The More the Merrier
That sounds like a great attitude MW has Peach. In fact everyone with a day job should be out there selling product and having fun!
Your posts regularly talk about things being fantastic in the next 1-2 years for the loyal longs...and I suspect you might be on to something there.
If everyone put as much into their daily/weekly effort as MW does, just think of the extra fun money we might acquire from our mundane "real jobs" in the next 12-24 months.
I for would love to join you on whichever beach you plan to celebrate both your career and IFUS investment success with your wife and family!
Hmmm...what's this...yet another example of IFUS doing exactly what they said they were going to do? Back To Work!
Cue all the accusations of Photoshopped images, not a real bag, picture taken at some "other" location" etc. etc.
Way to go MW...keep at it while the loyal shareholders get ready to throw one heck of a party soon!
I suggest everyone do some more of their own DD on the timeline outlined in this motion. It seems to be a CYA scenario. What was the date that they filed for a patent on the new company? When did JS and SA start selling stolen proprietary product to existing IFUS customers....6 Months before this suit was filed?? It sure looks like this case is more of a counter attack because they got caught.
The likely reality is they took this to the Federal level because they weren't getting their way in the State system. Plus it's no secrete tactic that big pockets tend to drag cases out in hopes the little guy bleeds dry and has to fold.
Unfortunately for SA and JS, IFUS and MW have taken a stand to fight for the company day in and day out.
All investors need to hope for is MW to stay after it, Get back to work, and generate revenue in some way shape or form. The court cases could drag on for years the way our justice system works. Revenue can be generated today! let's hope it happens
GLTA
and my reply is... (insert laughter to accompany)
There is now way MW is running anywhere. This is a man that could have turned tail over a year ago when the initial interference and theft took place. He did run....straight to his new home near the plant in Napoleonville La.
MW has his future tied up in IFUS and he's going to do whatever it takes to see justice served and help IFUS thrive just as he set out to do years ago.
Here is a simple truth about IFUS. Longs have been, and will continue to be rewarded by their faith and patience with MW. Personally my account shows that I'm in the green on various share lots purchased over the past 14 months.
Even with the hundreds upon hundred of negative things posted about MW and IFUS over that time span, my gains are around 5%. I know that I was late to this party and that several others must be looking fantastic compared to me.
Even still 5% is very acceptable considering there hasn't been much happening in terms of sales while the court case drags on and new technology and revenue streams are instituted.
So the real truth is that IFUS is legit, and it's not going to take much in terms of news and sales to get this from a small win to a BIG one. Once the court case is settled and the various product growth and revenue can be the main focus everything will be just find.
GREAT points on pending IFUS case from the Honorable Ecomike!!! It would be nice to be in the courtroom to hear the defense arguments from the boot brothers......
but...but...but...MW wouldn't let us sign checks your honor!!!
Great defense LOL!
If IFUS doesn't come out on top of this case I'll eat a whole bag of the pellets! Unfortunately we'll be sold out of those so it will be tough to get my hands on any!
This is just getting silly. Statements like:
That Energy Supreme existed as a company before it lent money to IFUS? Sort of like Ford Motor company existed before they sold cars!!
And what about Absorbezz? The fact that it was formed in Florida in 2012 means what exactly? None of that is proof. Its not even reason for suspicion.
Is this really a serious take on the situation? The issue at hand, as it has been for two years, is that the Boot brothers interfered with IFUS's ability to make the loan payment.
These new companies they formed (Energy Surpreme and Absorbezz) were formed while the Boot Brothers still worked for IFUS.
All of a sudden these companies are set up to be selling products that are competing with IFUS and it's not suspicious at all???
Yea,these guys are right...nothing off here...Just an honest guy starting up several companies in a Year. LOL
I think this link has been posted before but this is key to the tangled web that has been weaved by sa and js. A second grader can connect the time line here:
http://www.corporationwiki.com/Florida/Fort-Lauderdale/energy-supreme-llc/108446110.aspx
just look at the date the paperwork was filed. these guys were many months from being removed when they started to lie and steaal ifus trade secrets.
what major events happened after this date in 2012:
sa and js are removed for cause
First ifus loan payment isn't made because SA and JS had already been stealing the company for months, scaring away or just plain stealing ifus customers and making repayment impossible
Tortuous interference looks pretty obvious.
