well...i shoulda bought more TRXC
perhaps lack of IR is due to possibility of r/s coming? maybe they are looking forward to uplisting and new investors...
I agree with possa...company doesn't care so much about the pps. They got their funding, etc. let's just enjoy the ride!
Atta boy ole posilock!
The next round of financing will not come for a while (or not at all). Thus, the stock price will probably be much higher if/when the next round is. better buy now...
wow, pretty rare!
When is the last time we traded 1M plus shares? news coming or what?
I think mgmt doesn't care about a lot about pps at this stage. They got they the money they needed and will continue to. Then, when they are ready they do a r/s and then up list to a big board.
BKT can you fill in the holes?
That would be a nice IPO price, however, that would make our valuation around/over 2.75 Billion...seems like a lot considering mako got bought out at what, 1.5 B? I would think a R/S would happen before the IPO, correct?
Hey LTG...post on the TRXC board...why are you always hyping TRXC on the TITXF board??? must be desperate ...
you should have bought in when we all did at .40/share
i dont think many of us share your opinion, ragman. listen to ole posilock, he wont steer you wrong
Call HC777 crazy (and maybe me as well) but I have wondered for some time now if Titan isn't in contact with a buyer already. That would explain lack of PR's, larger than normal financing, etc.
There has been much discussion on this board about whether Titan will be bought out or become the next ISRG. I think without question the exit stratergy has always been a buyout. This is a small development stage company - a great one, albeit. In contrast, ISRG was a 'big' company from the get-go - for example they had venture cap money from Morgan Stanley & Sierra Ventures. They debuted on the NASDAQ at about $10/share in the year 2000. They were never a penny stock.
All that said, who cares! If we get a buyer willing to pay $30/share then its been a heck of a ride. Anything north of $30 would be incredible, but I am not sure I see that happening. Just IMO
agreed scalpel. well said. MAKO was selling, making money, etc. Titan is still a babe - fairly new. hold and and hope for the best
wow...volume has def. stayed high. What is the reason for that?
sorry, no kudos here...not sure how one can write an article while holding a postion in the stock. biased from the start.
LTG, in general it seems you basically tout TRXC and how great it is on this board. Then, almost offhandedly, you mention that you are long titxf. seems like you want folks to jump ship. look at your posts, they don't lie - most tell us how we should consider trxc ...oh and also you are long titxf...allegedly...
attaboy ole posilock!
Good points. PR is needed, however, what's with the increase in volume? three or so days with 800,000+? can't just be day traders. Seems like something is up, right?
Thanks honey, great insight!
Honey, let's say this goes simply 'as planned' according to Titan's materials. What would you forsee the buyout pps? I guess if the pps keeps going that bodes well for a higher buyout, but if Titan is bought as a development stage corp. it will be a considerably lower pps, correct?
I think that is not realistic. If Titan gets bought at around 30/sh, then the price tag would be roughly 2.1 billion. keep in mind that MAKO got bought for 'only' 1.65 billion
that said, this was a good day and volume speaks of news coming. here's hoping it keeps going
i'll bet PR is coming today after mkt closes...this is big volume
cut the hype...
no way this thing hits $20 this year. we need sales - i.e. profit coming in to see those numbers.

I like your logic, and agree. I plan to load up this coming week.
I am curious as to what 'news' will come out in the next few days/weeks. I say this because Titan's own website lists the nest milestone occuring in Q4 of 2014 - a long way away.
So, I guess, isnt it reasonable to think that it may be quiet for a while?
old commercial reference:
good idea. i think $3 pps is a wishful thinking, but I could forsee $2, imo.
all (or almost all) of the reps I have spoken too seem to think titan has some sort of edge. They all own some...so prolly a good idea i guess
Ok, thanks for the response. I have several friends in the device industry who told me to check out this stock. THey claim that Titan's technology is superior to existing competitors. I wasn't sure, so I am checking it out.
So, if there is a dillution, stock prices will dip, I suppose. Perhaps it is better to wait for that offering to jump into this stock?
Then again, if news does break, the price could jump and, even with a dillution, it may still be higher than pre-news.
is this a buy? not sure. seems like price is not doing much?
Cool, thanks. my buddies in the device industry all own at least some shares. prolly not a bad idea to jump in while it is low
Not saying it won't go higher - it may. seems like a good field to invest in. curious - when did you buy in?
I'm new here...interested in TITXF due to some friends in the medical device sales world. Why is it a good buy? Price seems low and a R/S seems practical, but I am not sure at this point.
