Why are posts that violate these rules...
Personal Attack
"This is when someone attacks one or more members personally rather than the content of that Member's message. The post does not have to be addressed to the "target" of the attack to be considered a Personal Attack. If it attacks a messenger rather than the message, it qualifies for deletion and it is expected that Moderators will remove it."
Off Topic
"Posts about or focusing on other Members or groups of people and their reasons for posting on the board (i.e. "XYZDownDaDrain" is just a basher, ignore him", "XYZToDaMoon" is a pumper", "the naysayers are very loud today", "c'mon, where did all the cheerleaders go?"). The post does not have to be addressed to a specific person. If the post is about other Users then it should be removed.
Posts with religious or political statements should be removed as "off topic". These inevitably create an avalanche of replies that are off topic as well.
Posts about Moderators and/or deletions are also "off topic". Issues of this nature need to be discussed with a Site Admin.
Putting "ot" at the beginning of a post does not make it acceptable. It is still off topic and eligible for removal."
Vulgarity
"The PG13 rule is loosely used as a guideline to what is/isn't acceptable when determining whether a comment is vulgar. The theory is that if society has deemed it appropriate for a 13 year old to hear, it is unlikely that it will be offensive to the majority of Users.
Otherwise, profanity (as explained above) is unacceptable on the stock boards, even when punctuation characters are used to "fill in the blanks" or letters are changed (f**k, azzh*le, etc.). Note that there are also "polite versions" for many acronyms and these are assumed to be the case when in doubt (i.e. "wtf?" = "what the freak?" in the polite version).
Any form of vulgarity directed at another User is unacceptable and should be removed (i.e. "you're a sh*thead", "being an a** doesn't help your case")."
allowed against posters who appear, or happen (which can't be verified), to be involved in the company of the said board?
I can provide examples of course. What is your official policy?
SO NOTHING, right?
Thank you for your time.
What exactly does this prove?

BTW, old information. File date is 2006.
I find many shorts will not do any DD as well. Otherwise they would have covered after the quadruple bottom lol.
Oh boo, Jeff manger from New Jersey transfer just emailed this
"You will have to contact the company for non public information"
TA gagged. Fact.
Is that your proof?
No it is not gagged. By gagged, you are implying that NTGL is doing the gagging on purpose for nefariousness reasons...such as dilution or unicorn insider enrichment schemes LOL.
Please provide evidence that is the case?
The TA cannot respond until FINRA approves the transaction.
Oh OK. BTW I’m George Clooney. Nice to meet you.
Oh you want proof? Well I have proof that I am George Clooney but I don’t want to show it. Is that the logic you were talking about?
The TA cannot respond without FINRA authorizing the transaction.
Whoops. I responded to myself. Do you have proof it is completely wrong?
At least you're doing SOMETHING positive. Keep up the good work.
LOL. Good one. It appears SOME posters do not seem to understand the importance of NTEK holding the MAJORITY OF CONTROL OF NTGL. With Al Stone as CEO and Aaron Hightower with his passion for gaming and innovation, it only gets better and better.
You can't save everyone. Sigh.
Schoengood is NOT involved here. NTEK holds the majority percentage of NTGL.
NOW, if you believe Foley and Schoengood are part of a GRAND, MASS SCAM of many major companies...well I can't provide the rest without censorship.
Good luck.
There's a lot of people REALLY interested in a SCAM. I wonder, often at night, why so many people would be interested in such an obvious SCAM?
I just noticed NTEK made $2.5 million in revenue and $330,000 in profits. I expect each quarter to grow in revenue and profits exponentially for some time. Yet there are some people who are only looking out for the welfare of others. Here "to educate?" In my opinion, I find that strange but I appreciate the CONTINUOUS effort.
I am always suspicious of such endeavors but I am sure, in due time, NTEK will prove them all WRONG with audits, an up-list and outstanding revenues as they solidify the future evolution of television: 4($)K.
This post is on-topic.
Thank you.
In case you missed it last night.
"This may help the new investors/traders who are entering NTEK. The stock has been heavily manipulated by short sellers, especially after the fact that NTEK raised the A/S to 990,000,000 shares. But they have nearly reached their limit and the upsurge today entails A LOT of (manipulative) shorts are covering for dear life.
DEFINITION of 'Short Covering'
Buying back borrowed securities in order to close an open short position. Short covering refers to the purchase of the exact same security that was initially sold short, since the short-sale process involved borrowing the security and selling it in the market. For example, assume you sold short 100 shares of XYZ at $20 per share, based on your view that the shares were headed lower. When XYZ declines to $15, you buy back 100 shares of XYZ in the market to cover your short position (and pocket a gross profit of $500 from your short trade). This process is known as short covering.
INVESTOPEDIA EXPLAINS 'Short Covering'
The short-sale will be profitable if the short position is covered at a lower price than the stock was sold short. It would result in a loss if the short covering occurs at a higher price than the stock was shorted. When there is a great deal of short covering occurring in a stock, it may be result in a “short squeeze,” wherein short sellers are forced to liquidate their positions at progressively higher prices as the stock moves up rapidly. Also known as “buy to cover.”
Short covering may also happen on an involuntary basis in the case of stocks with very high short interest, which may subject short sellers to a “buy in.” This refers to the closing out of a short position by a broker-dealer if the stock is extremely difficult to borrow and its lenders are demanding it back.
The risk of short covering, i.e. whether or not the stock will be subject to a short squeeze, can be gauged by a stock’s short interest and its short interest ratio (SIR). Short interest refers to the number of shares sold short as a percentage of total shares outstanding, while short interest ratio is computed as total shares sold short divided by the stock’s average daily trading volume.
The higher the short interest and SIR, the greater the risk that short covering may occur in a disorderly fashion. For example, consider a stock with 50 million shares outstanding, 10 million shares sold short and average daily trading volume of 1 million shares. This stock has a short interest of 20% and a SIR of 10, both of which are quite high, suggesting that short covering could be difficult.
Short covering is generally responsible for the initial stages of a rally after a prolonged bear market or a protracted decline in a stock. Short sellers usually have a shorter trading horizon than investors with long positions. This is due to the risk of runaway losses on a short squeeze, so they are quick to cover their short positions on any signs of a turnaround in market sentiment or a stock’s fortunes."

