Hitimer, your enthusiasm may energize this board.
A positive force is always good to hear, but I left the last meeting with a different view, especially the time frames.
The value of shares did suffer from the R/S split, without the intended result and in my opion a proper explaination. Dilution by right, perhaps not, but decreased value per share for sure.
You will see dilution in the near future.
The current merger delay explanation has been less then complete at best and still not a done deal at all for sure. The other deal has a lot of mystery too, but it is supposed to be synergistic. No fourth quarter profits. No accounting sleight of hand possible now.
The delay of carrier trials next summer does not add a lot of near term hope per the Rich Wilson comment about probably not being taken seriously until. And now the story is the trials are not that important of themself.
It is in the best interest of all shareholders that NVEI does succeed. That includes me. It is also in our interst to be given timely and accurate information to evaulate our investment. Abstract, undefined potential possibilities with unknown costs and benefits upon anticipation of later completion makes things a little foggy.
This has not been by accident.
Good luck.
ElderWolf, the management HAS mislead us. That speaks directly to their character. I had invested in the management. It is still my hope that they find success and sooooon, however I am no longer able to take their spoken word as fact.
They are losing the very credibility they have been seeking so hard and for so long. They have their high hopes, their theory and a computer model of something that MAY come to be. That is all. That is a lot less then most were lead to believe they had more then a year ago.
The R/S, the listing, the lack of meaningful results from the test. The list of 'Whose Who' without much more than a comment of 'interesting' to share with the world. Not a real strong endorsement for something that will change the world. Seems a warning flag IS in order.
It is my intention to hold a limited position and see this through till the end. This will take as long as it takes and it may or may not pan out to be disruptive in the real world. But enough of the cloak-and-dagger stuff for excuses.
PPS slide likely to continue. . .
The lack of a working prototype and specific factual information will continue to reduce the interest of the investors of this company. The continued delays that have now come to be expected will continue to be priced into the stock.
The confidence seen in the eyes of management no longer is enough to justify a large position at this time. For a more accurate model of confidence, just look into the eyes of the investors.
Others and myself continue to reduce position size to a more reasonable value in an attempt to balance the potential risk with the reward. This has proven to be the prudent move to date.
Soon was not soon, is not soon and continues to be moved back as time continues to drag on. A working product is the ONLY thing that really matters. Any basic prototype that will work in the real world will do. . .
Until then, this is just another BB story stock full of promise and promises that did not meet expectations. Often the best judge of the future is the past.

Progress being made there. . . Now show me the money. Time to call them and see if / when AlphaTrak units are actually available.

. . .got to love 'disruptive technologies'
All the right players. . . but over five years. Hope to hear more about this . . . SOON
They need to complete the merger. . .
Merger, contracts, revenue targets. Real news and real money.
They have been very busy with the shows and seem dedicated to their products and the success of the combined companies.
They also appear to be a very cohesive team, especially considering the short amount of time they have been working together.
You left out BT in Europe. . .
My guess would be Quest here.
Also, I hope the news today was linked to conditions for obtaining new $$$$$ flowing into the company. More funding should expedite the product time to market.
Great work pengy. . .
Thanks for all the time you spend and the information that you share. Maybe we will hear something SOON. . . One step at a time.
It's all about the books. . .
The only thing for sure is the lack of credibility. Those associated with the company either demand an accurate accounting or suffer the same stigma. It is either right or wrong. . . and yes, guilt by association for those that condone this fiasco.
The dance continues.
Excel, prior to that he always returned my calls too. My questions would have been easy to answer. My concern is mostly if the new people are actually 'working' with the technology and on a full time basis or just the 'advisor' role and more distant. When the two top guys go there ARE some questions. . .
The names and credentials of the new people are wonderful but they would seem to have little 'hands on' time to add here with their other current ventures. Seems we have plenty of 'Chiefs' and not enough 'Indians'.
PPS continues to fall. . .
Some points that concern me are the 'continued' PPS drop over a prolonged time period without any indication of the bottom yet and the lack of JH to return phone calls in recent weeks.
Another issue is the lack of any insider buying, especially at these prices. They best know the potential and the time line.
Share price surge. . .
Nothing released accounts for the recent increase in share price. It was a very welcome sight, but we are still a long, long way from actual results.
First they need the basic units to be built and THEN they can let the potential partners / customers evaluate the goods. THEN they design the unique features to meet each companies needs. THEN they can build it. THEN they can offer it to the public.
This will not happen today or tomorrow and maybe never. Keep your powder dry and wait. Soon is not funny anymore.
Beware of the MM's and the games they will play. Don't get sucked into a false rally.
LOCH future still foggy. . .
News, any news, is welcome from this company. The tap dance around the facts continues. . .
Questions still go unanswered, always out of focus in the darkness. We can only hope (dream) someone with at least a little credibility steps up and finally answers questions. That would be as awesome as the technology itself. Someone to say how screwed up this mess is and how they can fix it. Responsibility, a rare commody these days.
Without this miracle man it will only be one more chapter in the same dismal book of LOCH. The serious problems and issues still go unanswered.
Waiting, waiting, waiting.
I can't help thinking about that old movie 'The Sting'. It was nice to hear something after sooooo long but if the books were cooked then so are we. . . hope the SEC cleans this mess up real good.
At least the technology still seems to hold promise and the possibility to get it to market does still exist.
Sounds great . . . thank you for the update.
Any information about the China deal. . .
New faces but what direction and when?
The technology is the only hope. . .
The convoluted management mess continues to obscure facts the shareholders should access to, by their refusal to file as required by the SEC. They show no concern for their failure to perform their required duties or to provide pertinent information.
It seems LOCH preferes the pink sheets to provide cover from the SEC and the shareholders. It is time they play by the rules or resign. I hope the SEC provides the proper 'guidance' for them. . .
This type of tech demands enormous credibility and so far has shown very little.
Any best-guess time frame for merger?
Seems a lot is happening very fast but I hope they don't get the cart ahead of the horse. . .
Excel, nice board.
Hope to hear some positive information about field testing and some specifics about potential client interest.
