Something along the line of Start up battery companies testing agenda for new materials what batteries do they test first second so forth . Might be a good question for the CHAT application they have now
Pouch cell test results are the results that really mean something and i dont think they are so far along in the testing / optimizing part of that phase that they have anything they want to share because through the optimization process the results hopefully get better and better . Then when they get the" Holy Grail of silicon anode " results as we want to see then they would probably seal some partnerships then tell the world what they have . He did state something along the lines , " in the months to come " speaking of accomplishing Endurion Battery goals . One of those goals would be as Matt Kappers said in the recent interview that the next steps for Endurion is a partnership with a battery manufacturer or EV auto company . That may be a few months away , dont know but that will be a good question for the next shareholder web cast which should take place in April.
From the Coretec update today :
" We’re excited with the progress so far and are looking forward to achieving more of our Endurion goals in the coming months. "
Yes they did say they would have results from testing the battery but i anticipated that they would not share early results from battery tests since they had much work to do beyond initial testing . This is a battery race to have the best chemistries for battery performance and there are many steps they go through . Coin / button cell testing was first and i would anticipate pouch cell testing is the next step as they continue to test / optimize the battery chemistries. Pouch cell testing results are what everyone wants to see in the battery industry and im sure they are sharing data with their battery partners but no one else at this point .They are holding close what they know but it does seem Coretec likes the early results of testing. Coetecs team seems upbeat about the program.
Accually it looks like about 230 million shares plus 13 million held by Armistice so about 243 million shares . So with an OS count of 268 million the remaining shares out there is about 25 million. How do you see it . If the stock makes a move to the upside with good news the number of shares that shareholders can sell is higher that that but I see a lot of insiders and former insiders perhaps not selling right away so I believe the stock could move to the upside quite well with out a lot of resistance. Remember when we saw the stock jump to 50 cents a while back in like 30 min. with no news. I believe common shareholders are in a good position overall.

Armistice had about 13 million recently according SEC filing. According to the new 10K the total number of shares held by Current and former directors and executive officers as a group 76 % ( 181 million ) ,plus Carlton James 9 % ( 24.5 million ) , Diversified Alpha Fund 8.7 % ( 23.3 million ) and Armistice ( 13 million ) looks like around 240 million plus with an Outstanding share count of 268 million shares . The float ( just your common shareholder outside the insiders and former execs )is quite small according to this recent 10K around 40 million shares in the float give or take ?? Whats your take ( Armistice hasn't excercised their options.)

From the conference call in Dec : They have not stated since they would officially attend the International Battery Conference yet in Orlando March 20th . https://www.internationalbatteryseminar.com/
But there are many other potential end users for Endurion, such as battery manufacturers, consumer
electronics, and more. In 2023, we’ll be developing relationships with them. As we have in the past, we
will participate in industry associations and tradeshows like the National Alliance for the Advanced
Transportation Batteries, also known as NAATBatt, the International Battery Conference, and, of course,
The Battery Show.

Coretecs linkedin has a new post about the Anode seminar and a link to the seminar info. From their site :
About this event
Silicon anode is viewed as one of the “beyond lithium” technologies due to its potential for significantly higher capacities. However, there are significant technical barriers that are impacting the introduction of this technology such as swelling, charge retention and heat dissipation in multi-cell battery packages. The MPSC (in conjunction with the Army's DEVCOM C5ISR Power Division) is hosting a seminar to identify the root causes of these problems and discuss potential solutions.
Also they have little cash according to the SEC filings and borrowing from toxic investors. I dont own stock in it but just came accross this . Im going to watch to see if they do a R/S split and then see if the stock drops in price becauce thats what ussually happens after the split then look at it again. I like CRTG The Coretec Group now https://thecoretecgroup.com/ they have a lot going on with LEDs and possible partnership for verticle agriculture , Silicon battery anode development program and CSpace a 3D volumetric product and semi conductor applications and CHIPS ACT $$ fundinding possibilities
Coretec does have a silicon anode they are completing and talking about at these conferences and more than likely sharing what data the do have with potential customers . These conferences are huge for Coretec to make contact with the right companies . They have made great progess in just a year since the beginning of the Endurion battery program . Im very impressed ! And they are in the process of funding from many sources the possible LED partnership and CSpace is going very well with a report coming in the coming months. Also the funding opportunity for semiconductors . The 10K comes out probably March 20th time frame like last year and a shareholder call in April like last year . I think a lot is being accomplished but with NDAs in place not much can be shared and the batteery data will be held close while they work on it but shared with partners ( NDAs ) and those they need to share it with whom we wont know of but they are there . We just have to wait and see who they are working with. in their timing .Expecting great things for this company.
Next show up for Coretec is tomorrow March 7th and 8th at the "Silicon Anode Seminar " listed under Coretec EVENTS on their web site https://milpwr.org
Then the Plug Volt battery seminar in July 18-20th . There was another battery show coming up in March 20th that Coretec said in the Dec 14th web cast they were going to as well but they didn't list it on their web site. Battery Show in Sept.
12 billion shares , could be something like a 200 to 300/1 R/S from past experiences if that does happen .It looks like they just borrowed more money and diluted further . Just came across this stock today and looked at the SEC filings and 8K just filed.

