Kushtown USA and Finore Working to Finalize Transaction
(TheNewswire)
Vancouver, British Columbia / TheNewswire / November 27, 2016 - Finore Mining Inc. (“Finore” or the “Company”) (CSE: FIN; OTC: FNREF) and Kushtown USA (“Kushtown”) announce that the companies are working closely with their legal advisors and are nearing completion of final documentation for filing with the Canadian Securities Exchange for completion of Finore’s merger with Kushtown USA and plan to file the documentation in the coming weeks.
Kushtown USA Progress
Kushtown USA has entered into consulting agreements with the best industry legal and regulatory advisors on marijuana legalization in California and North America and is working with these advisors to structure the company’s operations to be fully compliant with the changing legislation across North America.
Kushtown USA, with guidance from its advisors has entered into an Option to Lease a facility to establish an automated bottling and edibles manufacturing and distribution facility in the Greater Los Angeles area and is finalizing its due diligence on the facility. The company is working with its advisors to ensure its planned manufacturing facility will be compliant with the California Food Safety Program.
The Food Safety Program of the Food and Drug Branch of California strives to be a world leader and trusted voice in farm to table food safety. The mission of the program is to protect and improve the health of consumers by assuring foods are safe, and are not adulterated, misbranded, or falsely advertised. This is accomplished through enforcement based upon scientific principles and specific legal authority.
Kushtown International Branding Program
Kushtown USA owns the trademark “KUSHTOWN” in the United States and has submitted applications to trademark KUSHTOWN in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Latin America. Kushtown’s goal is to build the Kushtown brand of sodas, sauces and edibles across all regions where marijuana is legal for medicinal or recreational marijuana products. Initial plans are for Kushtown USA to focus in the USA and Canada. The company will also be seeking licensing partners to the Kushtown brand in other countries such as Colombia, Netherlands, Puerto Rico, Portugal and Spain, where marijuana has been largely legalized.
Kushtown President, Peter Moret states, “We are moving quickly to be the first company to work towards an internationally recognized cannabis brand of sodas and edibles. I am proud to stand behind the reputation that Kushtown USA has built in the California cannabis medicinal market and it has long been my goal to build Kushtown into an internationally recognized name brand. Our transaction with Finore will establish a Canadian public listing and acquire the required funding to do so. We have engaged the best industry advisors who will guide us to be a first mover in this exciting business opportunity and move forward with full compliance to the changing regulatory fields in the various jurisdictions.”
Kushtown USA
Is restructuring its management team with a focus towards developing Kushtown USA product lines into a national retail brand, similar to what the Company believes to be its competitors including, Red Bull Energy, Monster Energy Drinks, and Rockstar Energy. The Company is currently in the process of identifying and engaging industry experts with demonstrated ability to build national brand names and distribution channels similar to the above-mentioned corporations in North America. The Company is identifying qualified candidates with experience in retail product brand building across North America. Management's objectives will be to build Kushtown USA product lines into a North America wide Cannabis liquid edibles brand name.
Announced shortly after Finore announced it's takeover
Kushtown is well positioned to capitalize on the changing legislation in the marijuana industry in California and the company plans to execute an aggressive marketing and distribution plan to expand the Kushtown brand of liquid edibles across North America. Management of Kushtown has built an excellent reputation operating in California's medical marijuana market and is a leading liquid edibles company in California. With California's potential move towards legalization, Kushtown is planning an aggressive growth strategy and is currently in the process of acquiring a high output automated bottling and packaging plant to be installed and operational in the coming weeks.
I like the fact that they are in the process of acquiring a high output automated and packaging plant. Once results of this expansion is known this stock is going to take off.
With such low volume when the time is right the MM's will be able to move the stock higher without any problem.
The country with the highest quality of life is not the United States it is Canada the US comes in at 14th.

I added another 25,000 shares with the current low volume it would not take much to kick start FIN to higher levels.
Chris Parry:
To build a truly national brand, the entrepreneur must have the right product line to satisfy consumer demand, and the product line must be marketed in a professional manner and leave a lasting impression with its consumer. KushtownUSA has done this with over 20 SKUs of liquid edibles, from THC-added sodas to hot sauces to marinades. These are products that, now, sit in dispensaries across California but, as of tomorrow, could be made available in gas stations and supermarkets and drug stores and, who can say, maybe even in vending machines.
I have stated in public speaking events since 2014 that, after prohibition lifted, the people who made the serious money weren’t the ones growing barley and wheat and hops, but the ones who bought and built recognizable brands, most of which have sustained to this day.
I believe Kushtown has done exactly what’s needed to build a serious, acquirable, consistent, commercially viable brand that could extend to traditional retail settings without giving the grey hairs at Albertsons and Whole Foods a case of the vapors. Kushtown has already established itself in the California medicinal market over the past eight years, and with their recent shift to the public markets, the capital needed for growth of sales networks and marketing programs is readily available.
