Yeah waiting on more LIBE fluff or lies!!!

I can tell we are on a cusp and my prediction since the old CEO and continuing with his buddy, and now CEO, that LIBE is reverting back into its shell. Only CEO, Brian Conway, would like to wring LIBE a little longer for pocket change.

Man I woke up this morning and checked the ihub and thought yesterday was like groundhog day. Well it's like LIBE and tomorrow is Friday again!

These were an agreement too (it was a lie) but in the end as usual no cigar!

Frank Pringle has finally step down as the CEO (out of the picture, so we are told) and now LIBE office is no longer located at Bortons Rd, Marlton, NJ (also, so we are told) and given his CEO title over to Brian Conway ("winters" on ihub and major LIBE fluff promoter & Frank's right hand man), there is also now no business address listed on the 10k which means, LIBE, where do you do business except for a telephone number.

Brian Conway (as the new CEO) said Frank Pringle left the company and has nothing to do with it anymore. That Frank doesn't own any stock in LIBE anymore. Brian Conway is a well known scam artist on the Internet and according to the 10k, Frank and his wife still hold onto an awful lot of LIBE stock.  

Every press release about this company, LIBE, including joint ventures which include HEMP (another scam) did not happen as stated. 

That this company, LIBE, was created by Frank Pringle along with other shell companies, and is a failed culmination of previously failed public companies starting way back in 1998 thru 2014; CRTZ, CRC, MSRM, GBRC and LIBE and others well hidden now!

LIBE and the constantly ongoing saga of it's products (never delivered upon) and the scam to get your money has been happening longer than most could imagine! This is why my I call myself GBRC. It's sad what was done there but the same thing happened over and over again long before GBRC and afterward.

I didn't think LIBE would hold onto the gain at the end of the day.

Nah most will look at tomorrow being Friday and history on LIBE has this piddly amount related to some trader trying to make a roll of pennies but tomorrow is also Friday the 13th and Monday's a holiday.

I'll tell you what, if anybody is actually interested in putting a LIBE guardlite together, which is more than LIBE has done, you can take three flood lights and motion detector, wrap it all together with duck tape and plug it in to a solar system panel.

Guess what day it is? No there's never been a hump day with LIBE. It's flat-line Friday and the same groundhog day we expect to find at LIBE. But things are looking up since Obama has opened the door to Cuba. Now here's a chance for some new blood in LIBE with the possibility of new uneducated investors coming aboard.

LIBE is very late in it's SEC filings and is converting back into a shell company after stripping all the monies it once had and additionally what it got off investors, ripped off, like all the previous companies listed above.

I made a lot of pennies off LIBE! I've almost made enough lunch money to be able to get a full lunch because I am starving. However, if this picks up next year I'll probably starve myself longer and reinvest a few pennies so I'll be able to go to McDonalds after I pay for the gas my mom and dad needs to drive me there.

Times up ..... I'll give you a clue ..... LIBE is in the toilet along with Guardlite which is where it always was!
