So you're going to be THAT guy on this board? Nobody here is going to respond to self promoters, Trump. Get lost.
So will about 500 others. Matter of fact, they'll do that at .007-.008!
We've only scratched the surface. One acquisition by end of month and another 4 with LOIs already in place and they'll come one right after the other. GLTA UF
Let me put it to you this way... Based on the low end of revenue and EBITDA performance, IMO this first acquisition will trade between:
.0147 at just one times sales (which prior to closing announcement is a safe consolidation point...there and anything below that number)
.0305 at an S&P Avg P/S
and
.0638 at a P/E for trucking industry
and all of that is at the low end of both revenue and EBITDA performance.
There's a calculation floating around here on the board that puts it at 21 cents and change when you factor in their high point in performance, which the company has stated they fully expect to see a return to in 2018
...AND THAT'S JUST THE FIRST OF AT LEAST FIVE ACQUISITIONS THEY HAVE RACKED AND STACKED WITH SIGNED LOIs ALREADY IN PLACE THAT HAVE BEEN IN THE WORKS FOR OVER A YEAR!!!
Buy everything you can under a penny and then hold on for dear life and enjoy the ride! GLTA UF
Because the first acquisition alone puts this at 3 cents just on a P/S calculation and that's before the other acquisitions are brought on board and LOIs are already signed and ready to go on those. GLTA UF
Agreed. And there's also a point in the process where a whole different set of investors will start to take notice over and above us iHub folks. Trading in penny increments once you've weathered the climb to that point is pretty sweet. GLTA UF
Me, too. This wasn't the only stock he was selling. He also had to unload some OM*S. He can still get back into this one and catch the ride to 10 cents or better and do well. UF
Just picked up another 150K shares this morning. Thanks for the cheapies! UF
When I spoke to CEO for close to 30 minutes and heard the plan in detail straight from him, even though I had it all in print and he was just verbally confirming, I doubled my holdings over the next few trading days.
These guys have a $28.8M acquisition just weeks if not days away and at least 4 additional acquisitions in the pipeline with pre-signed LOIs that have been in the works for over a year. Five business executives with diverse backgrounds that have racked and stacked existing businesses to be rolled into this ticker and $100M+ in revenue is not out of the question...and sooner than you might think.
These guys aren't messing around. A true once every few years opportunity. IMHO, accumulate every share you can get your hands on under a penny and hold tight as each of these companies are announced and brought on board. GLTA UF
I know exactly who it was, but it's nothing negative. Got a text from a friend in MN who was dealing with an incident over the weekend (daughter car wreck) and said he had to sell around 3M shares this morning, but also said that when the smoke cleared, he would be buying back in hopefully next week. Hate it for him, but thought I'd share for those interested. Thanks. UF
BMIC @ .27, MAXM @ .852. Time to Rock & Roll!!
Everyone is entitled to their opinion and mine is that this is totally made up out of whole cloth and has no basis in fact. UF
THE sharpest CEO I've ever spoken to...for close to 30 minutes and when you hear the plan in detail straight from him, you realize your investment is so sound that you literally double it over the next few trading days. Guys, these folks have a $28.8M acquisition just weeks if not days away and at least 4 additional acquisitions in the pipeline with pre-signed LOIs that have been in the works for over a year. Five business executives with diverse backgrounds that have racked and stacked existing businesses to be rolled into this ticker and $100M+ in revenue is not out of the question...and sooner than you might think. 560 units by end of 2018. I'd have to agree with you. GLTY UF
Nice to have you back, Boston. UF
3.2M on the BID at .0045-.0046. Great Bid Support and hasn't budged much other than a few weak hands. GLTA UF
Really? So you're going to be THAT GUY on this board? C'mon, man...
You're so right. By October 27th, this will be on a fast track. That's only 11 trading days from now...maybe less!!
You know, you're right. What's 600K shares at .0048 vs .0052 when you consider what they'll be worth a year from now. Here goes!
3.35X increase in PPS upon closing just to get to the low end of 1X sales or $28.8M. That's a PPS minimum of .0147 and this is just the first of many LOI Agreements they have racked and stacked. These companies that they're rolling up into this behemoth have been in the works for over a year now. Wouldn't be surprised to see another one close prior to year end. GLTA UF
That's great stuff! 560 of these out in use cranking out $20M per year should be pretty sweet! UF
As I said, to each his own, but that mindset won't get you very far.
Somebody just exited exactly 12 trading days too early. To each his how, I guess. GLTA UF

