Initially, I had a knee jerk reaction to reading a few bullet points on the GAAP revenues and income statement. But after reading the entire 10K, I'm happy with the current position.
It usually takes 12-18 months to turnaround a sales force transformation. There will be revenue growth pains or lack thereof for a few quarters.
I think we all wanted to see some more hints around debt restructuring or the possible buyout, but they cannot say anything until a negotiation is final. I am scared about stalled or limited revenue growth (even if the sales force was reduced), that cannot be attractive to any buyer.
Does anyone know what the L2 looks like?
Slow start. Should be an interesting build up until EOD tomorrow.
Thinking the same thing Batwoman. It's unbelievable how this started today just to fall back. Could have sold for solid gain earlier today but holding on for the buyout. This announcement only helps us and solidifies a growing revenue stream moving forward.
It's interesting that both of you decided on March 5th. Bids are due by EOD March 1st, but that doesn't mean the company will release any news at or shortly after that date.
Someone sold on the BID after hours. Doesn't look good, but nothing to worry about.
Well this is exciting.

Exactly what you just referred to Bud. Pina signals they are about to be bought out. CCO is there to ensure all compliance measures are met.
Great action today. We only move forward from here (literally par $2 less than 3 trading days ago).
Big gains, small drawbacks. Keep it going.
Held on for the first 15 minutes of action. Hopefully make small headwinds throughout the day. There is too much positive speculation based on the last sec filing for this to rewind back to subpar $2.
Thank you bud. Appreciate the copy/paste.
Great news to hear. Reviewing Sedor's tenure at previous companies, he usually lasted 2-3 years before agreeing to an acquisition. I'm glad the process is being sped up with PTX.
Hi bud_fox, what statement in the 8-k makes you believe they started discussions around December 1st? I read the 8-k and it does make it sound like Sedor and team were starting conversations with possible suitors, but unsure of when.
So far in all the premarket for stocks I'm following the Brexit isn't that bad. Most prices are where they were days ago. Now, some in specific industries look bad, but the opening and next few weeks should be interesting.
Someone put a $50K block on the Ask at $0.515
Don't mind lower price with low volume. But if volume goes dramatically up with no gains then I'll run. Curious what the next news update will be about.
Post from a month ago holds true. The false pump to $0.05s and then withdrawals back to $0.03s. Still great company and huge potential, but this will not shake the $0.03 to $0.05s without big news.
Without the volume, this looks exactly like the run in mid-March. If we don't find new bid support with large numbers this could fall again.
Put the seat belts on. Less than 150K shares until $0.4.
100K block moved up to .029. $500 until there.
50K shares until 0.029. The stock price is not the story here today.
No one is selling besides some small hands. Let's keep it going.
Sometimes we make mistakes. It's okay to make them once. Glad to be back in, holding tight over a dime.
I'm back gentlemen! Just bought at .025, couldn't miss this train ride!
The recent +300K sell was me. I held my position for little over 6 months with a buy-in average of 0.007. After not seeing any gains on positive news post-debt payout, I'm moving to push a few different strategies.
No hard feelings, many of you have provided great stories, background, and positive hope for this stock in the future. I wish the best of luck to you all.
Happy trading.
New external PR, but doesn't say much:

Guys, we are at the same price we were 2 days ago. Everything is okay.
If we want stronger longs, we need the company to update their financials (remove the yield sign) otherwise this stock is easily influenced by MMs and flippers.
It's okay if we take 5 steps forward and 2 steps back, as long as we continue to forge forward after the fact. There is no reason why this stock will go back to sub penny. If you are truly here as a long, you shouldn't care what happened today. Yes it leaves a bad taste in your mouth, but it feels good to know the Tarpon debt is paid off and we are moving forward from here minus a few hiccups.
What does the L2 look like past .02?
Rakeman they are growing their revenue +20% YoY without the contract in the past 2 years. And remember, you said 99.99% of stocks which leaves chances for stocks to break the norm.
Please look into their financials and the contracts if you don't believe us. The new contract revenue will be differentiated incremental revenue growth from what they are already doing.
Thanks for your comments though.
Great day ladies and gents. Look forward to tomorrow.
