VMSI - Pink Current again! Hopefully they did that for a reason, let's get one more run!!!
Checkout updates to nnrx website...!!
First they need to get current, I think that will help calm things down.
They posted Notification of Late Filing yesterday and it stated at the end that Attorney Letter with Respect to Current Information anticipated to be filed by 5/10/2022...
It that's done, might get this back to Pink Status!!
Sherratt Reicher, The Plant's Sr. Vice President of Business Development says, "We have been encouraged and excited about the immediate results and synergies of both organizations working together so far."
Sherrat, founder of Scarlett Wines (Formerly McGah Family Cellars) - Family co-founded the Oakland Raiders, part of that key personnel.
I like that we're hearing from a member of The Plant team in the PR.
I'll take .0189 by August!!! That was our lucky number in 2019!!! LOL
First time they referenced The Plant directly like that too... Even tagged them in tweet!
Gotcha, I was very surprised by the volume today.
Jimmy, how do you see this transition impacting the "VMSI" stock side of things?
I'm guessing if they decide to continue with the ticker, we'll see website etc be updated to reflect new business model?
Thanks
Anyone able to find any information on DHS Development Inc. and its affiliated companies (outside of The Plant?)
That's my number right there bro!!
Oh wow!!! Mine I hope this gets moving soon. Isn't the time to bring current up soon?
Do you have a link Jimmy?
I think there's been so much negativity on this board in particular, newbies are holding off until we get confirmation deal is finalized. Why do you think it's not moving?
New tweet about acquisition of The Plant and how it will impact NNRX business...
Acquisition of The Plant will allow NNRX to offer custom extracts, bulk oil, private label, or product development support, to become any client’s preferred cannabis manufacturing partner. #NNRX $NNRX

California's Finest, what role do you think they play with NNRX moving forward? Last few PR's before they went MIA, involved their new found relationship with CA Finest.
NNRX sent out another tweet:
NutraNomics Inc. (OTC: NNRX) was incorporated in 2007 and quickly grew to achieve global success with its outstanding reputation of individual health support featuring its own nutraceutical products. #NNRX

You bring up a really good point my friend!
This is from the initial PR: "this initial acquisition is a methodical and responsible move in our pursuit to acquire resources in the Seed, Science, Processing and Distribution model that NutraNomics continues to target,"
It's very possible they hold onto more detail to deliver after PR finalizing the deal.
Reason I say that is because, while we'll see a nice move upon that getting out there. They'll need something to sustain the upward trend from flippers !
My goal is to sell 60% of my shares at .05-06 (if we get that high) and hold the rest to see what happens.
Think we get another PR this week before announcement of deal finalization just to keep building interest?
New Tweet from NNRX.
All of the products NNRX features are designed to give each customer alternative options that are 100% organic, highly potent and intensely acute in providing healing benefits throughout all markets. #NNRX