Extortion of corporate assets is serious crime.
This is why js and sa hired white collar law firm
Ifus management will continue to pursue criminal acts in the courts. my money is on the white knight MW, hope this is a case where the good guy wins!
RELAX on IFUS
Before the market makers get anyone to push the panic button I encourage everyone to digest these fear tactic articles. Several points should be so very clear.....
Q. This posted article was dated Nov 1. Original announcements NFR came out on 9/8. Why has it taken 3 months for anyone to mention this catastrophic event for IFUS?
A. Because it's irrelevant to what IFUS is doing with Bagasse. We are talking about two entirely different industries. It's a scare tactic. Nothing More.
Before you panic do 5 minutes of due diligence. A search for NFR Bioenergy brings up nothing more than several press releases about this particular agreement they formed with the Government. Read the various versions and see what is between the lines.
Q. The company formed the agreement promising a $300 Mil+ investment over a 6 year span. They did this so they could get a $500K grant? Why would a company that has that kind of scratch care about the Government grant?
A. Because this is likely a deal between two good ole boys meant to get rich quick and make it appear that the state is doing great things in renewable energy. What's to gain? Good PR mostly. The government get's to act like they care and the CEO at NFR gets to play in the sand (or sugar in this case). Buzzwords like "Job Creation" and "Renewable Energy" sound an awful lot like part of a reelection platform to me. Meanwhile this fine governor likely has a deal with crude oil and natural gas companies on the gulf shore that measure in the high BILLIONS.
After you uncover little else about this NFR company, spend some time on bio fuels in general and digest how incredibly hard it is for anyone to produce efficient and cost effective energy in this manner. Think about all the great hype surrounding corn and soybean solutions. e85 anyone? Heck ethanol is still trying to make a go of it and that's been the golden child in that fuel industry for years.
Bottom line is learn before you leap. This article has nothing to do with the various product lines IFUS has in play already.
In all honesty I hope it's legit and they can derive a real fuel/energy alternative, but the reality is they may win a small battle, but oil and gas will ALWAYS win the war.
Well looky here...hard work is still happening at IFUS.
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Impact-Fusion-International/372113976153315

Back to Work
a shocking revelation that IFUS has language in their AOI that is probably similar to any corporation issuing stock in the world. The little guy can't rock the boat too much...just as our democratic system doesn't allow the popular vote to decide the outcome of an election, companies don't allow the masses to have too much power.
It's the way of the world EVERYWHERE...not just IFUS.
Most on this board have already LEAPED....I encourage smart investors to jump in too...the water is great!
JS as the new IFUS CEO...now that is one heck of an idea. I'd vote for that, assuming that CEO in this instance translates to his Court Enforced Obligation to repay IFUS and their shareholders for lost revenues directly related to his failed attempt to sink the business
You make an outstanding point in your reply....
Third, no statement by anyone at IFUS has ever been made about why either the Boom Brothers or R G Windsor are no longer directors. Nor has any statement from IFUS been made that the Boom Brothers or anyone else interfered with business.
The reason for this is so simple even a doubter would have to agree:
Nobody at IFUS has made a statement here about any of this this because they are busy building a business and trying to recover from a nearly fatal breach by partners thought to be good guys.
Unlike others who bring their fight to this board daily...IFUS management is letting their voice be heard in the court room that matters, not this court of public opinion.
I learned pretty early on in my divorce that if you don't respond, the attacks eventually fade away. Unfortunately on this board that rule does not apply. Just as in divorce proceedings, a judge will ultimately say who gets what in the case of IFUS, and life can go on for everyone....except for the boys getting fitted for new orange jumpsuits!
Doors are OPEN and lights are ON at IFUS! Finally PROOF in their latest FB post showing a real life person (that is not MW or an IFUS employee) at the plant in LA.
