I think a big rally coming
It's actually still a bullish chart... should go to .75-1.00 really... Based on the chart... IMO... But whatever.
Who's the idiot that just did that?
Neither. Company name, and ID number for the company. Ticker in process and price TBD
CONGRATULATIONS CEN BIOTECH SHARE HOLDERS!!!
Got my shares. Perfect.
FITX Related News. Not sure if this was posted already. But good read. Very intelligent and insightful.
http://www.mmj.today/the-ambrose-agenda-an-indepth-look/
It says he compared the situation. This means he was giving perspective.
Still.... no where does it show that his REASON for doing it was because of Roald Mcdonald. Your REALLY reaching here...
With the documents, even better. Nice. Yes it's quite clear for anyone being honest.
No the statement is false. The company did not invent a fake employee. The company used a very real employee and gave him an alias grant Robertson's statement is a blatant lie. you can try to twist it to mean something else but it's still obviously a lie.
No... he did NOT state that was the reason. That's an untrue statement. Please show me where Bill stated the reason for using an alias was because of McDonald's... Though he DID try to put the situation in perspective in an attempt to defuse it without wanting to give specific information as to the WHY. As a matter of fact, I think that using the alias MAY not have been the best solution to the problem. But... then.... what would have been?
Option A) Elect another PR guy quickly in the interim to give the interview and get him up to speed as fast as possible.
Option A Risks / challenges) Choosing the wrong person by choosing too quickly, changing PR representation too often. Bad image.
Finding a PR guy who doesn't mind getting death threats since the company would have had to explain the risks to that individual.
Risking the safety of a person and thier family just for the sake of "professional image". Obvious heavy weighted choice.
Option B) Use Bill as PR guy.
Option B Risks / Challenges)
The company needed new representation since Bill was under intense criticism. Bill needed to keep a lower profile in lew of death threats already received and due to taking a different approach at the request of board members by having PR representation.
Option C) Give the company's real internal PR man an alias and keep his family safe. Let him do his job, but protect him and his family. Best of both worlds.
Option C Risks / Challenges)
Discovery of the alias resulting in criticism. Risk of danger remains if identity discovered.
Your CEO... all the weight of the decision is on your shoulders. None of the choices are ideal. Your life is continually threatened. And you want to protect those around you while still maintaining a corporate image and PR strategy.
Option C sounds like the right one.
Also consider: Outsiders looking in. We have some facts, but not all.
Still.... it's about exercising a sense of reason and intellect to see this. Which I encourage.
That was not hypothetical. That was an actual statement / headline from Grant.
It's what we like to call an: example
It's an example, since being asked to provide one. What you read in my last post was a real example of one of grants deceptive mis characterizations about creative edge / CEN Biotech.
No. Light has began to shine on what was false to begin with. Half truths. It's called a "spin". A story portrayed in a certain light while purposely omiting critical facts. It's called being deceptive.
Half Truth with incomplete information that leaves the reader to either spend time researching if they doubt the authors credibility, or to blindly believe the spin and fall victim to the con.
For example:
Half truth with condemning adjectives structured in a way that it will purposefully trick the reader:
"Company Invents Fake Employee"
Whole truth without condemning adjectives, in a professional format with journalistic standards:
"Company loses market value while waiting for licence from health Canada, recieves death threats. Criticized for using alias in interview to protect employees family".
You see the difference? Much more information in the second one. And contains a lot more fact.
Grant Robeetson is a con artist. Period.
Maybe he was the one giving death threats.... maybe he lost money, who knows. Maybe he is a criminal. He certainly seems to lack ethical standards of reporting about this company, and he's a scab.
Not facts. Misrepresentation based upon partial truths. That's what makes a lie believable, it's based on a partial truth. It's what makes the devil a good liar, and it's what makes Grant a good liar too.
Wow... thought this was really interesting... from the MMJ site... this guy doesn't seem the most ethical. Maybe the rumors and articles are true about him being involved in illegal activity.
