I haven't heard a single bit of solid reasoning as to why the VCIG spinoff should not happen. Can someone enlighten me?
Just seems like a way to offer shareholder value without having to dilute MCIG.
Have folks looked into other OTC stocks that have done this sort of thing? It seems that it always results in a solid win.
Everyone wants to buy VCIG shares, they do not want to sell any of them when the spin off happens.
What they realize will happen is that by the time the dividend is released, MCIG will be worth far more than it is now, and VCIG value at the time of sale will be far more than the difference based on an entry price at the current level.
Mark this post. VCIG "dividend" = be handsomely rewarded.
These revenues and profits where most all from Mcig and Vapolution given the fact they only reflected 15 days of start of Vitacig sales. This would mean that the revenues/growth/profit we see in this report will become exponential in the next quarter. We will see growth for Mcig much greater than 1,100% for May/June/July.
agree 100%.
3rd party fulfillment is a great way to minimize infrastructure costs (especially labor) however: MCIG must remain diligent to vendor oversight for continued customer satisfaction. Hopefully MCIG management will install some sort of random quality control program regarding these vendor services.
As a former director of world-wide marketing for a fortune 500 company I agree 100% with the price increase to $5.00 for vitacig. Business runs on margins period. I have always considered the $2.00 vitacig sale as a new product brand promotion and was probably, at best, a break even price point. I considered the increase in price to $3.00 as a recognition of "proven concept" and a market price point test. Given this increase to $5.00 MCIG has apparently completed price elasticity testing and has determined it's greatest margins and profitability can be accomplished at this price point.
Look at it this way:
The old price of $3.00: 10 units x $3.00 equal $30.00 of revenue.
The new price of $5.00: only 6 units x $5.00 equal $30.00 revenue.
Revenue remains the same however product cost has been reduced by 40% increasing margins and profitability. Some customers may be lost however at the end of the day this is very good for MCIG.
340,892 shares here. long and very strong.
When did filing a "proposed sale" form with the SEC constitute the actual sale of the securities? Most all of "proposed sale" forms are filed for legal reasons and do not, in anyway, constitute an actual sale.
VITA-CIG will IPO at .05 and VERY QUICKLY double/triple. Keep some dry powder to buy VITA-CIG on the day of its IPO. Iveigled
Correction: less than 1%. Still minuscule.
Thank you for making my case. 24 million shares traded today. That represents less than 1 tenth of 1 percent of the shares you claim to be outstanding. That is minuscule. Stop throwing out numbers without context.
If you understand share float that can, and is, traded daily, namely shares willingly put to market, you can better understand why the pps is currently falling. The "trading" float is nominal and therefore results in excessive volatility as shares actually traded are minuscule compared to the current o/s. Falling share price predicated on such low volumes are not only normal, but healthy for stocks like FITX in emerging markets. I'm sure you already knew this but probably just forgot. And as far as not being in the business of buying back stock well... currently they can't afford it. However, if a licence is procured, it happen, absolutely.
My current and future valuations of FITX include massive amounts of stock buybacks. Even if FITX only produces 20% of what they claim their free cash flow will be enormous. There is no possible way to reinvest that much cash back into the business initially which will lead to early buybacks of outstanding shares. I agree this all hinges on obtaining a licence however, contrary to short position opinions on this board, obtaining a licence will most assuredly happen. Their time pontificating claims of elevated knowledge on the subject of FITX is quickly coming to a close.
If you valuate FITX on its present value of future cash flows you will quickly understand it for the opportunity it presents. Zoning issues and horse farms aside (lmao)... Companies presenting opportunities to create cash flows on massive revenues and 60% to 70% margins are rare indeed. FITX, like many other companies in this sector, present this type of opportunity if, in fact, they do get a growers licence. The price-per-share difference between before and after a growers licence will be staggering. Buy now what you can comfortably afford to lose because if a growers licence is granted a penny or two either way will make little difference.

This is what the vita-cig price increase means. Although it is stated that a price increase was necessary to facilitate a retail strategy it also means (without saying) that the demand for vita-cig is through the roof. Clearly what M-Cig found in its price elasticity testing that it could raise the price of Vita-cig by 50% and not reduce overall revenues while increasing margins. For all of you who have ran businesses you understand this is a Utopian situation. This means much, much more than just helping to facilitate a retail strategy. Congrats M-Cig. Very, very, very long.
We need more board conversation regarding the opportunity presented by the Vita-Cig shares. The June investors presentation clearly signals an opportunity vastly greater than what most may consider as .05 per share. Some of what was stated in the presentation:
1. "This guage is important as we are seeing our customers incorporate our brands (LED BY VITA-CIG) into their daily routine. (pg 12 of the presentation)
2. Vita-Cig sales velocity SUPERIOR to that of M-Cig with several days in May seeing Vita-Cig OUTSELLING M-Cig less than 40 days after launch! (page 15 of the presentation)
3. Sales achieved to-date are MARKEDLY HIGHER than over the same period for M-Cig products.
Vita-Cig may IPO at .05 however; the market may take Vita-Cig's share price sharply higher in a very, very short period of time. Given that the share structure for Vita-Cig will be the same as M-Cig's, Vita-Cig's share price performance could be simply stellar.
I currently hold 278,000 shares of M-Cig. I will have plenty of dry powder to purchase additional shares of Vita-Cig on the day of its IPO. I would suggest to each investor holding M-Cig shares that they create a plan of action for the day of the Vita-Cig IPO.
Americans, for the most part, are intrigued with the aspects of money. The phrase "Dollars never felt so good" is a clever and very successful way to attract attention on a billboard. If you notice the $10 is not of the same boldness and offers a subliminal explanation of how few dollars is needed to buy the product. This billboard is spot on and is appreciated by marketers that actually know something about the subject.
Save some dry powder to buy VITA-CIG shares. No one has discussed the outstanding potential and opportunity that VITA-CIG will offer when released. Sales for VITA-CIG must be through the roof if it will be allocated 60% of the billboard rotation. There will be a good chance that VITA-CIG will double or triple the day of the IPO launch. You may want to save some powder to capitalize on the offering in addition to the the free shares you will garner.