I know doubters will say it's a fake...photoshopped and all that nonsense, but lets be real just for a moment and acknowledge how great it is to see an IFUS shareholder on the inside...getting REAL DD???
I KNOW this individual,I KNEW he was going to visit IFUS, and I TRUST that his word is gospel when it comes to all of the positive things coming at IFUS.
Invaluable information here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Impact-Fusion-International/372113976153315
Looking at what????
I have been on this IFUS board for about two years now. There has been a rash of these "For Over 5 Years" comments thrown about on a regular basis. If the Boot Brothers were removed within the past year, please explain to me why there were no public complaints from their camp in the 4 years prior?
It lacks logic beyond my personal belief that they got caught and are trying to bring IFUS down before their day of reckoning arrives.
I want to remind all IFUS followers, Especially at this time of year... all this talk about former IFUS board members fleeing as result of their wrongdoings....it's just not in the holiday spirit. Plus....
Turkey's can't fly!
Gobble Gobble
YES he is right. The Bloomberg numbers are from the prior shell and are MANY YEARS old. This is just another example of bad information intended to scare off potential investors.
Anyone that has 5 minutes to do their own DD can find the true OS information on IFUS.
About the only thing correct on that Bloomberg link was current share price and that nice looking chart showing IFUS has been maintaining their current share price since the jump back in October. Looking forward to the next uptick!!!
Back to work!
I can't tell if this is a statement regarding IFUS....
the rocket that blew up yesterday....
or Lamar Houston of the Chicago Bears blowing out his knee on a sack celebration last Sunday?
That third one could be viewed as a personal attack on Peachman given his well documented support of Chicago sports teams. We'll leave that to a moderator I suppose.
Is this constant threat of an IFUS Bankruptcy really supposed to scare everyone away? IMO, so what if that happens? Bankruptcy protection exists to help people and businesses restructure debt due to things like poor economies, poor business conditions, and in the case of IFUS, shady and unethical business partners.
Individuals and corporations utilize this tool every day. Companies that have lost billions of dollars do it. In the worst case scenario what are talking about with IFUS? Less than half a million dollars in debt? Big deal...that could get wiped with a single solid partnership with any of the IFUS product lines.
Case in point: the company I work for filed for protection in 2009 due to some ill timed acquisitions. It's now 2014, we emerged, are still in business, and making millions of dollars every month. In fact some slouch by the name of Buffet even bought a small stake in our company a couple years ago.
So I say so what? IF MW is as honest, dedicated and passionate about the success of IFUS, as many on this board seem to think, can't the same scenario play out here? And couldn't it actually free MW up to get out of the court room and onto the street to start selling the various products he has available? One way or another, I expect that to happen and the patient shareholders will be rewarded.
As a side note on MW's personal bankruptcy...if that is indeed the truth, it has no bearing on IFUS. Millions of people filed for bankruptcy when the financial and housing markets crashed. It's irrelevant here.
HMMM, it seems that the Boot brothers had NO PROBLEM with the lack of reporting while they were major share holders and collecting paychecks from IFUS. Only now is it a major point of contention since they were removed for cause.
It is obvious that these repeated posts are geared to deface MW in attempt to get back at him for having a spine and removing the problems before they got too big to handle.
No press release in a YEAR...simple...MW has been defending IFUS in a court room for the past year. What news is worth sharing there. In fact I think MW has been a stand up guy by not repeatedly touting court room victories. He simply GOES BACK TO WORK
Bottom line...for MW this is about IFUS business and his focus on its future success is the #1 priority. For the Boot Brothers it's airing dirty laundry and dragging a personal grudge through a public forum.
Sir/Madame...I was told at a very young age that when you ASSUME something you make an AS* out of U and ME, so I prefer not to assume anything, especially when the source of the information is suspect.
There seems to be information posted by ATJ that NOBODY else seems to be able to find so I am very suspect as to who this individual is, where they are getting the information, and what their motives are.
Is $40/K a true figure? Who knows, but if it is true then GREAT, there are sales STILL being made amist all of this kindergarten infighting. If MW doesn't spend huge chunks of money defending IFUS in a court room the last 6 months of the year, those numbers will certainly be better.
