iHub Help - Google Chrome and Java Troubleshooting
The latest Chrome update may not support Java.
If you install the latest update, you will get the message: "This plug-in is not supported"
There is 1 last way to re-enable the Java plugin in Chrome.
Go to address bar
type: chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
Click enable (link underneath the yellow highlighted text)
Click relaunch at bottom of page
Or you could Switch to using our newer HTML5 streaming pages.
Click Here to go to your streaming settings.
Select HTML5 for the page you are having trouble with and click "OK".
Return to the streaming data page and you should find the prices start to come through almost immediately.

An optic fiber cable has been cut in the middle of a large construction site and has taken down the feed. No ETA has been provided, but I am hopeful for a resolution soon.

Per our development team, you need to archive the message to remove the marker. The marker is telling you how many message you have in your mailbox.

In order to archive private messages on the mobile app, you should swipe right to left and then choose archive.
You need a Premium Message Board subscription in order to send Private Messages.

Those with an older version of iOS which cannot be updated can now log in again into ADVFN by manually installing the certificate.
