This is from the initial PR: "this initial acquisition is a methodical and responsible move in our pursuit to acquire resources in the Seed, Science, Processing and Distribution model that NutraNomics continues to target,"

It's very possible they hold onto more detail to deliver after PR finalizing the deal.

Reason I say that is because, while we'll see a nice move upon that getting out there. They'll need something to sustain the upward trend from flippers !
