So...we have just shy of 55 million of dilution shares to go. Plus, our current market cap is 25 million dollars less than the company's current market cap.
You know, I have never concentrated more than 15% of my assets in the OTC, but I have made Verde the exception. I hate to say it, but Mr. Cox has found a way to profit from easy money.
My only concern is regarding future growth as I anticipate easy deals will become a thing of the past once oil and ng pricing returns to more profitable levels. I assume leadership will diversify in some way in order to perpetuate growth. Or, as I presume, the co. will likely get bought out by a private entity looking for passive income.
Either way, I consider this company worthy of significant investment.
