just go over the charts of others in the Junior gold mining business and you will see the correlation of tandem rises and decline in conjunction with the gold price. Gold stocks lead the gold price and vice versa; it is like the Dow Transportation confirming the Dow Industrial, like who came in first the chicken or the egg... one cannot occur without the other.
I know the difficulty with some people understanding this principle and that is why it is best not to argue with an idiot.
Pacific Gold is a Gold Stock.
Anyone who doesn’t think PCFG is not influenced by the price of gold must have their head buried in the sand.
You have to be a Gold Bug to know PCFG to make money out of it or you are in the wrong ride, wrong side of town, and is absolutely lost with no direction.
Reverse Split allows PCFG to raise Money.
By accepting a loan with interest and allowing the terms to be convertible to .004 per share of stock, PCFG was able to raise $95,000. This amount is ten times the price of the stock where it was trading this morning or the equivalent of approximately 24 million shares only out of the authorized 3 billion. Get the picture about reverse splits?
People don’t plunk down this amount of doe if there ain’t no chance in PCFG.
To play PCFG all you got to do is: Open Your Eyes and… Keep Your Eye On The Money and On The Lady’s Hand.
PSEG Jumped the gun and is up 40%.
Whether it closes here, below, or higher it does not matter.
What matters is it shuts those who are trying to convince others by talking out of their _ _ _ that the stock has no potential.
Vindication well deserved!
Today's moral, never listen to naysayers, cry babies, and pussies who don't know any better themselves.
Your choice... make a million bucks, twidle your fingers on the sidelines, or wait and jump at the hyperbola like the rest of the herd.
This is the last chance to get into more PCFG cheap!!
PCFG bid to ask ratio averaging 100 to one.
Stock is behaving normally at bid .0004 - ask .0005.
As soon as pressure on gold eases up PSEG is ready to move higher.
About Reverse Splits: at a very low price level not intended for institutional investors to buy in, it is designed to prune out the dead wood so that the company can continue without a steady source of income. To people that do not understand this, they think that it is woefully ignorant and un-informed for other investors to buy into the stock at this juncture. It is exactly the opposite way around. Reverse splits give a new source of money to pay everyday expenses and future investments. Stop crying about reverse splits and consider it a greater opportunity to get a better foothold to make money on PCFG.
Regarding the lien on Nevada Rae, taking this subsidiary through a Chapter 11 is one of the ways to pay off the IRS over time so that the mine can be developed and working until it is free of debt.
This is the SSTP do or die juncture.
I guess this is the sayonara side of SSTP.
Even the Expert left some position at the table (18.9%), but was happy to get out last week on this last ride with some profit still.
Goodbye to all...
I recommend Pacific Gold in lieu of praying over a dead horse. It is affordable where Twenty dollars could get you Fifty Thousand shares; bid .0004 ask .0005 with less than 50 million shares floating. If Twenty dollars coud get you this much -- you get the picture?
Gold stocks just began their reversal after a long decline just in case you didn't know.
Get over this meaningless funeral and get back on track! It is not too late to make your million bucks. The Expert is on your side! Maybe we will meet again in the future.
Good Luck
SSTP Ready to Surge Again

It seems that SSTP is ready to formalize its cup formation with the cup handles nearing completion.
What this juncture means is another do or die.
Any day now a breakout to .02 to 024 is imminent if a punch through and a close above >005 is achieve.
If it falters, then it’s sayonara.
Hey Baby H, thank you, thank you.
Good Luck to You All! It is the Expert's perspective in losing your shirt or making it work for you by staying one step ahead of the game.
Remember that this is only a scenario with many forks on the road, but could also playout as is.
The Resurrection of SSTP: Part II
•Stage I - garner investment news outlets to bait the trap.
•Stage II - release favorable news.
Once new investors buy in to bring more sacrificial blood for the company, convince shareholders then into a reverse split.
A 200 to 1 reverse split will neuter even the million shares and above current straphangers or shareholders considered as dead wood since they are not the ones providing fresh blood. By turning six billion shares (for example) into 30 million of insignificant shares it assures neutralization of even the steadfast of shareholders.
Allow the company to then establish a new 4 billion share cap to raise more capital, but letting the share price drop to its original value of <.002 halfway through the process is not a bad thing either as even more money can be raised. This action also forces the married to the stock, Go SSTP! Because I Love You Forever, to buy more stock in order to replenish their dwindled SSTP position in number and value, thus increasing the capitalization of the company even more. That’s 3,970,000,000 more new shares that can be sold with stipulations than before the reverse split and then repurchased again at a company buy-back program for a discount!
Last and final -- find new sources to turn SSTP legit by buying real companies with commercialization businesses using some cash and SSTP stock. Who is Rivera?? The acquired employees and the new stock holders don’t know him either???
What happened to the original investors holding SSTP stock as of March 14, 2014? This time they weren’t caught holding the bag, they were just simply erased without much of a trace. Fooled once, fooled twice, and fooled three times…
What a way to go unless “You Keep Your Eye On The Money and On The Lady’s Hand!”
The Resurrection of SSTP...
I remember a Dracula movie where someone was sacrificed and whose blood was poured on the vampire's ashes to bring him back to life.
This seems to be the case as new investment reports on SSTP are offered for sale by GlobalData and Reuters Investment.
Well there ain't no cure to this type of resurrection as it will happen in one form or another. Perhaps blood money turns legit.
Just one bit of advice, as the Motley Crue would say... "Keep Your Eye On The Money and On The Lady's Hand".
Good Luck To You All!
Good Job of noticing new SSTP InvestorsHub Baby H.
I know that it wasn't there Saturday night.
It may have been done by someone at http://mattyoswa.com as an incomplete pointer left behind refers to this site.
Nevertheless, the new SSTP hub is a nice job whether done by hired gun or another investor.
Let's all keep our fingers crossed on SSTP as we slowly inch away from the resistance area until to the next... the breakout that should touch .02 to .024, hopefully soon.
Thanks for the warm welcome.
No hidden news on SSTP from me. Just doing a readout of investor composite activity using STTP's trading history in trying to get a clue as to why the stirring and start of recent movement from the bottom.
This maybe the start of smart money coming in from the sidelines eager to make a small position for now thus drying up the last of the holdout of current sellers.
Given its USSE previous history in my opinion of shady transactions to bleed investors rather than show what its actually got, SSTP should only be traded based on its chart readings and performance rather than on any announcement whether real or fake.
I think that SSTP should be treated as an empty shell with the capacity to play on people's hopes and greed until something really concrete materializes, if ever.
SSTP seems to be at the beginning of a technical cup formation.
Current market psychology is to probably inch up and then breakout to test at around .02 to the .024 range with a modest pickup in volume.
After a shakeout of investors at this level SSTP should drift somewhat downtrend before heading up.