Very good point! I noticed the image but it didn't dawn on me to look at it from that perspective!!!
I think being involved with possibly multiple companies and thinkpots is probably helping them strategies better!
Question - You mentioned the possibility of a 2nd website. Do you think being that The Plant is a subsidiary, they keep their individual stuff running and we just get more pages added after the final PR to announce deal is done... officially!
The Plant has been in business since 2020.
Highlight from The Plant offering by James Capital Advisors:
Strong Guarantee from High-Net-Worth Family Office - The lease will be personally guaranteed by the CEO of The Plant and the McGah Family -The CEO in question is Sherratt Reicher. This guy from what I've read on him is a well-established business man in the Northern California area.
This is from a 2008 article:
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – DBI Beverage Napa and DBI Beverage San Jose announced today that they have acquired the Napa and San Jose, CA, operations, respectively, of Sherratt Reicher’s Hudson Beverage Company. Terms of the asset purchases were not disclosed.
DBI Beverage Napa and DBI Beverage San Jose are owned by DBI Beverage Inc.
The Hudson Beverage operations are the fourth and fifth beverage distributors that DBI Beverage Inc. has acquired since 2002. Four of the five acquisitions have been in Northern California.
“Sherratt Reicher and the Hudson Beverage team have built a great business and a strong customer base,” said David B. Ingram, chairman of DBI Beverage Inc. “Our goal is to continue that success and commitment to customer service.”
Combined, Hudson Beverage has 205 employees and $90 million in revenues.
He left the Oakland Raiders after working as a defensive assistant (family co-founded the team) in 2002 to form Hudson Companies which included Hudson Beverages. Turned around and sold it in 2008 for an undisclosed amount while making $90 million in revenue between the two locations!
Trying to connect dots...
Again from The Plant offering: "The business is currently on track to generate $4M in annual revenue in 2020... revenue is expected to jump to $53M in 2021, and climb to $82M in 2022.
We don't know final revenue numbers, but hell if it was $4M for 2020 and 2021 respectively that's great considering what NNRX has done.
CEO (Sherratt Reicher) is part of Key personnel... company was private now it would be going public.
He probably reached out to so many people that way, and caused lots to lose money holding longer than they should've! That sucks!!
I remember bro Lmao!!! converse your post... we'll chat up some more another time!
Yeah bro, I've been messing with NNRX since '14!!!
I keep coming back cuz she's been good to me! LOL
I don't expect anything from any OTC stock, but I have enough to cashout 65-70% and gamble on the rest to see if this time it's an actual business move that will generate verifiable revenue on their end!
Bro, I remember!! Like I said he had me fooled!! LOL My wife wanted me to sell at .0189 and I kept saying, "let's hold, there's an insider on the board I follow who said it will continue to go up." We all know what happened after that! Lol
I was already nervous going in after what happened with Gibbs like I said. But I went from possibly $100K profit to $20K.
Needless to say, wife wasn't very happy with me!
It's crazy you mention OC, I can say he taught me to take what you read on these boards with a grain of salt! For a moment there, he had me dreaming of crazy profits!! Since then I've made it a habit to take profits on all OTC stocks, if it runs past my exit oh well!!
I'm feeling the same way. My investment isn't much that I'd cry if things turned sour really fast! Lol
That's nice profit Fish!! NNRX was my first OTC stock, I made a very good amount when Gibbs ran it up. I didn't make as much on Hemp deal (was nervous how NNRX behaved that 1st time around)... Last year I made around $50K, I was just buying and holding not knowing what might happen because it was so low. Glad I did!
Started accumulating more for this possible move back in Sep.
What's your gut tell you about this Jimmy?
I think we will bro, as long we don't we get greedy!! Like I said this is the OTC!! Get it while you can!! LOL
Good Luck to you to brother!!
I don't post much, I usually just come on here to read the comments and see how everyone else feels about stocks I'm trading. This will be my 4th time investing with NNRX. I was here when Gibbs ran it over $1.00 and for Bishop in '19 and the unexpected run to .0033 last year.
Sure he could be right. Everyone here is an adult, when it comes to this stock market thing we can all go hope we make a decision we can live with if it turns out bad. This is the OTC, we know it's a gamble to begin with! Most of them are scams!!
The reason I called him what I did is since he's been here, he's only had negative things to say. So he wants to mention folks pumping and dumping, what is he doing if he only makes negative comments. And he's even mentioned before that he's "not a holder" so what are you doing here?
To your point everyone is trying to make money, so when I see that from him I get annoyed and trust me it's been going on for a while!! :)
Why do you listen to this fool, he's holding a bigger bag than anyone else!!!
So funny you point that out bro, I was just reading this and it stood out to me from their "About Us" section: "With the support of significant financial resources behind us, we are poised for tremendous growth through the financial and operational empowerment of our valued subsidiaries."
They're so active right now, they sent out a tweet too!!! Nothing of real importance in it, but we got action!!! Next we might get a PR email, been a while since they did that.
How much time do we have left to get current again Jimmy?

I could be wrong, but just my opinion.
This is from the 1st PR:
NutraNomics. Inc. (OTC: NNRX) has entered into a Binding Letter of Intent with DHS Development Inc. dba The Plant, of Desert Hot Springs, CA. (www.theplantlabs.com), to acquire the organization's assets, IP and key personnel. The Plant's principals and key management are an essential component to NutraNomics' strategic vision for growth and critical to its success path in an evolving industry. "This is an exciting step and opportunity for NutraNomics and represents the first of future M&A's to come.
Unless something has changed recently, Sherratt is part of that key personnel!!
I know Bishop burned allot of us last time, but he might actually be onto something this go round.
What would you want to see proof of exactly? That Sherrat owned/is the owner of The Plant or proof he's buying up the offering??
If it's the latter, I think we all would want to see proof of that. For the former, he's listed as Co-Founder of The Plant. It's listed on his linkedin profile.
If I'm right, the "acquisition" of The Plant is from Sherratt Reicher (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sherratt-reicher-a0912b44?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_contact_details%3BhESCmW%2BATtyAvNc5pYprZQ%3D%3D) who is the heir to the McGah Family. The McGah family is most notably known for co-founding the Oakland Raiders and operating Scarlett Wines.
Sherratt Reicher, E.J.’s grandson, carried on the sports tradition and worked as a defensive assistant and scout for the Raiders before leaving in 2002 to form the Hudson Companies, a diversified enterprise that includes Scarlett Wines and McGah Family Vineyards among its portfolio. The McGah family maintained its ownership in the Raiders until 2005 and still takes great pride in being part of a living legacy. Today, Sherratt continues to oversee the family’s winemaking endeavors and infuses a strong sense of pride and tradition into all aspects of Scarlett Wines.
What if Sherratt purchased up those shares for $16M... someone mentioned possible R/M...???
