Dew: Thank you.I will take a pass on IBRX
As a follow up from my post of 11/23/22
TGTX: This is just a trade for me on the PDUFA date. To my eye the data looked good enough for approval. I am also gambling with a portion on options expiring in mid december in case there is an early approval.
This one was a home run as I actually got nervous and bought the jan 2023 8 strike call options. I was hoping IBRX could be another.
Anyone have any thought on IBRX? I was asked about it by someone who has no knowledge of biotech as a possible investment. If I remember correctly the principal, Dr.Patrick Soon-Shiong became a billionaire betting his previous company on the results of Abraxane and for a while was on the Forbes 400 list ( the only physician). I searched BV but no real posts about it.
TIA

Their 2 phase 3 trials hit there primary end points agonist the oral MS drug Teriflunomide. They have an SPA with the FDA.This for a trade against the PDUFA date.
A broker friend is pitching me on TGTX. Ive read all your posts this year and it seems Michael Weiss is a bit sketchy.
Any thought s on getting approval for their MS drug on the Dec 28 PDUFA date?
Thanks for any replies
RVNC down 5.5% today.
Isn't it kind of dead money for a while flopping around up or down 10%
HPV vaccine cutting cervical cancer by nearly 90%
That is a win almost beyond belief.
I have 5 children, 4 girls and 1 boy all got that vaccine.
I knew the data was excellent pre approval but I am just tickled pink as you know, in regards to your children, you consider everything very carefully.
To get the full-dose (100mcg) MRNA shot, you'll probably have to say that you were previously unvaccinated.
That's what I did. My two Pfizer shots after 10 months produced only mildly elevated AB to the spike protein (I know not the greatest test) so I got two doses of the moderna pretending I had never been vaccinated.
I had no reaction to any of the 4 doses except feeling like Mike Tyson punched me in the arm. Actually a bit disappointing.
Even if debtors prisons still existed, you likely would not be in good enough shape to work the debt off post C19. You'd probably be written off.
Hospitals wont write off the debt saying "you're a a nice guy who had bad luck"
Many personal bankruptcies in America are from medical debt
Im not sure anyone really knows those numbers. The CDC stopped counting breakthrough Covid infections unless you were hospitalized months ago. The Israelis did count them so their data is more complete. I am guessing that is why they were early in recommending boosters.
Covid medical expenses have been covered by the cares act but that wont last forever. Insurance companies are trying to limit Covid coverage which may push a bunch of people into medical bankruptcy. A serious covid hospitalization if you survive is a very expensive ordeal.
I just signed up like I had never been vaccinated.
I received 2 pfizer shots last dec and january at the hospital where I work. In August, I checked my antibody level to the spike protein and they were barely abnormal (I know not a great test for immunity).
So I got revaccinated with two doses of Moderna in late august and mid September at CVS. It is about all I can do to avoid serious Covid infection. We have mandatory masks at the hospital.
Delta will help with herd immunity, killing some of the unvaccinated and making many others immune at least to the delta variant.
Interestingly, near the end of life, some of the unvaccinated are remorseful and wish they had gotten vaccinated while others still firmly deny the existence of Covid.
Again belief always trumps logic
Vin: It has been my experience that belief trumps logic every time.
yeah no chance
Where is Happy Investor (louis Silver). We want to hear his opinions. LOL
Im stuck with about 100,000 shares (a relative pittance of my original position)
Hey all: I've been away for awhile. Ive struck it rich in the stock market the last year (over 8 figures and it wasn't crypto). Trust me it was luck and not brains. Im an MD who does well but Im hanging it up to enjoy life.
My question is if you had a million to invest in 4 biotech stocks what would you do? I know RVNC but give me 4 others. If it goes into the toilet it makes no difference so take a swing.
Regards

