WhiteNOC, stock looks overvalued to me.
Surely, it does to you?
WhiteNOC,
Time has taken its course.
What do you have to say in defense of your bold outlook a few month ago?
NOC, based on what assets?
Please illuminate us.
I'm going to order a staircase from Quality Staircase and use it as a gallows for all the good people who have served shareholders so well.
You know how to build a trapdoor don't you Eugenio.
Doesn't anyone know Johnson's partner Bret?
Has anyone climbed a Quality Staircase to johnson's pie in the sky world of delusion and sanctimonial habitat for humanity.
John do you know johnson's partner Bret?
Is it true he's ratting out johnson to the SEC?
My apologies for being so unattuned to your wry, cheeky turn of phrase.
Looks like johnson sold his WTCH shares and invested in MIRKQ.
He's now in the process of browbeating his way into being the Docent of the Board and Lord of All Things Right for MIRKQ shareholders.
Now, Johnson, Rena, there's a guy with a real sense of humor that no one could possibly misconstrue as being anything else than the Height of Wit and Bon Mots.
s
I'm afraid you've got me wrong...as usual.
I simply have a sense of humor.
I hope you do, too.
I'm afraid johnson has destroyed RB.
johnson has sabotaged this company IMO. His continuing programmatic panoply of pasquinades pomposities prevarications pontifications paranormally pusillanimous paranoid pronouncements of proto-Fascist proleptic pablum have put this pitiful company into the pumper.
Is it true that Johnson, lynnguz, peterson, fitz, green are no longer invested in WTCH?
I'm looking forward to the PR that will make us all rich.
I'm sure it will be the top story on CNBC's Squawk Box.
And now David Faber with the big story on a the big story of the day; a company called Waste Drek that has an exciting new product Jizzco that's the cream of the crop for waste disposal.
Thanks, Mark. Waste Drek has quite a story to tell. In fact, they've been telling their story to anyone who will listen. I guess that makes me as gullible and stupid as all the other idiots who bought this stock, but what the heck this is just a tv show and it doesn't matter if what I say is true or not, just like it doesn't matter if what the Tuortos say is true or not.
Back to you Mark.
Thanks, David for that meaningless drivel about Waste Drek.
And now, Joe Kernen with the latest on the SEC's investigation into the Tuorto's mismanagement of Waste Drek.
Yeah, that was fast wasn't it, Mark? Right from a breaking story by David to a breaking story from me Joe Kernen, Stocks Editor for all the stupid and dumb companies that stupid and dumb investors buy stock in. It never ceases to amaze me how so many....
How much longer can the Tuortos get away with stealing from shareholders?
Keith Anderson
Has anyone called him?
Johnson, for once you had something to post that is meaningful.
I sincerely thank you for the following:

Another Eugene Johnson post from Raging Bull-oney:
Yes, I remember that.
All long as they are chasing something other than their on
tails, and are working on something positive for you and I
as shareholdlers I dont really care. Just do something.
EJ
-------------
You are wrong, Johnson. This kind of thinking is not good business and it's not good for shareholders.
If this management could have done something for shareholders they would have already done it. Management only does something for themselves, not for you, nor anyone else.
More Raging Bull from Eugene Johnson:
Sandbag If they are successful in catching the rabbit
they have been chasing, the PR will be real positive.
EJ
------------
The rabbit they have been chasing. Give me a break. Look at all the other rabbits they have caught previously. Would you actually eat this stew of old rabbits just because they throw in a fresh dead carcass?
This management does not know a rabbit from a duck, unless it's a sitting duck, then they seize on that.
Rabbit NO; sitting duck YES; shareholders ZERO.
Your rabbit is just another sleezy conspiritant willing to take WTCH shares and make money the old fashioned way: they steal it.
Eugene Johnson is at it again posting naive and misleading items on Raging Bull:
Mike, I am going to go out on a limb and say that management
will put out a PR in July 2005.
EJ
----------------
Well, Eugene, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that if management puts out a PR in July 2005 it will be as meaningful as all the other PRs they have put out since taking control of this trading shell.
I'm glad to hear that you would be willing to take action against management.
However, waiting for this mismanagement team to send up a puff of white smoke to signal that all is okay back at the ranch ain't gonna happen.
Who would be willing to offer affidavit testament as to the pain and suffering you've incurred and had to endure as a result of this seemingly predatory and unscrupulous management that most of us are in agreement on has totally abused and neglected its shareholders and may be criminally liable in their non-performance of fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders and running this company to increase shareholder value?
This is a management that has behaved badly and may merit being punished by law.
Are there any among you who feel something should be done?
Thank you for your consideration.
I agree, it is now a proven fact that management has not acted in the best interest of shareholders.
IMO, there is no doubt that management's non-performance is intentional.
You can not expect this management team to learn from their mistakes because IMO, from their point of view, they do not consider their actions mistakes, rather they are deliberate as this is how they make their money and hide income.