I was just looking at a company that is ready to burst in the next year, and you know what they did in revenue this past year? They lost $510 Million dollars and stockholders are making money hand over fist.
IFUS will be fine and shareholders will be rewarded when the playground fight is over and MW can get BACK TO WORK
I'm not asking whom I should ask about the 2014 revenues you report here, I'm asking how you know about them? You seem to be the only person on the board that has this non-public information.
Sure I can ask a lot of people, but in Pinky land, some people will tell you the sky isn't really blue if they stand to gain from it in some way. So I ask again...where is the information coming from? Proof?
As for MW being bankrupt...so what...IFUS is not bankrupt and that is what we are discussing here. I know many people who were forced to file for bankruptsy protection because of the terrible economy. If your house is worth half what you paid on it and the bank won't work with you, what choice do they have? Maybey this was MW's plight as well???
You seem to have all the truths anyone coul dpossibly need, yet it's all hints and alligations...suggestions to ask other people to confirm what you proportedly know. If you can;t back up the statemnets you make with documented proof then don't post them on the board.
Please explain how you know all of this? Where is the proof? Further more, please explain why in some instances you are playing the role of a concerned shareholder with an interest in the success of the company, but more often than not, you speak as if you are personally involved and very interested in seeing MW and IFUS fail. Where does all of your infromation come from? How does a "concerned sahreholder" gain access to revenue figures up to June of 2014? I have ssen no PR, no financial reports listed on this page.
How can we believe if there is NO PROOF?
Great News from IFUS Facebook Page today! Looks like product is being made and being shipped. Click to see the video showing current and future distributors how IFUS can servve their needs in MANY ways....
IFUS Facebook Post 7-24
From Our Subsidiary Supreme Energy Resources, Inc.
Another Happy Customer of Supreme Gold Plus. We provide Supreme Gold Plus and Supreme Basic in both bales and loose material for ranchers that do not have fork lifts. Supreme Basic is for ...the oil industry used in oil spill cleanups at the drilling sight. We can deliver 2500 Lb bales, 50 yard or 100 yard dump truck loads 7 days a week, 24 hours a day in case of emergency spills anywhere in the United States and Canada. Imagine taking a land fill bound product and make it a food or something productive that decomposes oil back to mud using an all natural product. Back to Work!!
I'm very confused, can you please clairfy this for me? This gentleman gave $100/K to start up Mastic Blast production, and then was hired and put in charge of that production project?
This sounds very strange to me...almost as if he bought himself a job. Furthermore this was in 2009...5 years ago...why are we talking about it now exactly.
And if AD was effectivley in charge of producing the first $100/K order that never got delivered, wouldn't the blame fall on him for not getting the job done seeing as he was in charge?
Maybe I missed a prior post that explains this better because I fail to see where MW or RW are at fault.
Is todays volume of 934/K accurate? I'm wondering if that's in error since no one has mentioned it amist all of the usual bickering. I would think almost a million shares moving would raise an eyebrow or two.
Couldn't agree more Marty. Below is a perfect example from another stock I follow. It has grown immencely this past year, up 307% with these financials:
Sales* 165,262.00
Income* -942,824.00
Sales Growth* -77.20%
A year ago this stock was at .04 and is currently trading above .50 regularly. Hmm sounds familiar doesn't it? I believe IFUS hit .04 before we were interfered with. Imagine if the past year was spent building a business and not in a court room!
That's the way of the way of the world of start ups. If you have a promising product(s) and a leadership that is willing and able to work hard to grow distribution, sales, revenue, you might have a shot at making some money on these risky pinks.
IMO, we still have that potential with MW and IFUS. Regardless of what happenes with people that are no longer with the company, if MW can get back to work...we have a real chance at a winner here.
Absolutley...let them start another company with the same products as IFUS. Please let me know when they list with OTC exchange so I can buy into that company too. That way I'll have two companies to follow where everybody spends teh year in a court room and no real work ever gets done. FANTASTIC idea!