Ya. I want MORE cheap shares TOO before it heads up north permanently.
I've been waiting for this SEC investigation/scam ruse to take fruition for some time. But despite all the lies (LOL), the SEC does nothing. Could it be that there is nothing to investigate? I'll give you some time for that question. Think hard lol.
They have a TA and they are not gagged as has been stated by the company (just bought out and needed to transition).
Thanks for confirming. Another myth from the shorts debunked AGAIN.
BTW, great accumulation today. People are picking up shares for the next leg up after the Paramount announcement and future PR's.
This won't go lower Mikey.
Armada Music is a Dutch record label that specializes in releasing electronic dance music, co-founded by Armin van Buuren.
The approach to combining everything music related in one company has attracted several top names to the label, including: Aly & Fila, Andy Moor, BT, Chicane, Dash Berlin, Paul Oakenfold, W&W, Cosmic Gate, Max Graham, and newer additions such as David Gravell, Audien, Toby Hedges, and Andrew Rayel.
Under the Armada Music umbrella are some of the industry’s biggest imprints, including W&W’s Mainstage Music, Trice Recordings, Orjan Nilsen’s In My Opinion Records, Dash Berlin’s Aropa, M Records, and Armin van Buuren’s Armind, A State of Trance, and Who’s Afraid of 138?! labels. In total, more than 25 sub-labels reside under Armada.
From 2009-2013, the record label received five consecutive International Dance Music Awards for 'Best Global Dance Label'. Armada received 22 nominations at the 2014 IDMAs, winning 10, including 'Best Compilation' for A State of Trance. The Academy of Electronic Music, a joint venture between Armada, Google, Point Blank, and DJ Mag, was the recipient of the 'People's Voice Award' at the 2014 Webby Awards.
CEO Maykel Piron was awarded with a ‘Feather’ — a prize for persons within the Dutch music industry that have made an extraordinary contribution to Dutch music. Maykel Piron is the youngest person to have ever received this prestigious award.
Armada Music also hosts its own worldwide events: Armada Nights. Featuring Armada DJs, Armada Nights have taken place in Buenos Aires, London, Amsterdam, Rome, Jakarta, New York, Dubai, Mexico City, and other destinations throughout the world. Armada-branded stages have appeared at Ultra Music Festival events in Argentina and Chile, as well as Electronic Family in Amsterdam.
Bold emphasis mine. Live events. Whether you enjoy it or not, electronic music is VERY popular nowadays. Streaming of Ultra Music Festival on Ultraflix would be a huge money maker from the young crowd. All I hear from kids ages 12-18 is this question: Who is going to Ultra?

Accumulation/distribution line rising fast especially for the short-term charts.
NTEK #2 on the most active boards.
Correct. That was an answer to an inane question. LOL.
All loaded although hopefully I can buy more Friday with incoming funds. Looking for .005 and possibly penny land and beyond with the right actions from the company.
Shorts are going to lose. Plain and simple.
There have been many lies debunked throughout this year (not to mention any names...)
Time to face the music. Ultraflix has A-list content (another lie debunked). The amount of such A-list content will only grow larger and larger.
I can't wait to hear more news about Gaming Labs.
I can't wait to hear about FURTHER buybacks.
I can't wait to VERIFY audited financials that already are taking place.
This will be a great year for NTEK!
So you agree this is the bottom?
Shorts are going to burn.
LOL.
Hot trigger today from IHUB.
It is my opinion that you don't have any new information.
LOL. Good luck!
Oh no! Think about your children for Gods sake!
It really is a sad state of affairs at the moment. I'm still long 300,000 shares at .058 but this company has failed to live up to their promises to shareholders. Highly frustrating and I feel for those that are in a similar predicament, or far worse. Still hoping for the best this holiday season but the December tax loss sell-off has added fuel to the fire for shorts.
Good luck to all.
All yours. Lol.
Just saw four 4K commercials this MORNING ALONE from Sony, Best Buy, Walmart, and hhgreg. Both Spanish and English channels since I live in Miami. Also my girlfriend has received three emails of Groupons for 4K TV's.

Christmas is going to be BIG.
Wouldn't you have to 'fall' or 'descend' into non-existence?
LOL.
Anyone have the contact information (preferably email) for the TA?
Very cool. Very swag. I like it!
LOL. OK bud.
LOL. OK bud.
Shorts are TREMBLING.
Too funny.
Any time now bud. This PPS will skyrocket after audited financials and hundreds of millions in revenue from Ultraflix. Shorts will get burned. Load while it's still cheap.
Just wait for it bud. The sound of shorts panicking is sweet music for all longs. Audited financials will seal the deal.
