My payout is complete and this saga is over. cheers to all.
Herve had a large amount of accrued pay due to him. If I were him and thought the stock would be worth anything in the future I would convert the back pay to shares while the price is low. Same case for the other people left there. Or if anything of value was left they could give themselves bonuses. I don't believe shareholders will make out since Herve did not have a significant number of shares, IIRC. All guesses by me. I still have shares but value them at $0 for planning.
Maybe Interplay issued more shares to Herve and family.

The end is nigh. Got an email from Etrade stating IPLY shares will be removed from my account via its Position Removal Program. The shares are non-transferable and Etrade is unable to register and deliver a physical stock certificate. They go on to state that in the future if they become aware of active transfer agent services for the security they will attempt to reinstate the position. Does not sound good at all.
Anyone else get this email of doom?
He never replied to that email.
My guess is he just continues to pay his salary. What I think he should do is list the company on an alternative trading system like the TZERO platform which would get the existing company shares to a place where they can be traded. He could convert all shares to security tokens and shareholders would not be left in limbo as we are now.
Yes, sold about 35% back in 2021 on the run to 0.07 but I still hold too many shares.
Sadly Herve's accrued salary is probably >$20M now.

Has been 4 months since the judgement to pay in Feb 2023. Now we are 2 months past that payout date. someone is sitting on the money making money.
I assume whatever money they will make will be given over to Herve as back pay for his $1M/yr salary or something like that.

Looks like final payout to happen before Feb 17, 2023.
Congratulations Rick. Well done.
Huge milestone reached...they have a working web site.
No, I am not saying Herve IS paying himself $1M/year compensation. I am merely pointing out that he can pay himself anything he wants and can keep accruing salary over time. In 2010 when his salary was $250K/year he had unpaid salary in the amount of $500,000. Why not keep that unpaid salary adding up over the years to then take any profit as accrued salary payments.

More money for Herve to pay himself back salary on his $1M/year role at the company

Perhaps they sold those shares in the crazy run up in shares last year. I sold millions of shares into that pump and dump. I still hold shares but I doubt Herve or any insiders hold much and just pay themselves well from revenues. Even if they think the stock is worth anything they will most likely issue themselves shares diluting everyone. I consider what I have left in IPLY as having $0 value for planning purposes. I was able to also sell all my Blockbuster shares. It was a crazy time last year.
When I asked Herve about the 65M investor he said it was not him. Therefore, he either owns very little of the stock or is lying about. Either way does not bode well for shareholders.
What does add up to a whole lot of money are the balance sheet items Herve tracks of money owed to him. IIRC he was deferring a ridiculous salary as due to him by the company in the future.
I still think Interplay revenues go into the pocket of Herve and he has no plans for shareholders. Hope I am wrong but it seems true.
Can't find an IPLY quote and can't find a place where a buy order can be placed. Etrade, TD Ameritrade, Fidelity, Interactive Brokers all are a no.
Their entire web site is a single page...
Has anyone found a place/brokerage where you can buy the shares?
I can't even find a stock quote or bid/ask
Oh well, it looks like it is going to be difficult to trade these shares.
How many shares do you want and for what price? I have many.
I am always looking to sell at the right price
Etrade has stopped providing quote data on IPLY. No bid or ask info. Same for another company I follow which is under the new rules.
As the restriction to buy spreads across brokerages it is getting ugly.