How about we just clean up the current mess caused by the boot bros and get BACK TO WORK! hmm sounds familiar
That is EYE OPENING Information. I can't thank you enough for posting that! It tells a very clear story about what's happening at IFUS:
There ARE sales being made
There IS electricity in the building
There IS a building WITH equipment that functions
There IS inventory on hand.
Phew...I was newvouse about all of that. There are some in these parts that have been saying exactly the opposite for months on end. I'm quite relieved their sourses were incorrect.
Once that $225/K note gets scrubbed from the books and awarded damages added to the bottom line, me thinks the balance sheet for 2014 is going to look much better.
Just imagine what can happen if MW isn't spending much of the year fighting crooks in court and he can actually focus on getting the ship righted?
Back to work!!!
Must be nice to be able to get away with being a crook and having that kind of money. Sadly I have no drugs, and the only money I have laundered is the ocassional dollar bill I forget to take out of my pants pocket before doing the wash.
That or maybe it's a result of MW being out on the road showing ranchers the safety and effectivness of the bagasse? Maybe on a dare, MW was eating some bagasse treated feed to prove our products work and the added weight is just a testomonial? After all: It's not what you eat, it's what you absorb!!!
I for one hope MW and IFUS continue to absorb wins in the court room and any damages that may result. I expect IFUS will continue to absorb new customers and distributors for the many product lines. I expect MW and IFUS will continue to attract new investors who see the light at the end of this B.S. legal tunnel.
I hope everyone is ready fro the fireworks that will be going off for IFUS long after this 4th of July holiday!
Cheers!
HOLY (Bagasse Eating) COW!
I think I counted 140 listings!!! Some seem to be duplicates so to be fair maybe there are 80 different businesses this individual has registered.
I suppose there is an outside chance that he is simply a Warren Buffett type businessman. His wit, knowledge and business savvy has landed him on many many comapny boards to share the wealth of skill and knowledge he posesses. That's a possibility right?
OK OK, I'm being silly. Your right he's probably a crook.
Geeze, who has the time to start that many companies? The paperwork alone had to take years!
If MW is LEGIT you must AQUIT!!!
Is the court case being televised? With all the talk leading up to this highly anticipated event I would expect that Court TV has it being sent out to the masses with a live feed so we can all stream it on our computers. No doubt, Judge Joe Brown and Judge Judy had to arm wrestle over who got to hear this high profile case.
Will IFUS prevail?
Will the Boot Brothers be taken away in schackles?
What color tie will MW be wearing?
Stay tuned for the case of IFUS and the Boot Brothers!!!
Dunn Nunt Nunt...Dunn Nunt Nunt!
LOL!
Good luck to all (on the IFUS side)
THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU! A simple objective opinion from someone not endlessly reposting the same information
Most days this board is like watching two kids argue on the playground about who's brother can beat who's up!
Clearly IFUS has value or they wouldn't be arguing anything. In fact I'd think the Boot Brothers would have walked away from this "disaster" happy as clams they were no longer part of it.
An interesting and simple take...refreshing indeed!
I look forward to putting all of the nonsense behind for IFUS and seeing MW rewarded fro all of his hard work and dedication.
GLTA
IFUS should be paratrooping an infantry of Bagasse sales soldiers into these 4 states....
Beef prices are already 4 percent higher than a year ago due in part to persistent drought dating back to 2012 in Texas, Oklahoma, and the Corn Belt, Volpe said.
"The most important factor is the inventory of cattle is at historic lows,” he said. “The number of cattle that we have in the United States right now is the same that it was in the 1950s," he said.
Add the fact that California is the leading dairy producer in the country, noted Dunn, and the price for cheese to top that burger may rise, too. So might the cost of milk and ice cream needed for a milkshake.
The fifth largest dairy producing state is Idaho, "which is also undergoing a drought. The dairy industry in Idaho is in a fairly concentrated area … and that is where the drought is,” Volpe said.

Can you tell them to hurry up and hit these new highs in 2014. I just booked a trip to Disney World and I need some fun money!!!
Need a good run....I won't sell my IFUS at a price that has a zero next to the decimal point!
Hey PEACH...does the Blue Line have a product for hangovers? That would be Utterly fantastic!
