Same with my USAA acct... you have to use the interactive chart to see anything below $.01
OK, thanks... ST is showing "206K" but that can't be right... fmj
... haven't had the first cup yet... but am I seeing that someone bought 200k+ @ .008 first thing today... ??
Amen Guldur! "no balls, no blue chips"...
USAA just posted the Regen BioPharma shares!
Waiting on USAA and Scottrade... nada. Called ST and they gave me the same line... about 2 -3 days.
"The bid requirement, in which stocks must have been quoted for at least 1 cent daily over a 30-day period or be dropped from the market, aims to ferret out companies that fall prey to dilutive stock fraud schemes and promotions, OTC Markets said."
Scottrade show my BMSN data "unavailable"... must be updating the dividend shares!
#3 - can play more, drink more and have plenty of bail-money for some of the participants...
We have a partner office in Palm Beach Gardens... .so it's a business trip either way! Count me in... and thumbs up on the hotel choice... they have a bar, right?!
Excellent... thanks for the reply.
Although I'm a huge BMSN supporter and shareholder, let's try a little Sun Tzu here: "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer."
Given this is a nameless post on the InterWeb (and we know all that is on the 'net must be true), any thoughts about this?
http://www.nanalyze.com/2014/03/big-red-flags-from-bio-matrix-and-regen-biopharma/
"In a previous article warning investors against the dangers of over-the-counter stocks, we highlighted 8 patterns followed by many OTC companies that fail and consequently lose investors a great deal of money. One company we came across recently that ticks almost all of these 8 boxes is Bio-Matrix Scientific Group (OTCMKTS:BMSN) and their majority owned subsidiary, Regen Biopharma".
It goes on to list the "8 boxes" ticked by BMSN:
You may ask just who would invest in this “company” given the vast amount of conspicuous red flags observed in the 10-K, however as of December 2013, there were 463 investors still holding shares in Bio-Matrix. These investors should review our list of consistent patterns followed by OTC companies that fail:
1.Founded through reverse merger? Yes
2.Possesses patent(s) that is offered as proof of potential? Yes
3.Talks about an exciting opportunity as opposed to actual progress made? Yes
4.Touted on stock boards? Yes
5.Constructive criticism met with accusations of short selling? Yes
6.Lack of significant (or any) revenues? Yes
7.Identify other technology focus when all else fails? TBD
8.Issuing shares until share price collapses? Well on its way
It goes without say that having senior management who are affiliated with failed OTC companies in the past should be a big warning flag as well. While Bio-Matrix (OTCMKTS:BMSN) investors may believe they are investing in a disruptive technology company, in fact it appears that this could not be farther from the truth.
//// end ////
Max-13, I say HOLD but I'm an amateur compared to the rest...
I'm holding long, but my "long" is very long-haul: like waiting until the products are on the market and collecting dividends - that kind of "long"...
SO, none of the ups and downs, divvy's, etc are critical to my thought processes...
However, it is a TON of fun to watch the nay-sayers (and shorts) get pummeled by the likes of TRAZBULL, 1-EYE, STOCKCHASER and our ever-faithful L&L... Left a few other of my favorite BMSN Guru's out, sorry y'all but thank you for the cogent insights and entertainment...
I stand corrected... fmj
It's great news, but not a "Patent", just the publication of the application for a patent.. Here is a good site that explains ...
http://www.the-business-of-patents.com/patent-publication.html
L&L - No dis, love your posts and all, but I'm not fully on board with the assumptions (broker assurances aside, not that we'd ever get bad info from those guys and girls...)... the PR was pretty specific:
"SAN DIEGO, CA -- 03/06/14 -- Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc. (OTCQB:BMSN) announced March 18, 2014 as the record date established by BMSN for determining shareholders eligible to receive a special dividend consisting of a pro rata share of 20,000,000 Regen BioPharma common shares ("Special Dividend"). All shareholders of record as of the Record Date shall receive the Special Dividend. It is anticipated that shareholders of record shall receive one share of Regen Biopharma, Inc. for every 147 shares of BMSN. The 147 may consist of common, any series of preferred, or any combination thereof."
SO, Cutting out the specific elements of this PR would seem to say if you own shares on or before the 18th, you're getting the dividend shares of Regen, if not - no Regen shares.
BRAVO Dr. V.... wheat from the chaff?
Exactly Clark (love the reference, btw)... Just click the "1 month" chart and the anxiety goes away... looking too closely at the day (or by the minute as some do) will cause nothing but stress... GO LONG means look long too... Go BMSN...
... Had to look this up, I'm sure others are in the same amateur boat! Go BMSN
Golden Cross: As long-term indicators carry more weight, the Golden Cross indicates a bull market on the horizon and is reinforced by high trading volumes. Additionally, the long-term moving average becomes the new support level in the rising market. Technicians might see this cross as a sign that the market has turned in favor of the stock. "
BMSN ~ looking like 9.52% for the DAY; 21.05% for the last 3 months and 35.29% YTD? I'll take and hold that long term. Also happy to see the intelligence & facts coming through all the chaff & trash talk...
Crashed... all the way back up to 24. TEAM-GoLongBMSN
yeah, what he said...
He can't. Just blowing smoke. Colin Powell's rule #12 - "Don't take counsel of your fears or naysayers"
I'm just thinking Pfizer pre-Viagra (1997-ish) versus Pfizer 2001. The cancer treatments are much more viable than the little blue pill, no? IMHO
All the hype aside, I'll go with this:
"BMSN recently announced the outcomes of the continuing experiments in alliance with Dr. Wei-Ping Min of the Western Ontario University using their cellular drug HemaXellerate I™ for treating an immune capable animal replica of aplastic anemia. Consequently, it was found that the revamping of bone marrow was directly proportional to the drug dose. Hence on the occasion Dr. Wei-Ping Min along with his team was looking very optimistic about the future of this cellular product." (emphasis added)
In his profession & heading for peer review et cetera, Dr. WPM and his team would not take lightly this position & publicity... Happy New Year all... going long with BMSN...
Interesting Paris - can you show your work on those point?
