If I recall, there has already been a court hearing, but maybe this is the settlement portion. I am not an attorney, but it would seem to follow a normal process. JMO.
Hah, would love to have been. I have a full time job so it’s worse!
Just my opinion, but CBD products are not for everyone. Some people will shrivel up at the thought. But the YourCopper is marketed as an energy and cell therapy supplemental that restores immune systems! In the middle of a “Global Pandemic” I wonder if their manufacturing is capable of meeting demands.
I know right, as I understand it the multitude of states that allow this I wonder what the new infused drink may be like. Ive tasted the hangover drink and it’s better than most. There is so many options for this.
I was impressed to see they diversified into anything but just Hangover Recovery, but seems the go to would be coffee, at least for me coffee.
Intellectual Property is an asset.
Need news.
I know for me, my initial investment was with APT, the smart carb business that is flourishing so to speak. While the shell company seems to have stalled! Pissed!
Well, at least it’s still trading!
After market has this gapped up nicely.
I believe that the financier was found guilty for dumping too soon.
I like the idea of battery powered bike propulsion, but electric motors wear out and may be subjected to very harsh conditions of mountain biking.
As I had stated in the past, the knee jerk reaction by management to fund the expansion on the assembly line with the toxic financing bit them and us in the ass. I believed and still believe they were selling a good product, that’s why I averaged down when this hit the bottom. Considering gas is cheap, doesn’t change people’s need for transportation. The smart carb is where i was, but as of now, that has walked.
I understand, but when you merge into an agreement and want out, you are bound by contract and must settle out in a court IMO. I am not trying to pick sides, but if I made a deal because I seen the reward was going to be worth the risk, when things don’t go your way, you can’t just take your ball and go home!
It’s interesting how this played out. You merged into a joint company, then when things don’t go as planned, you can just take your equipment and leave. I don’t think that’s how it’s supposed to happen, but I am no expert on business laws.
I’m sorry, I was one of the investors that put a small amount of money into them, but on a broad scope, i thought it was the finance company that sunk the stock, by flooding the market with shares they were required to hold. I know everyone hates the management, for falling for this notorious financier, but what pink slip doesn’t make shitty mistakes. I for one didn’t buy into the management, but they had a decent product. And now the SmartCarb is gone. Unless i missed something, what is going to happen from the shitty financier that was found guilty?
Oh man, the truth is out!
Waiting on the PR!
DOJI... looking for confirmation!
The black eye from the 27 billion dollar bad investment will be old news next quarter, and Power Services’s will show positive again, who will they blame then? Sales and installs have been steady.
Well I see they delayed releasing their reports
Been about 3 weeks and these earnings reports should hit soon.
So basically a tax write off in an effort to offset the miss on the quarterly earnings? Or are we talking about a reach into liquid cash to offset this loss?
What does the 23 billion NOncash charge mean?
I just witnessed a company that I’m doing an expansion project on, have to bite the bullet. For years they thought it smart to source and install supposed suitable substitute components and that cost them in over all life span of their units, as well as a costly outages. This guy’s head in the same cloud. I have been to 10 install site in 3 years, combined national investment worth a trillion or more dollars.
When shortys covering and they buy low doesn’t the acquisition of those share, because they are at a lower price than what the open was reflect a red candlestick? I get that for shares to be bought at a lower price be offered by someone that owns them and is selling them. The big round numbers throw me though.
The one positive is that there’s at minimum volatility...
Sounds like GE should have invested more in this Made in the USA...
“You can’t sell your way into good times, they need Ingenuity!
I believe that’s a 59 million Euros so it’s a tad bit more, but that’s a good estimate after all.
Timberrrrr......lol
True story...
With the loss of the APT division, all we have left is the Motoped, gas or electric.
The Good company left...
What happened to the move to Boston!
No ones is arguing the private status of TE, however a lot of us we bought into what TE was selling, but somehow got dumped off on MTVX. No one invests money in a Struggling moped company. Most get it, but remember one hand always washes the other.
APT is now Technology Elevated.
The only news we've seen is the recent finding by the SEC against Lying Ridge! To me, Good news!
Right, the Gas Gas and the government contracts, they certainly had nothing to do with the Smart Carb or the SF engine. To be fair some jumped in due to the announcement of these contracts, but the root was the SC and SF engine APT/FROZ, which we MTVX keep being told to just move on. The back and forth may be confusing I agree, but I started trading this when it was FROZ.