"We believe Grant Robertson is capable of unethical behavior, and could be prone to weakness when presented with financial compensation. Although we are still looking into further details in regards to Mr. Robertson’s past, we know Mr. Robertson has been known to cross the picket line / scab, on at least one occasion whereby Mr. Robertson joined the Calgary Herald Newsroom leading up to a legal strike. Working as a reporter during this strike at the expense of others while receiving financial compensation, was viewed by many as a shameful act.
For those who are not aware, a scab is a strikebreaker. A person who works despite an ongoing strike. Strikebreakers are usually individuals who are not employed by the company before a trade union dispute, but rather hired to keep the organization running. “Strikebreakers” may also refer to workers (union members or not) who “cross picket lines” to work.
Freelancers, unemployed or retired journalists and disgraced journalists from other papers often scab in an effort to revive their careers. This practice is generally thought to be extremely unethical and disgraceful, and may perhaps allude to behavioral patterns."
No, actually I agree that it's not his first rodeo... or rather... his first con. Since he is a con artist. Some of his other criminal endeavors are remarkably similar. Just.... different commodities.
Real journalism? Hahaha. That's the funniest thing I heard all day. Grant Robertson is a tool. And he's completely immoral. Has no journalistic standards whatsoever. Obvious by his writing.
He's also a scab. Depraved title in the world of journalism. Taking people's jobs.
You mean all those guys get a free trip to Ukraine? Nice... not really fair for the rest of us is it... but... Bill runs businesses in Michigan. He's really not hard to find.
That's pretty funny. From what I can tell the man is pretty easy to be found.
Pretty amazing that the CEO actually financed the company multi millions AND forgave 2 million in debt. Wow. Don't see that too often.
Not understanding what you're talking about since Bill past security clearance a long time ago. Curious statement. Unless you're talking about the points of rejection where Health Canada was talking about revoking his security clearance. Obviously that proves the fact also.... That he passed security clearance.
No, that's 203 direct shareholders. Shareholders like us, have a chunk of each one of those shareholders shares. For example one of those 203 shareholders is TD Ameritrade. One of those shareholders is e-trade. Etc.
But TD Ameritrade probably has a few thousand shareholders that own FITX.
So in reality the actual shareholders is probably something like multiple thousands.
Smart folks on here today. I'm sure the company knows exactly what to do with water :)
Micheal Clark- Former president of fidelity investments, and JP Morgan Chase.
At Chase, he reported directly to Time Magazines CEO of the year Jamie Dimon.
Same situation at Fidelity....
Handled 15 trillion in assets.
And John G... Active SEC Fraud Examiner and whistleblower. Works with the SEC and FBI and IRS to this day.
I don't see how on earth anyone on the planet with any sense of reason could see these guys as being "in on the scam". Or not knowing what they were in. chairman and vice chairman of the board for crying out loud. These men are big time and big money. And they're waiting for the license and spin off and they will be active board members again under the new ticker symbol.
This is probably the most legitimate marijuana company in the entire sector. Just been sabotaged and defamed to no end. Well, I think financials are due Friday so this will be interesting.
#realtalk.
Nice to see things turning around for FITX. It's about time school was back in session.
If you're still out in the hall playing around at this point, you'll likely gonna get detention.

Isaak is a pretty cool guy. But that's not his name.
Why do you think they're not getting sued? You can't seriously believe a company of lawyers, with an excellent team of additional lawyers on the side, is gonna let GR go Scott free? Lol
You think the rest are not gonna be sued as well? THAT is funny
The company has never said they were suing HC. Judicial Review of not suing.
Can you provide proof of your claim that the judge cannot compel them to issue a license? And I'm not talking about your opinion, but some actual proof from a document or law surrounding mandamus? Do you know what mandamus is? The entire point is that it goes in front of a federal judge who can grant mandamus request. Which means the higher authority ORDERS the lesser authority to perform an act.
You just proved that they are not done. Since there is not a single legitimate reason or breach of process by CEN. Mandamus should be effective. Luckily, judges are typically non-biased and review facts. Not fraudulent claims.
Green days all year...
I agree 100%. They have a strong case
