Facebook Update. Trade shows are one of the Liquidmetal’s most powerful sales and marketing assets. Direct access to professionals from specific industries provides extremely valuable insight into how our product can improve a wide range of applications.
Our goals at every show are simple: listen, learn, and educate. As a growing technology, our business thrives on understanding what our target customers’ challenges are and educating them on how we may be able to help.
Creating a “win-win” scenario for our customers is most important. This begins by successfully identifying how our manufacturing process can overcome a roadblock they are facing in a specific application. The Liquidmetal team gathers dozens of meaningful interactions and bits of information that fit into this category at every show.
Ultimately, generating orders and manufacturing parts is our objective. In order to do so, we must first learn what different markets need and provide valuable solutions to each one. This is accomplished beginning at the source, meeting professionals at events around the country, where it is most convenient for them.
To meet our team at an upcoming trade show, the current list of events for 2018 can be seen below:
SHOT Show Supplier Showcase – Las Vegas, NV – January 22-23, 2018MD&M West – Anaheim, CA – February 6-8, 2018SAE World Congress – Detroit, MI – April 10-12, 2018BIOMEDevice Boston – Boston, MA – April 18-19, 2018MD&M East – New York City, NY – June 12-14, 2018
The Liquidmetal team will be at Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) Minneapolis this Wednesday and Thursday. The expo is one of the biggest medtech events in the industry, featuring thousands of professionals and over 600 suppliers.
Our team will be armed with recent biocompatibility test results, including: implantation, ISO-10993, nickel release, and corrosion information. This information plays a major role in highlighting how amorphous alloys could be a powerful manufacturing solution in the medical market.
Visitors to the Liquidmetal booth will have access to experienced amorphous metal engineers and part designers, as well as the ability to touch and feel production parts.

135 days and counting.
Dick Hipple - Earnings Call Q4 2015 - We’ve talked also about our bulk metallic glass product in the past. It’s another emerging product that we have. I don’t think we will see a lot of that in 2016, but there actually are developments in that today, that I see that on longer-term 2018, 2019 basis to just give you a few examples.
Happy New Year! Season's Greetings from Turing Robotic Industries (TRI).
Today we would like to bring you a step closer into TRI's industrial design process. We are also making a pre-announcement of our new flagship phone due for release soon. TRI's design team sought to build the most unconventional but yet aesthetically pleasing phone for the most discerning customer. The meticulously chosen materials and the sleek contours are a direct result of TRI's industrial design DNA. Exquisite detailing and fine craftsmanship; it's a machine that blurs the border between human consciousness and bot automation.
TRI's designers have brought together the best practices in phone design by studying how a phone could interact between a real world environment layered on top of a virtual world. This enables our ability to explore both the real and the virtual world via Artificial Intelligence (AI). TRI is striving to define the true meaning and concept for a ground breaking mobile AI device. The first thing that came to mind was to define a new user interface, one that not only recognizes your words but understands your thoughts and able to identify you as an unique individual out of the 7.475 billion people on earth. TRI is working closely with KnuVerse, who specializes in successful voice authentication in real-world noisy environments, along with other strategic partners to design a Voice User Interface (VUI) that is able to authenticate a user in the realm of artificial intelligence.
These technological advancements are in the process of being integrated into our upcoming new flagship phone, the Turing Phone Appassionato. The Appassionato isn't a concept phone nor is it an experimental device. TRI has been developing this new flagship phone for the past year. Some of the features of the Appassionato include TRI's signature Liquidmorphium (liquid-metal) composite alloy material as well as a more polished and luminous surface produced from Sapphire glass. It also comes with State-of-the-art craftsmanship along with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 and 6GB RAM. Thanks to the additional emphasis on security and data encryption for Nougat (Android 7.0) as well as the overwhelming demand for an Android based Turing Phone, TRI has decided to use this platform for the Appassionato. A Sailfish OS version will be released at a later date.
To avoid potential delays this year, TRI is working with a very reputable and respected smartphone ODM partner to perform testing and certifications leading up to the final assembly of the Turing Phone Appassionato. We are also adding more professionals to our experienced team to better serve you and to rectify issues you may have encountered with our first generation Turing Phone.
We are also pleased to announce that starting today, you can now follow Turing Life at the following social media pages:

Please stay tuned for more exciting developments from TRI. We wish you all the best this holiday season.
Sincerely,
Syl Chao

Yes I did see that kind of odd.
Someone went to great lengths to test the Turing Phone durability.
Its the same story different year. Very sad
At this point its not. When the Reuters news hit the board I started the scavenger hunt like I usually do. I sometimes drop information that might jog something with someone else. Unfortunately tall we have until the call or some type of PR. I forget anything you post goes through the ringer so not trying to put false information. Dongguan Eontec CEO Lugee Li is not only the co creator of Liquidmorphium but also own Leader Biomedical. Im hoping its going that route.

Significant to Liquidmetal and significant to Materion are probably worlds apart. The low hanging fruit might just be enough until we land a marlin.
36:33 of that call was interesting. Exciting to hear there are developments but... 2018 -2019? Was hoping for something sooner

Should be interesting.
I agree on the video 100%

Interesting.. they are about 7 buildings away from LiquidMetal.

Facebook Update. They said update on Emesyl coming bext week.
Lets hope the Q&A is a good one. I think we can skip the Apple questions as its the same answer and we waste precious time each call. Tom said medical will be first up on prior calls so we should hammer the crap out of that subject. Whats been tested, anticipated order time frame, estimated volume etc.. All signs point in this direction for our first biggest hit so why not push until he slips and gives up something good.
Interesting picture noted. I just was doing some online research and found that same picture on a 2009 report for Laparoscopic devices.

No clue but why all the Advanced Laparoscopic Specialists?