Heres another article pertaining to Chips funding today. Coretec could be part of some big semi conductor manufacturing companies application for funding . Refining of the CHS process , according to the call in DEC ,would be a part of a big semiconductors companies proposal if Coretec landed in someones proposal for Chips funding.

In the new report on 3d tech it didnt list 3D volumetric technologies like CSpace . There really isnt a lot of competition for Coretec if they can get thier Cspace tech complete. They listed : 3D Displays Market by Types listed were: Voxon wasnt even listed which has a 3D volumetric image but it doesnt have great resolution or colors .
Liquid Emitting Diode (LED)
Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED)
Digital Light Processing (DLP)
Plasma Display Panel (PDP)
Applications listed : 3D Displays Market by Applications:
TV
Smartphones
Monitor
Mobile computing devices
Projectors
HMD
Others CSpace falls under this category for sure
From In the News on Coretecs web site they posted a 3D display market report . TedJ. yes i did see that after i posted it . The others listed didnt have the same type of 3D image .If Coretec can complete thier C-Space image i believe it would be #1 out of that group. We need to take a look at what others are doing on this list . There is room for several types of 3D display tech on the market for there are different applications for these and different needs out there. . One works better than another depending on the application. There are 3D markets by types and 3D markets by applications listed on the report . We will have to see who is doing a true 3D volumetric application like C-Space. Ive looked at many and didnt see anything exaxctly like C-Space Full color, high resolution ( not off of a 2 D screen TV or monitor ) but true 3D ,in Space , like Coretecs would be a winner in if it can be scaled and scaled to different sizes affordably.

This second report titled Next generation 3D volumetric diplays has 5 different companies listed Google and Samsung and 3 others . Coretec wasn't listed on this one .I could not find anything these companies are doing like C-Space from The Coretec Group though. Googles Starling tech and Samsung had some type of 3D stuff and the others were not working on the type of 3D display Coretec has. Might need to look further though.

Adelaide U and Voxon Photonics are literally miles from each other
I didn't see any full color 3D images in the displays from that video. Have to look further
Voxon Photonics Out of Adelaide Austrailia
Voxon Photonics is in Adelaide Australia they have a 3D volumetric display that is different than C-space. I wonder if they have heard of The Coretecs Groups project with Adelaide U. ?? https://www.linkedin.com/company/voxonphotonics?original_referer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bing.com

Thanks , it looks like they are just getting ready to apply for funding . Led partnership soon would be a big step im looking for that to happen to go with the Endurion project and C-Space work . Im looking forward the 10 plus inch image space with a full color high resolution image in it . If they pull it off and show it to the world thats going to be a big event for Coretec .
Typically first round funding for these type funds goes to companies who are building manufacturing plants or have technology ready commercially or are fairly far along. Coretecs work with a semi conductor company was said to be for refining the CHS process to scale CHS. But who knows maybe they will be in the early mix but if i recall in the Dec 14th meeting they said they were preparing paperwork to apply for funding and were just in talks with those semi conductor companies but id have to look back .