California as a perfect test market, and Kushtown has first mover advantage in that space. As the legalization field allows, Kushtown will need to staff up and bring aboard real world retail experience, and they’re doing that currently, bringing in senior management with in-depth experience in building billion-dollar retail brands. Additionally, the company has trademarked the Kushtown name across the world, including Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay and many other countries.

I made money the first time I was in TRTC and I just bought back in today The Street.com and Nova X Reports both rate it as one of their recommended buys. I hope I will score again. Nothing Venture. Nothing Gained.
Nasdaq Cannabis Stocks Rally After Medical and Recreational Bill Passes
The Street: Recommendations
MassRoots (MSRT) has been called the Yelp of the cannabis industry and its mobile app can be downloaded only in states where medical cannabis is legal.
"The election will be a catalyst for MSRT because its user base and businesses network will benefit from ballot initiatives passing in California, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, North Dakota and Arkansas," Berger said.
Three other stocks to keep an eye on include Kush Bottles (KSHB) , which is focused on providing exit bag products that are in compliance with regulations; Finore Mining Inc. (FIN: CSE) (FNREF: OTC); and Terra Tech ( (TRTC) ).
"We see a lot of opportunity for growth now that new state markets will open and existing markets will expand and develop," he said. "We are favorable on Kush Bottles due to the product it provides, its geographic diversity and its continued execution and shares should continue to move higher off this news."
Finore Mining is likely to benefit from the passage of Proposition 64 following its acquisition of KushTown USA, a California-based cannabis infused products company whose products are sold in more than 500 dispensaries across the state. The company is focused on penetrating new markets within California as demand for cannabis infused products continues to grow, Berger said.
Terra Tech is levered to the results in California and Nevada through its multiple subsidiaries. The company's Blum medical cannabis collective has one location in California and four locations in Nevada with two that are already operational. "TRTC will also benefit as we expect to see its IVXX subsidiary sell more cannabis products out of its California and Nevada dispensary locations," Berger said.

I absolutely agree that KushtownUS FNREF is going much higher due to its greater potential than the companies mentioned. Investors are very fortunate that they are able to buy such undervalued shares in the company.
Investment Outlook
We believe that the U.S. election uncertainly has been a significant factor causing equity market weakness in recent weeks. It is our expectation that equities will rally materially in the months following the election as this uncertainty abates. Third quarter earnings have been strong, surpassing estimates by a wider margin than normal. Global growth has begun to re-accelerate. Investor sentiment remains poor as reflected by record cash levels. Blackrock, one of the world’s largest asset managers with over $5 trillion under management, recently reported that investors worldwide are currently holding a record US$50 trillion in cash. In the current interest rate environment, this is earning miniscule returns. Even a marginal amount of this cash shifting to equities will have a significant impact. The most recent investor poll in early November showed that only 23.6% of respondents are bullish. This level is highly correlated with positive future returns.
It is important to reiterate that the favourable seasonality for Canadian small caps starts NOW. Historically, the best months of the year by a wide margin are December, January and February. This period has resulted in positive returns nearly 80% of the time since 1982 with annualized returns of over 50%. We strongly encourage investors to position their portfolios accordingly.
Kushtown will really make a penny worth something
Depending on how many shares you own every penny it moves on the upside will really enhance your equity. I have a very significant amount of FNREF shares, I am sure many others have too. It is going to be a lot of fun when you see your equity rapidly increasing, the same fun I had when I owned Canopy and Tinley.
For reasons that FNREF has so much catching up to do and that I also feel it has the most potential. I feel it is the best MJ stock to buy of any listed MJ company. Canopy and Tinley seem to take forever to get off the ground but when they did BOOM!!
Be patient it will happen soon.
The market is going to QUICKLY realize:
That the MJ sector consists primarily of growers and medical MJ companies and that the companies that already have recreational MJ products like Krushtown will by far gain the most from the legalization of recreational MJ.
This is GOING to be exciting times for shareholders in Krushtown.
Excellent video thanks for posting it.
This entranced company Krushtown with 500 outlets selling their products in California was sold to Finmore for an agreed upon fair price due to the facts of what both parties brought to the deal besides money. This deal and the facts about Krushtown is the reason why I sold my 240,000 shares in Tinley and invested in FINORE.
Another thing in the favor of Kushtown
Is that buyers prefer the flexibility that the choice of more SKU's gives them to meet their customer's desires and the ease of dealing with one manufacture instead of many.
Kushtown
Distributors ( outlets ) prefer not to buy from multiple suppliers. Kushtown has the right amount of SKU's to supply their needs. That is why the company is a far better investment than others in it's space since it has 24 SKU's.
