Time to buy soon possibly.
Looking forward to buying back in here....will wait for mid 4's
I'll buy in when there is a reason for an uptick..right now, nothing but red.
Yay for taking massive losses....lol may try to buy in on JDST and swing trade for a bit.
Gold is tanking with no bottom in site. It's all because equities are rallying...the moment it stops...gold will shoot up.
It will re-calibrate, no doubt....as we get closer and things continue to get officially finalized...I expect this to reprice upward.
Dow is getting awfully close to 19K...Still think we are overdue for a dip across all markets....otherwise the chances for a recession increase in my book. Still think with the next 8-12 months.
General Motors Lays Off 2,000 Workers In Ohio And Michigan As Small Car Sales Slump
Markets starting to turn....could see a red day with the DOW here shortly.
FOMC Bullard speaking now.
nvesting.com - Markets believed the Federal Reserve was still on course to raise interest rates next month despite a stunning upset by Republican Donald Trump in the U.S. presidential election.
Odds for a rate hike at the Fed's December 13-14 meeting stood at 81.1% early Thursday, according to Investing.com's Fed Rate Monitor Tool. Expectations fell to as low as 43% a day earlier amid fears over what a Trump win would mean for the U.S. economy.
Those fears eased as market players opted to focus on Trump's plan to boost fiscal stimulus, which investors believe will usher in higher economic growth and rising inflation.
Also of note, a Trump economic adviser confirmed late Wednesday that the newly elected president was not seeking Fed chair Janet Yellen’s resignation despite recent attacks on her character, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal.
The source did say that Trump was unlikely to nominate Yellen for a second term when her current one expires on February 3, 2018 because he would prefer to choose someone more aligned with his thinking.
The dollar was recently up 0.2% against a basket of major currencies at 98.82, after climbing to 99.06 earlier, a level not seen since October 25.
At this moment, its obvious its being propped up. The moment the cencession speech starts and people stop propping the markets up, they'll collaspe.
Just wait till the open folks. Gonna be fun.
Should be a fun day. The Dow and sp will come back. It wont stay down forever
Reagan also didn't delete emails while under a subpoena or collude with the DNC to push her agenda to the top or risk the national security of everyones lives.
In the end, no one is perfect...their both disgusting and worthless people. Neither one is qualified to do anything. I'd rather deport both of them and start over then vote, but unfortunately that's not the case.
I voted for Trump and I'm young. While i disagree with a lot of what Trump says, I care a lot about this economy and the state of it.

I've been holding for a while, because I like being risky lol. Actually just held a little to long on this trade but have been profitable on others with JNUG.
I think Trump wins by a very narrow margin. I think its possible and I think for the economy he is better, now I don't agree with all his BS, cause some of it is ridiculous, but our country is a business and should be run as such.
Although all voters here are American citizens, their votes in the presidential race do not count because Guam has no representation in the Electoral College.
Hmmm...Interesting that their part of the US but have no real say. I hope there wrong too.
As much as I hate both candidates, a Clinton presidency is especially scary.
While the result of the Guam election has no bearing on the national election, it may be an indicator of how the rest of the country will vote. Residents here have correctly chosen the winner of each presidential race since 1980, when the first straw poll for president was conducted.
Most recently:
• In 2012, President Obama received 72.4% in the straw poll vs. 26.5% for Republican Mitt Romney.
• In 2008, Obama won the island 57.3% to 34% for the GOP nominee, Sen. John McCain of Arizona.
• In 2004, incumbent President George W. Bush won 64% to 35.1% for Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, the Democratic nominee.
The predictive ability of the island was upset in 1996, when an Election Day typhoon delayed voting. America had already selected Bill Clinton as president before islanders went to the polls.
Gold, GDX and NUGT and JNUG tanking....don't really see a reason for it but whatever I guess.
And we're red.
We'll see what happens...they'll run gold and keep slamming it throughout the day.
But that's not the point...gold will move today based on media. Read the stats and polls that have come out and their all contradictory...it really is a toss up this election even with two idiots.
Lot of data coming in keeps saying its anyone games and a lot of predictions for a trump win on battleground states is also coming in....this could change throughout the day so.
Gold Spiking!
JOLTS Job opening miss
Lot of polls, thoughts that have predicted the correct election results since the early 1900s, showing Trump the winner...I think there is going to massive volatility all day with the uncertainly that it really is anyone game.
What's really funny, is how the market moves with one comment and news release, but hte opposite has barely any effect.
Can't wait for the election to be over. Both sides creating chaos for the markets. Their both morons. Neither can be trusted.
Be nice to see if the markets recalibrate themselves after election.
Its not being violated, everyone in there right mind knows this company is nothing but a shell. Some refuse to believe which is their right, but there is no data, no contract, no valuation that you could calculate anywhere that says this company is worth a penny, let alone has a product to sell and actually selling it.
If S&P closes red, we are very close to indicating a recession as this would be the 6th day in a row we ended red and the last 2 times in history the S&P ended red 7 sessions in a row was during the 2008 Lehman brothers debacle and the 2011 debt crisis
I doubt they will.
Atlanta just raised GDP forecast to 3.1 % and Fed Kaplan is speaking now.

USD just went red and the market volatility is back. Typically a good thing for gold.
Yesterday made it 5 days as well.
Would love to see a strong push into close. We've already retraced a bunch from opening this morning.