Updated Filings Have Begun! https://www.otcmarkets.com/news/otc-financials
Accumulation is the name of the game here. 380K Float and the process of going current underway!
A totally irrelevant non-issue. Thanks. UF
A 10K Paint? Really? LOL
Average Sale Today: .00552
I spoke with the CEO as well...
Here's a snippet of the letter to shareholders. Highlighted for emphasis are the points verified and discussed at length in a phone conversation with the CEO. Nothing new, just verification of what he's already put out there, but enough for me to accumulate another 10M shares yesterday and this morning based strictly off that conversation. GLTA and I hope like hell for each of your sakes that you don't sell even one share of this very unique and amazing opportunity. UF
"I’m sure you’re all wondering about the new management, additions to our Board of Directors and our business model moving forward. I will say that I am excited to begin executing our model, although we started the process about a year ago, we decided on using CWIR as our public platform a few months ago. We also had to make sure our partners were on board and our deal flow pipeline(plural) was strong.
A question that has been asked is, why start on the Pinks? There are a few reasons, NYSE and Nasdaq companies for the taking just don’t exist and if they do, the acquisition cost is probably close to around $100 million. Starting from scratch with an S-1, fund raising, FINRA, IPO process is time consuming and our story would have been lost in paperwork drafts and amendments. Going with the OTC market puts us on a “fast track” and we are using this platform only as a stepping stone to building our shareholder base, our financials, making sure our in-house compliance department is in order so when we decide to up-list, we’ll be ahead of the curve.
With the pipeline of companies (plural) we have signed to Letters of Intent to purchase (racked and stacked), we would meet the listing criteria with our initial acquisition. Are we going to apply right away? Probably not, I’d like to build our consolidated financials first. We’d like to have some real size and depth before considering.
So what exactly is our business model? We’re an acquisition holding company that will purchase private operating businesses (plural) with annual revenues of between $5 million to around $30 million. These businesses will become wholly owned subsidiaries of CWIR, the parent company.
I do believe this may be the first time that a microcap pink sheet listed company purchased a business many times its current market cap. We look for management teams that want to work together with us, as a team, to grow and expand the business. They will be able to focus on executing the business while we focus on investments, capital markets, investor relations and regulations.
At some point in the future, be it two or three years, depending on the market environment, we’ll consider spinning subsidiary off. As a current shareholder during that time, you will also receive shares in that entity.
If you ask me where we see ourselves in five years, I would say that we would like to have ten to fifteen subsidiaries under our
umbrella at all times and spinning off or selling four or five each year.
I don’t roll the dice, I don’t gamble, I don’t hope things happen. I like to believe that I do sure things. As a matter of fact, I’ve only been to Vegas a handful of times because of these reasons. The way we do that is by controlling the process, structuring deals that make economic sense because we are executing on our terms.
What’s our industry focus? Quite frankly, we’re generalist, except for David Platt, who specializes in Pharma and Bio tech, and Ray that specializes in the financial arena, but at the end of the day we’re all deal guys."
This is the biggest NO BRAINER opportunity I've seen in a long time. UF
Let me clue everyone in on something. This has moved way beyond just iHub folks. Expect those kind of trades over the next couple of weeks as people are starting to wake up to what's going on here and I promise you there are plenty of "friends of management" who are now jumping on board as we inch closer to closing that first acquisition. GLTA UF
It's all good. At some point in the coming months, TJ and Valerie will have 42K square feet growing like a weed (pun intended) at $500 in revenue per square foot. I emailed and asked them to update us on all of that. What does it look like? Time frame? Revenue confirmations, etc. They said they were planning to do that anyway in their next release, so again, it's all good. If it is in fact $15M - $20M+ in revenue in the coming months, this will trade at $15 - $20+ per share in due time. Accumulate all you can when you can. That's the beauty of this one. I would wager that we'll see those price ranges in the next 12 months. UF
That's one person's display of hatred for this stock so intense he's willing to plop his entire stash on the Ask at the risk of having it taken out for good. We've seen this for months now.
You know that's not true. It's been discussed at length.
And more news coming next week!
Why first of many acquisitions = 21 Cents PPS before any additional acquisitions are made...
CWIR currently trading at .005.
CREDIT stervc for this great analysis...
CWIR on Sep 25, 2017 released news of acquiring American Trucking Group/National Truck Funding (ATG/NTF) which is a transportation and financing company that with recent improving market conditions should generate revenue of $35.9M and EBITDA of $9.9M based on prior performance.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CWIR/news/CWIR-Acquiring-Trucking-Group?id=170701&b=y
CWIR O/S = 1,954,192,451
$9.9M EBIDTA ÷ 1,954,192,451 = .005 EPS
The P/E for the trucking industry is 43.04 x .005 EPS = .2152

Should I go back to your comments from six months ago and comment on each one? Is this a thing we're doing now? Find another topic of conversation.

Gotcha. Either way, it's the first of many. Once that light bulb lights up for everyone...well, you know the rest. GLTA UF