Public Records Like This? Can't see Where Windsor was the bad egg on this.

A fitting end to Dimples saga
Tuesday, July 21, 1998
By Mathew Ingram
Calgary
Calgary -- Somewhere out there are some former Dimples Diapers'
shareholders, not to mention Rhonda Maxwell -- later known as
Rhonda Windsor-Maxwell -- whose brainchild Dimples was in the first
place. She lost the company through a kind of corporate coup, and
thousands of Dimples' shareholders subsequently lost everything when
the company finally went under.
All this happened more than five years ago, and there are no doubt
many investors who have long since forgotten the whole sad affair --
but perhaps there are also a few who allowed themselves a secret smile
while reading a tiny news item carried in several newspapers recently.
The item said a judgement was handed down in California District
Court on July 10 against one Robert Reid in a securities fraud case
involving Dimples Diapers. In the early 1990s, Dimples' stock leaped in
value on the Vancouver Stock Exchange and the U.S.
over-the-counter market, based on the company's ambitious plans to
sell biodegradable cloth diapers.
Mr. Reid -- who at various times has been based in Portland, Ore.,
and Vancouver, B.C. -- was ordered to pay $4.75-million (U.S.) to
resolve a case launched by the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission in 1992, in which he and former Dimples president J.
Douglas Elliott were accused of orchestrating a stock promotion in the
United States in 1991 and 1992.
According to the SEC, the two men falsely told investors that Dimples
would have revenue of between $25-million and $35-million in its first
year, and that Dimples diapers had been successfully test-marketed in
New York and had generated more than $1-million in sales.
Mr. Elliott settled with the SEC last month by agreeing to a statement
of fact that said he "knew or should have known that he caused
[Dimples] to make material misrepresentations and omissions in
violation of anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws during
1991 and 1992." He also agreed not to engage in any fraudulent
activities in the future.
The SEC said Mr. Reid -- Dimples' director of corporate finance --
distributed 90,000 newsletters to investors in the United States in
which he repeated the claims about Dimples' operations, and he
arranged for radio interviews in which Mr. Elliott and others repeated
the claims.
Mr. Reid was ordered to repay $4.75-million he made by selling
Dimples' stock in 1991 and 1992, a period in which the shares soared
to $8.75 (Canadian) from 98 cents. However, the court waived the
order for a repayment of funds because of a "demonstrated financial
inability to pay."
The Dimples saga was surely one of the most bizarre to hit the stock
market this decade, although it has some stiff competition. The
company was started in 1989 by Rhonda Maxwell, who later changed
her name to Rhonda Windsor-Maxwell. Ms. Maxwell decided that
what the world needed was biodegradable cloth diapers, and she set
out to design some, called Dimples.
She enlisted the help of a former construction company executive
named Tony Boyden, who in turn brought in an Ontario businessman
he had gotten to know: Douglas Elliott. In true Dimples fashion, one of
the reasons Mr. Boyden recruited Mr. Elliott was that Mr. Boyden was
awaiting trial on a charge of counselling to commit murder (he was
convicted).
Mr. Elliott in turn brought in Robert Reid, a man who had been
involved in several VSE stocks and had gained the nickname "The
Preacher" because he carried around little pieces of paper with Biblical
quotations on them. The two men eventually took control of Dimples,
forcing Mr. Boyden and Ms. Windsor-Maxwell out of the company in
early 1991.
Ms. Windsor-Maxwell pursued the company through the courts for
several years, including at one point trying to petition Dimples into
bankruptcy. Although an Ontario court judge ruled in September of
1992 that the company was effectively insolvent, he denied Ms.
Windsor-Maxwell's motion, saying it was simply an attempt to regain
control of Dimples.
Dimples was delisted from the VSE in 1994. Mr. Reid's whereabouts
are unclear, as are Ms. Windsor-Maxwell's. Mr. Elliott, however, is
running another penny stock company -- listed on the Alberta Stock
Exchange -- called Power Plus Corp. Formerly known as Battery
One-Stop Inc., the company has plans for a chain of kiosks selling
pagers and hand-held computers.