Kushtown Sodas Review
We think marijuana should be reviewed by the people who enjoy it the most…STONERS! That’s why we’re paying eryday STONERS just like YOU…to smoke some WEED and write about it.
REVIEW BY: @CarolineCentral
Product Name: Kushtown Sodas (For this review I drank the LA Confidential Fuel flavor so I will be going off of that for smell and flavor)
Rating: 8/10
From: Dispensaries in pretty much any medical marijuana state, but mostly California.
Type: It really depends on which flavor soda you get because they are all made from different strains. I.E., The Grand Daddy Purple has more of an indica high as the Maui Wowie has more of a sativa high. I’ve tried a lot of their flavors and in my experience; I find that they all seem to have a sativa-dominant high.
Genetics: Like I said before, it all depends of the flavor you get and what strain(s) was used to make it.
Kushtown SodaPrice: $8-$12
Appearance: They just look like regular old soda or juice inside the bottle. The bottles are pretty cool; I collect them myself as I am a big fan of these sodas. They are always in brown bottles with fun labels so they can be passed off as a novelty soda or beer to the unknowing eye!
Smell: This particular flavor (LA Confidential Fuel) smelled like ginger ale or Sprite mixed with THC oil. The other sodas I’ve tried have all smelled like soda or juice mixed with THC oil, some more than others.
Flavor: This one was a ginger ale flavor and although I’m not a big fan of ginger ale, I really enjoyed it. It was very carbonated and refreshing. It tasted a little weedy but not overpowering. Most of the sodas have just a mild taste of THC oil. I personally would not recommend The Chem Dawg Cherry Soda because it pretty much tastes just like THC oil and cherry flavoring. If you’re a fan of that flavor though I would say go for it! Some of the tastiest flavors I’ve tried and that taste the most like a regular soda are: Skywalker Cream Soda, Cherry Kushtown Cola, and Bubba’s Old Fashion Root Beer. The majority of the flavors of sodas are carbonated but there are a few that are not.
Kushtown SodaHigh: The high takes around 15-30 minutes to kick in and it is a nice relaxing high that doesn’t get you overly stoned. The high feels kind of like a high you would get from smoking a couple of bowls. It’s not a super strong, couch-locking edible so it’s nice for if you are going out or need to get stuff done. Due to its relaxing properties it’s also nice for when you want to just hang out and let your mind wander. It does get you feeling a little spacey and zoned out, but you also feel happy and upbeat with a very creative mind flow.
Length of High: It is not a super long lasting edible like most brownies or cookies; the high lasts for around 45+ minutes. Although it is not a very long high, I find this to be quite an enjoyable one.
Medical Uses: These sodas help a great deal with relaxation, calming your mind, and relieving stress and anxiety. Also helps with depression and minor pain relief. They can increase appetite, plus they are tasty so you will have an appetite for them! Kushtown also makes other edible products such as hot sauce, bbq sauce, Kush Shots (smaller, more concentrated drinks), and gum.
Obama: Federal Prohibition Not ‘Tenable’ After State Marijuana Votes
President Obama says that federal laws banning marijuana will likely have to change if new states vote to legalize the drug on Tuesday.
“The good news is is that after this referenda, to some degree it’s gonna call the question, because if in fact it passed in all these states, you now have about a fifth of the country that’s operating under one set of laws, and four-fifths in another,” Obama told Bill Maher in an interview taped earlier this week and released Friday night.
“The Justice Department, DEA, FBI, for them to try to straddle and figure out how they’re supposed to enforce laws in some places and not in others — they’re gonna guard against transporting these drugs across state lines, but you’ve got the entire Pacific corridor where this is legal — that is not gonna be tenable,” he said.
“I don’t think that legalization is a panacea, but i think that we’re going to have to have a more serious conversation about how we are treating marijuana and our drug laws generally,” he added.
The comments were from a portion of the interview that did not air on Maher’s HBO TV show, Real Time, but were here uploaded to YouTube.
Arizona, California, Maine, Massachusetts and Nevada will vote on marijuana legalization ballot items on Tuesday. All have led to varying degrees in recent polls. Marijuana is already legal for adults over 21 years of age in Alaska, Colorado, Oregon, Washington State and Washington, D.C.

I am encouraged by the large volume and price movement of Tinley on the Canadian Exchange today. Some investors have made a lot of money on MJ stocks and are looking for the next one to ladge onto. Hopefully this is the one they gravitate to.
It obvious that Tinley is on the right track to becoming a very successful company.
