Once new investors buy in to bring more sacrificial blood for the company, convince shareholders then into a reverse split.
A 200 to 1 reverse split will neuter even the million shares and above current straphangers or shareholders considered as dead wood since they are not the ones providing fresh blood. By turning six billion shares (for example) into 30 million of insignificant shares it assures neutralization of even the steadfast of shareholders.
Allow the company to then establish a new 4 billion share cap to raise more capital, but letting the share price drop to its original value of <.002 halfway through the process is not a bad thing either as even more money can be raised. This action also forces the married to the stock, Go SSTP! Because I Love You Forever, to buy more stock in order to replenish their dwindled SSTP position in number and value, thus increasing the capitalization of the company even more. That’s 3,970,000,000 more new shares that can be sold with stipulations than before the reverse split and then repurchased again at a company buy-back program for a discount!
Last and final -- find new sources to turn SSTP legit by buying real companies with commercialization businesses using some cash and SSTP stock. Who is Rivera?? The acquired employees and the new stock holders don’t know him either???
What happened to the original investors holding SSTP stock as of March 14, 2014? This time they weren’t caught holding the bag, they were just simply erased without much of a trace. Fooled once, fooled twice, and fooled three times…
