Sec suspension has irrevocably damaged shareholders way more than any PR ....DAHH
Thank you for that....Just a thought.... Do you think it is possible that management is/was in the process of uplisting when this wrench was thrown at them?...and that they are going through the motions of not just satisfying old but new requirements as well hence the delay?
The CannaBusiness Group Common Stock Resumed Trading May 21, 2014
IRVINE, Calif., June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The common stock of The CannaBusiness Group, Inc. (OTC: CBGI) resumed trading May 21, 2014. On May 7, 2014 the Securities and Exchange Commission temporarily stopped trading in the Company's common stock. The SEC's reason for the stop trading order was that "It appears to the Securities and Exchange Commission that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of Cannabusiness Group, Inc. because of questions regarding the accuracy of publicly available information about the company's operations. Since, there was no notification from the SEC prior to the trading suspension nor a reason, CBGI could not answer or respond to shareholder questions. CBGI knows many of our shareholders feel like they are in the dark and unsure of what happens next, as we get information we will disclose it to the best of our ability.
Michael Cummings, CEO stated "during the suspension and as of today CBGI subsidiaries continue to operate as usual. Company legal counsel is in contact with the SEC, and CBGI will continue to voluntarily cooperate with the SEC until we get a complete understanding of their concerns, from this point we will have no further comments on these matters."

Got your back
Haha. Well there are many ways revolts have been done throughout history...this one is through sp!...imo. best
Is there a pot revolt brewing like the tea/ pot party revolt?
well...there IS a rail 50feet away from the back of that building which seems big enough to house that medium size pellet machine, forget how many tons per day that one makes
The way I see it... since the Agreements include start to finish, that is, plastics/tires to fuel and buyers for the fuel as well; Management can borrow money using their invoices as collateral. It is done everyday by businesses all over the world and is called factoring. Additionally, private investors can see this business model is viable so long as to it is up to specifications(which is what we are waiting for as per their PR).In addition to possible grants which I mentioned before. Therefore I am confident they would attract the cash needed if it is not already in place! This is what I was inferring by banakable. I think I originally misunderstood where you were coming from to which I apologize. All the best.
bank·able adjective \'ba?-k?-b?l\
: certain to make a profit
Full Definition of BANKABLE
1
: acceptable to or at a bank <bankable currency>
2
: sure to bring in a profit <Hollywood's most bankable star — Sidney Sheldon>
— bank·abil·i·ty noun
The Agreements in place are "bankable," by definition, Best

I feel like I DID scratch and hit the lottery....big time... when GCEI came across my radar....I just love how you put things in perspective JF, BEST
Agreed..Best2u
gm. What’s up Doc? I count three firms...From the paragraph just above your quote (pg 10)
….The company has agreement with Fortune 500 recycling corporations (1), one of the nation’s largest tire reclamation entities (2) as well as automotive firms (3) from whom GCE will be able to aggregate raw materials and feedstock for conversion at the pyrolysis and plasma plants being developed by GCE.
As JF said: “loose lips sink ships.” I have to trust management that the delay in naming them is for legitimate reasons. They will be ‘named’ in due time. imo
JFBroderick said: “have spent countless hours creating one of the best Iboxes I've seen in a while, and believe in gcei “
….I have complimented and thanked you on your efforts regarding the Ibox. I too think it is a splendid job and the best IBOX! I also believe in GCEI.
Those agreements if/when in place are bankable provided the fuel is up to specifications. My concern are the test results, not the financing; that will come on its own merits. As far as the current financials submitted, it’s nothing surprising. BUT, the metal recovery...that's the ticket. best2u
I was only in 2nd@...7d4hr2min off. not too shabby.
10Q=5:19edt
Thank you for that. I understood from the tweet that it was the Metal Recovery alone was worth $80 mil./yr. Wouldn't that make the value like $3.75 ? Best.
I set mine at $5.00...No way I'm settling for a $1.00. HaHa
Yes indeed!..Exciting to have front row seats for the "concert" that is about to begin. Maestro...(MM)begin!
You are lucky to "stumble" on this. Turning garbage into gold...a no brainer..(haha)
"GCE will develop a Plastic and Tire Pyrolysis site and a PGM platinum group metals plasma Arc recovery site in 2014, operational in 2015.The Company expects revenues in 2015 to exceed $80M. GCE is also evaluating an acquisition to accelerate time to market in the PGM industry."
