Yes im aware of these charges. Is this still an ongoing case? Or is it everything settled? the acquisition announcement was on dec 1. I dont know when this transaction will actually be complete but if we own shares of sway energy, more details on the type of acquisition (cash or stock or both) this is should be announced soon. Im assuming. ??

Hmmmm. Is Redhawk’s interest in a cannabis acquisition due to the fact it may help COVID-19 patients?? Something to ponder…personally ive always believed the real money to be made in cannabis is hemp and its high output of CBD, as opposed to marijuana, which contains THC. I also Dont think Redhawk is considering an acquisition of this kind for the obvious reason every other otc company gets involved in. I could be wrong but, Only time will tell. Which i got plenty of.