Youve been a substantial share holder?
What a joke. Ive sold MOST of my holdings and I have more shares than you
FYI I have been buying small amounts of shares (10,000 shares at a clip) and selling call options (20 strike price ) for the last few months. My stock had been called away each time. I then rebuy the following week .Earnings are out this Monday night so today I sold 100 naked 20 puts at 2.80. I'm back gambling on this stock.
Good luck to us all including Louis Silver. LOL
Dew: I cant even remember why I was asking about APOP. Maybe for a friend?
Louis Silver: I told you my results on CVLB stock sales on an open message board just to rub your large nose in it. I can see from your spittle filled reply it has worked. LOL
FYI Mark never sold his stock position to Justin. He had over 10 million shares pre reverse split ( over 2 million post reverse split).
Louis you can do the math but you and I both know (at least I know) He made an absolute killing. I'm pretty sure that will definitely bother you.
Louis Silver: I cant ever remember about a lie I told on I hub. Please point out a specific post I made. I mean what would be the point? All I know is that I made 8 figures on the stock with 80% residing in a Roth IRA. Louis can you say Ka-ching???
By the time of this last run (Mar 2020) I was down to 3.5 million shares (pre reverse split)
Lane
Louis Silver (Happy Investor) At one point pre reverse I owned 5 million shares and got into a dispute with TD Ameritrade (2017) as they accused me of owning more than 10% of IMMD. There were 35 million shares outstanding at that time but I countered TD Ameritrade that with unexercised options there were over 50 million shares outstanding. I lost the fight and they sent me packing to a new broker.
Geez at one time I owned 4000000 shares at .17, Many years ago. I made a small profit. I know a board member but hanvnt owned this in years.
Ive sold consistently since last march but Ive never been sophisticated enough to do what you claim. I sold because I wanted to make a profit. As you know at one time I owned 10% of IMMD/CVLB
i still have almost 50,000 shares that are restricted
I sent you a private message but as you suspect I never have to work again.
Pmunch You have passed .50 intra day
I cant give you all the trial data but as of now you need oxygen, anticoagulation, rendesmivir and hydration with a steroid if you are really sick. Forget zinc, hydroxychloroquine The main message is take this seriously. I can tell some idiots on the site dont.
A Big reason covid death rates have dropped is medical care has advanced. As scientist's/doctors we share medical knowledge and pearls quite readily.
We know now to give patients relativity high doses of anticoagulation to prevent heart attacks and stokes, Hydration to prevent renal failure, High flow oxygen up to 60 L/min to help avoid intubation.
Dont think that higher test positivity is due solely to increased testing. Look also to the test positivity rate.
The the positive test rate increases from 3 % to 6% its likely due to the infection increasing. We set a record for new daily cases cases in PBC at yeaterday 391 yesterday. A previous record was 258 last week. If you think this is going away or just the flu you are really kidding yourself.
As an aside I see covid on xrays every single day. Unfortunately in south florida its mostly poor people with Hispanic and Haitian names. The ones who live 3 or 4 generations in one house/apartment and have to go out and make a living to keep themselves alive.
On the bright side my hospital gown, mask and nitrile glove side business is booooooming.
If you noticed FLorida was recently lagging in unemployment numbers compared to NY, Michigan, Ohio but it was clearly due to the inability to process the claims.
I cant dispute that number but we have a lot of retired people, people in nursing homes and prisons that aren't considered unemployed.
The Florida unemployment web site crashed last week and they were going to paper applications. Also at a max of $275/week Florida is one of the most miserly states for unemployment benefits.
Question: I wonder who the Floridians will blame?
Hint: Charlie Criss was the Republican governor in 2007/8 the last time there was a financial crisis and he was shown the door.
Answer: When times get tough people have a tendency to blame those in charge.
Without Florida and Pennsylvania the Trumper has a very difficult electoral college path. He likely needs both to pull off a win in November.
My betting site has him a slight favorite in Florida and a deep underdog in Pennsylvania.
Trump is -400 to win the popular vote. I wanted to jam a huge bet on that one but they limited me to $500.
I dont think so. possibly on the upside before the peak and drop off in the fall... unless we get a vaccine.
Its like non invasive testing for coronary artery disease in teenagers. Almost every positive test will likely be a false positive as almost no teenagers have coronary artery disease.
FWIW I'm done selling and am willing to wait to see if this can make a decent move to .75
There are some things the company is working on (from my sources) Im not sure if they are real or not. I dont want to give details as my knowledge of these details are cursory and I dont want to compromise a source. Supposedly there is no raise or reverse split coming right now.
The trading volume has been impressive so others must believe what the company is working on, unless the accumulation is all by mr. dougiedoodle.lol. The volume has allowed me to get some shares out with some nice profits.
I shoveled out around 300k shares when it jumped to .90+ 5 or so years ago so I have a a close to a zero cost basis. My cost basis doesnt really matter as I have all the shares in various retirement accounts. I had to raise money to buy an apartment building in missouri a few years back so my personal shares were exchanged for cash that I had in my retirement account.
I was told management gets a slug of stock if they can get the price to .75.
In a way yes. I'm not selling much right now. The other poster called out my credibility. I was just setting the record straight.
FYI Justin has never reached out to me so I wonder how much he is interested in shareholders

Believe what you want.
If you look back on 10Q's from several years back I was named as the second largest shareholder behnd Mark M. at 5 million shares. I still have half a million shares with the transfer agent in addition to the other 2.8 million shares.
I sold 60,000 shares (two 30k blocks) after 3 pm today.
Pmunch knows who I am
If you have level 2 you will see 50k shares for sale at .32 and thats my gift to you. Its been like a brick wall for many days which tells me there isnt much buying power.
i still have 3 million shares so there is more for you to munch on. Go ahead and hit the bid.