It seems that an analyst has it figured that Cott Beverages is trying to liquidate it's soft drink side and move into more healthier alternatives due to diminishing sugary drink sales. Healthy waters and coffee seems to be in its sights. The evidence is mounting and it is hard to deny the facts and statistics. The soft drink guys are trying to re-invent themselves and bolster their bottom line as the consumer is willing to forego the less than healthy and make healthier choices. A product like Hemplify has its finger on the pulse of what the consumer is looking for. Consumers are going harder than ever and living longer so they are also taking an interest in doing something good for themselves and vitality booster supplement fits the bill. I hope we get some news releases to keep us informed. It is going to take an all out effort to empty the warehouse and see where this goes. Maybe Cott is looking for a new product for it's line into healthier alternatives.
As stated below the CEO of TNY use to work in the design division of Cott Corporation.

Previously at the Watt Design Group, the wholly-owned beverage strategy and packaging design division of Cott Corporation; at the time, Watt was the largest food and beverage branding firm in North America and Cott was the largest cola company in the world after Coke and Pepsi.
TINLEY BEVERAGE COMPANY INC (QRSRF) is flying under the radar and is trading at a very undervalued price.
The Tinley Beverage Company Inc., is a beverage company. The Company focuses on hemp-infused beverages and supplements. The Company focuses on launching its line of hemp-based functional beverages and supplements that are designed to help with three health objectives: vitality, sleep and cognitive health. Hemplify is sugar-free, however it uses a technology to encapsulate the hemp extract into micelles so that the spectrum of nutrients remains stable throughout the digestive process and absorbs into the bloodstream. Once encapsulated, Hemplify uses an additional technology to employ non-synthetic emulsifiers that dissolve the encapsulated hemp extract into water. Marijuana producers getting high on expansion
In anticipation of rising demand
By: Alexandra Posadzki The Canadian Press Published on Fri Sep 09 2016
TORONTO — Canadian cannabis producers say they are ramping up their operations to keep up with growing demand for medical marijuana and in anticipation of legislation that would allow for recreational use of the drug.
Alberta-based Aurora Cannabis is planning to expand its operations by 600,000 square feet over the next two years. That's a more than tenfold increase over its 55,200 square-foot facility, nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, and would boost production to 70,000 kilograms per year, up from 7,000.
The first 200,000 square feet, which is set to begin producing marijuana by next spring, is needed to satisfy the burgeoning demand from the medical market, says Aurora CEO Terry Booth.
"The medical business in Canada is going crazy," says Booth.
There were 67,075 patients registered to use medical marijuana at the end of May, according to statistics from Health Canada — up from 43,342 at the end of January.
"There's no doubt about it that the medical community is more accepting of it," says Booth, who credits the Liberal party's electoral win last October with removing some of the stigma associated with the drug.
But it isn't just demand from the medical system that has producers eyeing expansion.
Justin Trudeau's government has promised to table legislation by next spring to legalize recreational use of the drug — a move that could create a $5 billion - $10 billion cannabis market, according to a report from CIBC chief economist Avery Shenfeld.
Bruce Linton, CEO of Canopy Growth Corp., says the industry could be bigger than that because some would-be marijuana users don't feel comfortable buying the drug illegally.
"They instead go to the LCBO and they buy wine or beer or distilled spirits," he says.
"So I think the real market is a combination of the distilled spirits market and the current illicit market, and that number gets to be quite substantial — well north of double-digit billions."
Tweed, a subsidiary of Canopy, plans to more than double the production capacity at its operations in Smiths Falls, Ont., by the end of the year. The facility, located south of Ottawa, is capable of producing 3,500 kilograms a year.
Bedrocan, another subsidiary of Canopy, is hoping to start construction next year on a new plant to supplement its operations in east Toronto.
Aphria, another licensed cannabis producer based in Ontario, announced last month that it has acquired 345,000 square feet of greenhouses from DiNiro Farms for $2.1 million.
The company is looking to capitalize on the demand it expects when the drug becomes legal for recreational use, Aphria president and CEO Vic Neufeld said at the time.
Matt Schmidt, vice-president of investment banking at Echelon Wealth Partners, says the vast majority of money raised by cannabis producers on the public markets in recent months has gone to expanding capacity.
"A significant amount of money is flowing into this space," said Schmidt, who closely follows the industry.
"From our perspective, that's all in anticipation of this recreational market being legalized at some point in the not-too-distant future."
I am making a lot of money in Canadian Marijuana stocks. Thanks for the tip on TNY. I see huge potential in it so I bought 215,000 shares of it yesterday at .06CAD. It is flying under the radar screen, very undervalued considering it's huge potential. As it starts to move up I will be adding more.

Is there only one thing left to do and that is to turn off the lights?
Due to the delay in receiving any news of a settlement, gives the appearance there is none.
A stock sale shows up as a short tell settlement day which is three days after the transaction takes place, unless of course it is an actual short sale.
