Good info and sounds encouraging!
They are still promoting it with Medtronic. They are in the Medtronic Spine Division. In fact last year I fell while roller skating with my Grandson and I had Kyphoplasty. My back was seriously better the same day and no pain at all. I am a big fan of Kyphoplasty.
Thanks Mustang! I am so happy to be home ????
Kyphon was NOT a flop! I personally know most of the Kyphon original employees that are still with Medtronic... And they are killing it.
OMG I AM DOING THE HAPPY DANCE! I’m officially making money. I have been this for years and have not gave up or sold once and I am so thankful I never gave up. I haven’t even been checking stock much since my sweet hubby had his accident. He is still in critical condition, but he is improving and they are going to move him to a LTAC ( long term acute care) probably next week. For at least 2 months. My prayer is they get him to the only 2 places within 2 hours from home that allow visitors. If they get him into Shepard in Atlanta Ga. I will get to stay with him ??. Anyway imagine how excited I was to log in and see TDMI was making a profit for me and hopefully all of you. So glad I averaged down to under $2.00. I put in for 500 more shares today.
Oh ok I was thinking you meant Medtronic CEO. My bad.
My Son and His wife have been with Medtronic spine for years and I am gonna ask about the CEO and their thoughts.
Well I have been wondering who Martha was when everyone would post something using the name “Martha”. So thanks for putting the full name and CEO Medtronic. I have been out of the loop since my husband’s accident, but just happened to log on to see what was happening and I’m glad I saw your comment.
I just got home from the hospital and was trying to read up on what’s happening. But I just can’t concentrate at all. My husband is still in critical condition and will you please keep an eye out for me just in case something happens and I need to buy more or just anything I should know. I have been holding my stock for years and never sold any but this is the first time I just haven’t even been able to let myself read news.
It has Ben a horrible rollercoaster ride and I don’t even know what to say. Brain bleed not improving although he has been squeezing my hand. His lungs have been filling up with fluid so they put in a chest tube and that does seem to be improving. They were supposed to operate tomorrow but they put it off until Friday to give him a little more time to heal. They will bout in a tracheotomy Friday morning and a whole team of different specialists are going to do their surgeries at the same time while he has that tracheotomy in. EVERY bone in his face has to be repaired even his palate and his left ear drum said he won’t have hearing in that ear. Also both hands and wrists ear drum have to be repaired. His skull is cracked and 9 vertebrae but they haven’t decided if they should do anything with that yet. The facial part of the surgery will be at a minimum of 5 hours. I am usually quiet and don’t say too much but I am so heartbroken I am just hoping for all the prayers I can get. Don’t know what I would do without him. So anyway please update me if you hear any info on Titan. My email is saster@charter.net and my Facebook page is Susan Chapman Elrod. Usually I or some of my friends give updates on how my husband is. If he gets better and Titan makes it I’ll buy all of youMargaritas one day soon.
I want to ask all my Titan friends to please pray for my husband. He had a terrible fall 2 days ago from a tree stand. He was putting up a zip line for our grandchildren. He is in critical condition and has a brain bleed and broken facial bones, broken neck , several spinal fractures and bilateral wrist fractures. He unconscious and has a breathing tube. Plus with covid I can’t be with him. They are going to let me see him today at 2 for a while . I know this isn’t Titan related but I am thinking the more prayers the better. Thanks Susan
I BELIEVE
Do any of you keep an eye on Twitter? Medtronic has been posting constantly about their future in Robotics. Here is a link

I haven’t sold any of my shares since I started buying years ago, and believe me I started when it was high so I was losing big time. I just kept buying and now have my share cost down to 2.20 per share so I am starting to feel good about it now. I am going to stick with it till the end.
It was about 4 Billion . It was in 2007
It was Kyphon. The did kyphoplasty and Medtronic bought them out. My son and his wife both worked for them and they went over to Medtronic. My son is a area VP of another company now but my daughter in law still is with Medtronic.
Thanks to you too ! I think we will be happy we stuck with this eventually. My son used to work for a small spine company and Medtronic bought them out .
I don’t have nearly as much stock as most of you but I bought in years ago and I had gotten about 100,000 shares before the split and it took me down to almost nothing and I still believed in Titan so I kept buying along as I had extra cash which isn’t often since I am retired. I still believe in Titan so I wanted to get my cost down and get more shares. I got back up to 13,000 shares @ $3.40. I still feel like I will be happy in the end and I only wish I had more money to pour into TMDI.
I am going to keep adding and adding as long as I can.
Where do you find information on if any insiders own stock. Or how much is owned by employees?
Meant looks good !
?? looks good
Would this be bad for Titan or could this be helpful for future ?

