Hey Pete....me again (grin).
Long time, last time..... Ya know, some managers like to keep investors up-to-date on current events that may affect their investment, with clear, timely disclosures. Other managers suffer from 'empty $crotum' syndrome. They tend to keep investors in the dark, work from under the desk rather than from the desktop, and they evade direct contact with investors when there's bad news.
It's time for a final 'blue tie' event, Pete. It should be brief and include a nervous smile. We deserve a final farewell. You should get a final paycheck. Sorry, but there are no funds left for a golden parachute.
This has been a disastrous investment.
Regards,
Justin
That's my conundrum also........
Seems like the longer the wait, the better chance for success.
Anyone hear from EXCEO or Umbra lately?
Thanks, Old.........you're all over this.
Shocker......
Where is Deloitte?
Looks like we have a believer on the bid......
..........or will there be a delay?
Thanks for the perspective............
Shouldn't we expect some kind of leak? I'm sure the guys on site have cell phones. How effective is a tight hole? What are the consequences if someone is caught providing information to someone outside the camp?
How soon before they do a secondary?
That's a good post, Grem. Thanks for the effort. mmmmmm..... Haven't heard Barry's name here since Oilphant days.
I second OC's motion.
"Is the Company still issuing these? Have the existing ones been finally converted?"
Hey Pete........do you wanna take this one? You can answer from under the desk.
They were still dumping @ 4:30........
Hey Pete.......two weeks till spud. Man, check all the excitement!!!
Hey Pete.......we're headed back to trips. Get the hell out from under the desk.
Yup.....we figure Pete must've taken the gas pipe cause he's nowhere to be found. Not even under the desk.
Pete's hiding under the desk with Syl. They're going out to lunch today to cash their checks. I didn't get my check yet.
Looks like another late-day dump coming........
Hey Pete......Did Deloitte advise you to do the converts?...or was that just you & Syl in a sub-desk planning session?
Yup.......500k after the close. Here comes the converts. WTG Pete.
Big dump at the close?
Hey Pete......Em's right. Are you embarrassed? Or just lyao at us suckers? Come on out from under your double-wide desk. You & Syl need a break.
Desperation?
You're welcome.......
Etrade shows the ask is .18
Hey Pete……me again (GRIN!!!!) Well, well, well, we’re done with the RS, and now we have the IRS. Sheesh, wouldn’t you know it comes just days before drilling? Maybe a little knock-knock joke here, yes? Knock-knock; who’s there? The IRS, hands behind your back…you have the right to remain silent. I’m a little concerned………I don’t want to see you & Syl trade your pinstripes for horizontal stripes. What a rotten way to celebrate drilling.
Hey!!! Did I hear right….that you & Syl got a double-wide desk to hide under? Now both of you fit under one desk. Very cool. With the ask at 3x the bid, you guys can trade back & forth to elevate the SP. Maybe we can get it up to $.75 and you guys can get your free shares. Ah, wait a minute, we had that dad-nab RS.
I’m hopeful we’ll be rich by Easter……er, um, maybe that was that in 2009.
The Ides of March approach, a time when some question the loyalty of their friends. ‘Et tu, Brute?’, Caesar asked his pal - are you in on this too? Do we need to question your loyalty to the shareholders, Pete? What’s with this NGAR? Et tu, Pete? Sheesh!!!!
Oh well, bring on the rig and let’s drill.

I posted OC's earlier post on the other board. Here's (the well- respected) Kingpindg's response:
Interesting that it says that Fubara...
is a "major shareholder" of ERHC Energy, yet there have been no filings to indicate that he owns more than 5%. Unless he has only recently become a major shareholder and that has something to do with the delay of the 10-Q?
Back when we had access to that London Oil Scout website there was a link to an attendees list for one of their meetings. Fubara was shown as a guest of ERHC and I think it indicated he was with Circle. I believe he attended the meeting with Ken Seymour.
Reginald Sewell, ERHC's Corporate Counsel, is shown as being Paramount's Corporate Counsel, as well.
And this is not the first place I have seen Stacey Kivel's name. Need to do some searching around to remind myself why and/or where.
OC posted this on the other board........
This is interesting...

Who is Reginald Fubara? Is he the strategic investor?
Well he seems to be all of the following things:
Reginald is also CEO of Circle Limited, an oil and gas exploration company with interests in Kenya (Block 11a), Mali (Blocks 21 & 28), Gambia (Upper River)
Chairman & CEO of Symba Energy Limited, parent company to Paramount. Symba Energy has worked with technical partners to deliver 14 geothermal wellhead power plants to a power company in Kenya.
Major shareholder in ERHC Energy Inc. (Nasdaq OTC Pink: ERHE) a publicly traded American oil and gas company based in Houston, Texas with valuable exploration assets in Sub-Saharan Africa (Kenya, Chad & Gulf of Guinea)
Reginald has worked in an advisory role as a ventures strategist for oil and gas Exploration & Production companies over the last 8 years
Early in his career, Reginald worked as a Technology consultant for blue-chip organizations including the European Space Agency, Oracle, PwC, Fujitsu, Shell, Hitachi, Nedlloyd, Prudential, the British Law Society & BT
He is a Computer Science graduate from the University of Gloucestershire, UK
I'd have to consider a purchase.......
14mm??
mmmmmmmm...a little 300k snap after the close.
Could be Pete & Syl trading back & forth...........
Hey Pete....me again.
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
