Who is Reginald Fubara? Is he the strategic investor?

Well he seems to be all of the following things:

Reginald is also CEO of Circle Limited, an oil and gas exploration company with interests in Kenya (Block 11a), Mali (Blocks 21 & 28), Gambia (Upper River)

Chairman & CEO of Symba Energy Limited, parent company to Paramount. Symba Energy has worked with technical partners to deliver 14 geothermal wellhead power plants to a power company in Kenya.

Major shareholder in ERHC Energy Inc. (Nasdaq OTC Pink: ERHE) a publicly traded American oil and gas company based in Houston, Texas with valuable exploration assets in Sub-Saharan Africa (Kenya, Chad & Gulf of Guinea)

Reginald has worked in an advisory role as a ventures strategist for oil and gas Exploration & Production companies over the last 8 years

Early in his career, Reginald worked as a Technology consultant for blue-chip organizations including the European Space Agency, Oracle, PwC, Fujitsu, Shell, Hitachi, Nedlloyd, Prudential, the British Law Society & BT

He is a Computer Science graduate from the University of Gloucestershire, UK