VERY, VERY, VERY LONG M-CIG/VITA-CIG.
Other good news will have bearing on the pps however; currently this spring is being wound tightly by the simple supply and demand of shares. As sellers dry up waiting for Vita-Cig buyers will start chasing the price per share as a result of low supply. This accumulation/distribution, as it relates to overall supply vs. demand, will trump any good news short term as this could become extremely explosive. JMHO. LONG MCIG.
This is precisely what I was referring to. (thank you Privileged for posting the chart). Make no mistake.. THIS is what is driving the price currently. Be careful what you wish for as this will continue to run void of the dividend announcement. I, for one, would not like to see the dividend announcement within the next 10 trading days or so as the stock could run very nicely, merely on the dividend expectation. (but announced within a reasonable time-frame of course). JMHO. LONG MCIG.
The accumulation/distribution chart specifically illustrates what is going on at present with MCIG. When accumulation continues to remain high while the price per share is declining float continues to be locked up on the long side of the equation. As float continues to lock up volume starts to decrease and volatility increases. Over a period of time virtually no float is available and pricing escalates. We have experienced a portion of this over the past week or so (dipping to .40 and then today's pps increase on very low volume. We are at a point presently where very few longs are willing to sell sales and subsequently the price is escalating. Most of the accumulation is happening as a result of the dividend promise in the form of Vita-Cig. Once Vita-Cig is launched and current holders have secured their free shares volume will increase on the sell side. At that time we could see a substantial adjustment made to MCIGs price per share while the price of Vita-Cig stock, being traded on the open market, greatly appraise in value.
JMHO. LONG MCIG.
Its curious that the SEC did not ask for any documents nor any meetings with PHOT. They simply suspended trading for what looks to be something completely out of PHOT management's hands. This is the SEC hammering the most stable stock in an industry that looked to be getting out of hand. The message is simple to investors.... "if we can take down PHOT we can take any of them down". "Investor beware". That's it in a nut shell. The SEC should come out and make a statement absolving PHOT. They should as well mandate it continue to trade on the pinks and not greys. If the reason for suspension is truly 3rd party then PHOT itself need not suffer.
With 80% margins and 1 billion in revenue Fitx can buy back all the shares it wants to. Don't think for a second that this won't happen. It will happen and that's why I have no concerns whatsoever about the current share structure.
So lucky, mydog you're saying NOT TO SELL on the first day because it will bounce. That is basically what your post is describing.
CANN has only lost 25% of its value from the day the SEC suspended trading. Its trading volume, although not quite what it was is coming close to the volume it traded in prior days to suspension. What would make PHOT any different? What many are not considering is that PHOT and CANN as well are in an EMERGING INDUSTRY. Both have good business plans and and exceptionally growing market. PHOT will fare much better than all of the GLOOM and DOOM chatters on this forum are predicting.

PHOT will not necessarily GRAY LIST automatically. I just had a conference with my Platinum Team at E-Trade. At this point in a stock suspension ANYTHING may happen. No one thing is weighted any more than another with the information we have. As examples; it may come off suspension early OR the SEC may find no wrongdoing OR it may or may not go to the grays OR it may simply open back up on the OTC on the 25th. ETC ETC. I am currently holding 275,000 shares of PHOT. At one point I owned 1.1 million shares (but ya have to take some profits as you go right?) It might unfold just as the NAYSAYERS on this board are saying HOWEVER; it might not. No doubt this is gonna hurt either a little or a lot. Just let this take the course it will and don't stress-out more than needed by taking any heed to those that only spew doom and gloom.
EXCELLENT POINT!!
Check out the progression from April 1st to April 4th. A great deal was accomplished in just 3 days. This suckers going up fast. Go FITX! Roll the DICE! This may be the only time in your life you have Life Changing Dice in your hands. LONG
Shorts could not be more frightened tonight. You can read it in their posts. You can smell the stink of their fright. Hopefully, some are naked short and after the next few days we will not hear from them anymore as they serve their time in debtors jail.
The reason it dropped on good news last quarter was because of a statement that Sterling made regarding the results just days before the release. He said a number, publicly, that was in excess of $500,000 more than what was eventually reported. This did not sit well with larger investors. Myself being one of them. This report is excellent and has exceeded most expectations. The reaction tomorrow may be different than last quarter however; no one really knows for sure. GO PHOT! LONG!!
Tell the rest of the story instead of simply 1 sentence that is truly meaningless regarding PHOT's quarter in general. They were fantastic.
Finally, someone new who actually has something to offer. Thank you sir.
