Hope you are not driving through CA to get to Washington as CA is a disaster of biblical proportions now
I understand your bond theory very much as I am a finance guy however holding a bond in a company that will not pay interest and that is plagued with the history of VNTH - I know of no company that would buy such a bond
A lot of smoke in Washington so be careful with your grand kids
makes sense
I am so confused here - can someone help me - if the company was delisted and then went bankrupt and then a class action lawsuit was filed in January of this year - what is the deal - is Derrick million still involved does the company exist but is in bankruptcy and delisted - I am really lost here and look forward to some clarification
Your logic is totally sound and makes sense
I did not know all that - so you have more current information
I did not know all that - so you have more current information
If your math is right then Nanobeak owns .04% of VNTH
I understand your idea and your logic and that this has been done before but lets be honest who would buy bonds in a company such as VNTH. No filings since 2016 and no approval from the SEC on the 14C and lenders all of which are unhappy and no revenue expected any time soon and one guy that is the CEO - Maybe you have a better perspective on who exactly would buy a company with a history like ours even if they get past the SEC fraud charge against the former Chairman and CEO there is not much here in my opinion for a bond holder to be excited about

thank you so much
I read all of this post from what you and others posted and I did the the math.
In 2014 Nanobeak Inc was the majority shareholder with their 112 million shares but at some time that I cannot figure out what year of month their shareholdings (which as was pointed out became preferred shares) became non majority shareholder so I read the 14C posted on Edgar that was dated June 2018 and by my reading Nanobeak Inc(AKA Nanobeak LLC/ AKA Nanobeak Biotech Inc) does not even own 5% of VNTH. Page 6 of the 14C says there are 2.6 billion voting shares as of June 15, 2018 (includes common and the Preferred Series A, B, C, D,) See footnote 2 on page 6 that indicates the number of shares for each Preferred.
Then if you look at footnotes 3 through 12 you will see all the conversions for B, C and D which means Nanobeak is Series A by default. So as was pointed out the the earlier posting Nanobeak had 112 million shares which means that as of June 15 Nanobeak owned 4.2% which they are not listed on the table in the 14C
I cannot join your conference call and my thought is that trying to force the one person that is management Robert Chicoski to do anything when the company has no money to do any thing seems like a lost cause to me
Well fortunately I did not die but have been to the hospital twice in the last 10 months - I am doing better but still recovering and doing rehab every day
I am not sure why anyone thinks this company will do any thing soon as it has been over 4 years since the last 10K
this press release and the one yesterday are both completely untrue and when I say completely untrue I mean completely untrue - it is just that simple
Does anyone have a better idea than a reverse split going forward?
What do you think is a better strategy?
I do not understand what is the issue if the reverse split is 1 for 100 and the price goes from $.0003 to $.03
a reverse split will increase the price of the stock - that is the whole point of a reverse split
Thanks so much for that link to prices and volume
Does anyone have the closing price and volume for 4-19-2016 and 4-20-2016? I cannot seem to find it anywhere.
Regarding the calculations posted here this morning - I just looked on the website and the numbers are a total addressable market of $2.7 Billion not $7.3 billion. Not that it matters since they are both such large numbers but that is what the website says - perhaps it was updated after someone on here made the calculation.
I just looked at the Vantage website and someone has updated the investor section - I guess they are getting serious now
I just went to the vantage health website and it is completely different. They must have changed it between yesterday and today.
I wonder if that means something is coming?
I just read the 8K filed yesterday - it discusses the sub-license from Nanobeak to Vantage - so everything we heard is now documented
I went through the entire 10Q and the exhibits in detail and see nothing but good news. The fact that they have cash in the bank and we now see the actual license agreement is great. Nice to see no debt either
No problem - I could not figure how to do it either so the only way I could see it was to go to the website
I tried the link you posted but it goes nowhere - If you just go to the website you can see all the slides on the home page
Did you notice that the graphic on this website changed from what it was previously
