2019...keep your eye on the prize...gonna be huggeeee...margins may not be as good in Prosecco vs Tequila, however, Prosecco is consumed at much HIGHER rate than Tequila....BOOM!!!
$ICNB up over 100% in past week on good volume; up 35% today on good volume and solid news from Co.
Publix deal landed and 100,000 cases expected to be sold in 2017 amounting to roughly $4.5-$5 million in first full year of revenues
that's quite the range; I believe it's on the higher end...i've always used $10/bottle, which may or may not be aggressive
I agree, it is this that is so heavily discounted in these PR's...product placement and awareness generated by large retailers is sooooooo extremely valuable
you figure if each store wants 10 cases of each expression, that's 30 cases x 1,150 stores = 34,500 cases...say they can move 5 cases of each/month which shouldnt be out of the question, Publix alone will be moving 15,000+ cases/month for us...
BOOM - this is what separates brands right here
Additionally, the company has been informed that Bellissima Prosecco and Sparkling Wine including our Zero Sugar will be the featured sparkling for Publix "Ad Week" 12/28 right into the New Year, featuring Bellissima prominently in all their circulars and in store advertising.
its the LCBO, Publix kinda of deal that makes a crazy valuation for the brand possible...$100 mil, $250 mil, $500 mil, $1 billion??? I dont know, but I know one thing, when each of these deals is inked, tremendous value is added for the stock...this is HUGE news and I expect more deals to be inked soon running that valuation even higher...
if I remember correctly, a shareholder who was following that location closely said we sold over 20 cases there in the first weekend it became available
based off the success it's had at Kokomo Target...
bro its up over 100% in 7 days...holding up nicely here; this is tremendous news for the brand and stock
100,000 cases x $60/case or $10/bottle = $6 million revenue for year one!! WOW...LCBO coming on in Fall 2018, expected national rollout of Target...Australia & New Zealand about to be finalized...man 2018 gonna be a huge year here
ooo here we go, cmon brojazzy...this is solid news for a one man show in the pink sheets
100,000 cases in first full year...WOW!!
charts provide zero information right now, not enough liquidity and wide spreads for most of the day between bid/ask...as long as there's buyers like there has been for the past week this will keep moving up in anticipation of news
but it's still greeeennnn???
I bet Rich issues another PR during 2017 "coming announcements" lol
manipulated down on low volume, hit a bottom now it's going up on low volume as longs accumulate shares
extremely original and creative, good luck with that
Timing is everything...you could've bought .0039 and you'd be up 70%
no worries...you've always offered good insight, never blatant lies, so I thought something was up
I already laid it out for you, lol..its not difficult...READING 101
that's professional and consulting...you're still not using your ruler ; )
then why are you having such a hard time reading it?
Officers comp $0
Professional and consulting $31,165
Marketing and advertising $20,352
Occupancy costs $26,656
Travel and entertainment $29,809
Other G&A $105,364
Total operating expenses $213,346
yup, people loading the boat since the bottom came in at .004...apparently there's big news on the horizon
yes...quarterly shows officers' comp = $0, marketing and advertising = $20,352...reading 101
how about pointing out that there's 170k in inventory at 6-30-2017, which translates into $425,000 in revenue at a 40% gross margin...Rich is only investing in inventory if he knows it's SOLD otherwise he cant keep the little money he has tied up...Revs in Q3 will be AT LEAST $425,000, but my guess is the will be much higher...maybe closer to $1 million
that says marketing and advertising, not officers comp - officers comp line $0
that doesnt mean it was paid
please advise where in the filing you see DeCiccio took $20k
in all fairness, that is money owed to himself, Rich could in fact do the same...his accrued comp is still sitting on the books at 6-30-17.
I dont think it matters; HIG Capital acquired the ASSETS, not the STOCK
I agree...I got out...too risky, I think XCOM the public company is just an empty shell; hence no PR...abandon SHIPPPP
Sorry biased opinion
CPAs are very conservative and would unlikely result in an unbiased opinion as far as investment selection goes...anyone who sees the financials would say WTF are you doing, but stock price as traded in penny stock land is not determined on the basis of historical financials...everyone who trades pennys is about what can you do for me today????
roughly 300k in Q1
that assumes you know what Q2 sales are, we will know within the next 5 days
you're probably right, sits right next to Jake's cubicle from the State Farm commercial lmao
hahahahahahaha -this is seriously too funny...Matt probably makes Canadian minimum wage; I'm sure he's privy to all the new products coming to market!!
for those who are curious if ICNB is funding this or if the privately held portion is funding any of the rollout here's your answer - just have to learn to read financials, alot of info in there:
Capital contributions by
noncontrolling interests in
subsidiaries - - - - - - - - 127,778
Net loss attributable to noncontrolling interests
in subsidiaries 107,359 21,560
last line of balance sheet on annual report:
Noncontrolling interests in subsidiaries (1,141) (21,560)
