I understand your idea and your logic and that this has been done before but lets be honest who would buy bonds in a company such as VNTH. No filings since 2016 and no approval from the SEC on the 14C and lenders all of which are unhappy and no revenue expected any time soon and one guy that is the CEO - Maybe you have a better perspective on who exactly would buy a company with a history like ours even if they get past the SEC fraud charge against the former Chairman and CEO there is not much here in my opinion for a bond holder to be excited about
