Hey not looking for an argument. If you think my interpretation is wrong, just tell me what's incorrect. I can definitely admit if I made a mistake.
My interpretation of the chart on page 4 of the Dec. 31, 2019 quarterly report is that when fully converted, the convertible debt increases the shares over 1.2 billion. Anyone else have a different take on this?
Part of the selloff I believe is due to the convertible debt. Some posters here claimed there wasn't any. According to the quarterly report for the period ending 12/31/2019, there is $1,225,089 that is convertible at $.001 per share.
Wrong again. You should try somewhere else where you might be right every now and then.
Thanks for the warning. I'll be sure to sell all my shares right away in the morning...LOL!
Just curious - you've been predicting over and over this stock will tank for more than a month now and sometimes 4 or 5 times in a single day. Do you have any facts you can share or do you think if you say it often enough it will happen?

Re: None
Could 0.02 be next?? ????
Nice call...
If the SEC investigations are confidential, then how is it that you are "pretty sure the SEC is not too happy"?
OS=611,791,246 shares as of 9/30/2007
Source: 10QSB Filed 12/20/2007
Based on that number, the market value is more like
$428,254 as of 2/14/2014.
Nice - 1 for 100 RS.
I agree, it does seem strange...
Looks like the problem may be that the OS is actually 126 million and AS is 500 million which is much more than we previously thought.

That's OK, he liked the stock in January. Must be looking for some cheapies now. Mention R/S and get the price to drop some more.