You got that right !
Waited till I was a grandmother to delve into the stock market. I bought 10,000 shares at over $2 a few years ago and was scared to death my husband would flip about me losing what to us was a lot of money. But I believed in This stock and just kept buying as it went lower. Now I have 90,000 shares @ .34. I know most of you have a lot more shares that this but I have been trying my best to get at least 100,000 shares. Kept buying and got cost down to .34. Trying to figure out if I just need to buy the rest now or wait and see if it drops back down a little.
Have been following this post for a long time and thanks to a few of you that believe in this stock, this old lady might be making a few bucks to the surprise of my hubby!
Y’all have probably already seen this, but posting because you are unusually quiet. I bought more today. Have a good weekend

Active traders are often looking for the next great move to secure profits in the stock market. Traders might be tracking stocks that are primed for a breakout. When a stock suddenly breaks to the upside, it has the potential to bring the optimistic crowd along with it. The breakout may bring in traders who missed out on the beginning of a run trying to capitalize on the back end. The professional trader is typically one who is able to stand out from the crowd. Being able to separate fantasy from reality can mean big profits for the dedicated trader. Impulse buying or selling on good or bad news is common in the stock market. Being able to come to a reasonable conclusion about why stock prices are headed one way and not the other can be a tough proposition. Paying attention to all the headlines may lead some traders down the path of no return if trades are being made strictly on daily news or even perception or that news. Discerning between what is actually driving a stock and what is perceived to be driving a stock may end up being a large factor between future gains and losses in the equity market.

Even with stocks at near all-time highs, there may be plenty of buying opportunities available for the savvy investor. Focusing on the technicals may offer a good way to assess stock performance without getting caught up in the chaos of round the clock headlines that can often seem overwhelming.
Many investors will often want to widen the focus when studying equities. Let us now take a look at some longer term technical indicators. Titan Medical Inc (TITXF) currently has a 60-day commodity channel index of Buy. The CCI indicator is typically used to scope out overbought and oversold levels. The direction is presently Weakest.

Medtronic Details Plans for Surgical Robot Launch -- Market Talk
10:51 ET - Medtronic (MDT) says it is hoping to complete the development of its experimental surgical robot tool by year end, and to record "material revenue" from the product in fiscal year 2019. On an earnings call, MDT executives said their main strategy will be to convert traditional "open" surgeries, where patients are cut open with scalpels, to a minimally invasive approach aided by surgical robots. "If we can shift open surgeries to minimally invasive surgeries, that's a $10B prize without a single new patient," one MDT executive said on the conference call. (jeanne.whalen@wsj.com)

Scotttrade is showing AUPH halted right at 3:59 before closing. Does anyone know why???
Why was it just halted??
Thank you for posting this link. I was impressed with the new CEO and I thought he did a really good job of differentiating SPORT from the competition. Some really good questions answered and I still feel like SPORT is an exciting product with a great fit in the marketplace

I need help as I am not a pro at this. I had several thousand shares of BNIKF and never switched them to BNTC. I really didn't know that I should have. Is it too late. I know several times in the past year and especially today I tried to buy shares of BNIKF and it will not go through. What am I doing wrong? Any advice would appreciated.
I want to buy some more, should I wait? Do y'all think it will go down much more? Don't want to buy too early. I don't have as much as most of y'all do but I have 27,000 shares , which is a lot for me and I have .71 avg. would like to get that avg down.
I got it off of linked in

Johnson & Johnson’s robotics unit Verb Surgical aims for end-of-year unveiling
MAY 20, 2016 BY BRAD PERRIELLO
verb-surgical-7x4Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) expects its Verb Surgical robot-assisted surgery business to move from concept to product design by the end of the year, company officials said this week as they updated investors on their plans for the world’s largest medical device business.
Gary Pruden, chairman of J&J’s $25.1 billion medical device division, said Verb Surgical expects to log “an important milestone at the end of the year, when we transition from concept development to full product development,” adding that more details on the system’s design would be revealed at that point.
Ethicon chairman Michael del Prado unveiled a few details, saying the Verb device aims to offer a smaller physical footprint than existing robot-assisted surgery systems, for procedures in tough-to-reach portions of the anatomy – “areas where the penetration of minimally invasive surgery has not been as good as the other areas,” he said.
“The sweet spot for really transforming surgery is in areas where it’s deep, it’s confined, it’s inaccessible,” del Prado said. “So this is where we believe that we’re the better surgical platform robotics capabilities that we will be able to penetrate.”
Pruden said the company expects the medical device business to grow at a 4% to 6% clip over the next 5 years.

He did say 40 the second time but I think that was a slip of the tongue. Because earlier Hargrove had said 14 and then he said 14 when he started speaking and then the last time he said 40.