You've called the company and have gotten very little information; does that really surprise you?
What needs to be done is for a group of 20 people to go to their office and confront these thieves.
Remember, this is not the first shell they've run into the ground. Does this pattern of behavior, this kind of management style really betoken a management team that's interested in running a real business that is an ongoing concern?
The answer is obviously NO!
The sooner the SEC puts these people out of business the better off all shareholders will be...whether they own WTCH stock or not.
I'm glad to see that Eugene Johnson has finally seen the light.
At last he agrees with me that management has caused injury and done disservice to shareholders.
Now, are you prepared to take action against the company?
If so what?
The shares he bought for .05 should have been registered.
It would then be a matter of matching the certificate number with the seller.
Calling Transfer Online.
The point is if you're going to make claims about getting inside information from management and it's all legal as you claim then it should be no problem to share the information.
You behave as if you have something to hide so why is it a surprise that someone assumes that you do have something to hide? You can't have it both ways.
Friday after 5PM is Happy Hour.
Maybe I'll see you there.
What, exactly, is clear to you?
What a load of...
Clean or not the pig knows what the pig knows.
Afterall, if they can run the barnyard for Orwell, they are probably smart to even answer a few questions about WTCH. LOL
Call and ask to speak to the same person johnson speaks to.
Give it a try. I think it would be interesting for you and for us if you gave it a shot.
In all seriousness, Mike, why don't you give the company a call and see you can find out how close we are getting to "Is today the day."
You're a smart guy and I would welcome it if you could really ask the right questions to get some answers.
It would be a real service to the rest of us if you would do this.
Thanks for your consideration.
This stock has:
Avg. # of Trades: 2
Avg. Daily Volume: 43,024
What is management doing to create more liquidity in the stock?
You simply can not have an increase in the price of the stock without increased and sustained liquidity.
A real business model generating revenues and a management team that effectively communicates its strategy for success would be a good start to enhancing liquidity.
Perhaps those who call the company and ask them questions might consider these issues as worthy of exploring and getting answers to.
Thank you johnson for replying to my post.
"My advice for today is buy now while the price
is low."
IMO, it is completely irresponsible for this kind of commentary to be made.
I can not even begin to express what an outrage this kind of reckless touting is and can not understand why it is tolerated on this board.
Is it hype? Is it shilling? I'll leave that to others to decide, but the one that is obvious is that you are willing to tell people to buy this stock without offering any firm basis for doing so.
When you've called who have you spoken to?
Why are you picking on me?
OT:
To paraphrase Oliver Wendell Holmes: "The best insecticide is the light of day.
I think Tall Man's 'light of day' remarks have provided a certain clarity to Johnson1's 'dark of night' mutterings.
Perhaps Eugene feels the Jezco is up...or is it down.
If Mr. Johnson feels otherwise, he has this forum in which to make his case as to why WTCH is worthy of investors' dollars.
It's really that simple.
"I like the company and its potential for the future..."
1) What do you like about the company?
2) What are the elements of the potential of this company that you refer to?
3) What do you envision to be the future of this company? How will it be achieved? What is the business plan that will accomplish the leveraging of potential into the value you project as the future of WTCH?
This game also works when companies have excellent management teams. This company, IMO, does NOT even begin to resemble a competent management team, as evidenced by their behavior and failure to comply with SEC rules and regs.
There is no latest until there is a latest.
You and johnson have been talking the talk for a long time, but as of yet there is no walk.
You can get snippy and uncivil if you want, but the truth is there has been no substantive proof of your claims of great things to come for CVIA, and no proof of the same great claims for WTCH.
And everytime either johnson or you is asked a fair and appropriate question that allows you to prove your point you resort to playground remarks and personal put-downs...behavior you claim to not want to have on this board.
If you know something share it. Make me, make all of us believers. We would like to be part of the faithful. Give us something to believe in, not something to revile you for. That does you no good, and does this company no good.
You worry about all the viewers on the board who will be unduly alienated by the bashers, and yet you do nothing but make empty promises that never materialize, and you continue the rants of a fishmonger trying to sell week old fish as the day's fresh catch.
You could begin by explaining exactly what business we are in, what kind of business model we have, how that model will generate cash and revenues that will lead to real earnings, real profits and a real increase in the value of this company.
That's how this game works...by creating value in the business, not by standing on a soap box and declaring that the sky is not falling.
This game also works when companies have excellent management teams. This company, IMO, does even begin to resemble a competent management team, as evidenced by their behavior and failure to comply with SEC rules and regs.
So, why not try to get real, and talk about all the positives of the company. Who knows, you might just make some converts, and that would silence all the bashers and doubters in a heartbeat.
Think about it!
Ron Insana talks about the message of the market.
In baseball, a pitcher reads a bat.
The message of the market and the bat is that this company will never be a legitamate business. JMO
