Also, not sure what "poor earnings results" would be. Ben has stated that much of future European volume will involve token revolver. So I am guessing that Q2 revenue will be greater than Q1 revenue as Ben already stated. But I am also guessing that greater rate of growth will happen more in coming months along with token release...
He did say ChargeSavy revs would be reported in Q3 vs. Q2. He also said that Q2 revenues would be more than Q1 revenue. So both statements appear to be accurate.
Strongly agree. To reinforce your position, I would add that Lebby is "Chairman of the ECOC Market Focus Committee". Doubt he would be using his position as chairman to make a "sales pitch". This is clearly an act of inviting others so as not to be left behind.
Wonder if some are anticipating no major news prior to September conference PR'd today. Would seem to be a stretch to make such an assumption...but who knows.
On the other hand, would not be surprised if GF (with LWLG participation) doesn't already have dates on calendar for follow-up press with announcements of supporting news. These marketing/awareness campaigns are not one time events...they are pre-planned campaigns over the course of several weeks/months.
Absolutely. This is an image and awareness day for GF to raise their profile. Not sure you want to try to interject real news together with marketing folks describing the meaning behind colors and design in a new logo. !!!
I wonder how much say executives at GF have to say in the matter. GF owned by entity referenced below...

Don't think it's overly complicated. 2 things become apparent immediately IMO: 1. GBOX is protecting existing and new LONGER term shareholders and 2. GBOX is comfortable enough with their core business to be bullish about spinning off token to achieve maximum flexibility and value.
Today's PR. Really like how they have structured this to support existing shareholders and stock price.

Agree wholeheartedly! Company is following through on its business plan. If anything, keep people guessing. Once you go down the road of PR for short term price effect, you become expected to comment on everything...plays right into manipulators hands.
NightCat, Ben Errez must be listening to you.
Buying here. eom.
WayHaw, thanks for posting. eom.
The immediacy GBOX token provides in settling/converting to different forms of crypto/currency I would think is HUGE deal...especially given recent volatility in crypto space. Reduced risk = more superiority of GBOX Coyni. Correct me if I'm wrong.
With only $5M seeded to initial token launch, lots of company dry powder to at least threaten to buy back more shares. Good strategy. Guessing next "seed" money comes from outside of GBOX for sure.
Well, not everything brought up need necessarily be tied directly to the cause for stock price going up or down. To me, the Zuckerberg sister connection to isMedia is at least potentially interesting as she has some credentials and name recognition. Many, including myself, wondered why GBOX was associating with a South Korean based company for NFT development partnership when that does not seem to be their sole/core focus. If nothing else, shows that this is something that they have/had already been contemplating and also suggests potential opportunities for NFT (K-POP, etc.).
Just guessing that funding the pilot launch will be not be overly expensive...and thus, self-funded...but also allow GBOX to remove much of the perceived risk for subsequent funding. And hopefully by then, multiple players/options interested in next round. Also, allows GBOX to meet their commitment of launch prior to end of June without costing GBOX a relatively high premium to fully launch prior to perceived risk being lowered.
Interesting...thanks for posting. Nothing like being associated with someone named Zuckerberg to garner addtional eyes!
Interesting below...note Ben's reference during today's presentation to "KPOP" as tp isMEDIA...and the NFT.
<Kpop is included as one part of Hallyu Wave, but it also includes dramas, movies, and, more recently, Korean cosmetics. The Hallyu Wave first became popular in East Asia, but today you can see it impacting present cultures, music and film and television, and the interest and behavioral habits of people all around the world.>
From just completed Ben Errez presentation at LDMicro Conference:
Seems like an announcement re: progress with iSMedia...Ben mentioned "KPOP" digital media playback of segments, etc. as a result of partnership between companies. Assume this is NFT-related. Seemed like some kind of PR perhaps even this week?
Announcement soon re: token launch...within next few weeks. Will start with pilot launch...and working on Android and IOS applications for download for execution. Also some integration still taking place with auditor. GBOX is self-funding the pilot launch...still plans to spin off as IPO during 2021.
Seems GBOX has executed some share buybacks already to the company's benefit.
Still forecasting $1.65B in processing volume by year end...and 68M revenue. This does not include new acquisitions or the token related business.
Dave Portnoy upcoming on Fox Business this morning...doubt any references to OPTI/WestShield, of course, but FYI.
Perfectly stated IMO! EOM
I am invested in both IDCC and LWLG. I expect the appreciation speed and potential for LWLG to be far beyond IDCC...in part due to IDCC long term dependence on the courts for realization of value.
yes...South Korea...
How will LWLG price their "product"? Not too early to speculate on this matter as it will ultimately be big determinant of how profitable LWLG becomes. If they are indeed unique and playing at a much higher level, they should be able to extract higher margins...
Thanks Jeunke22!. eom
er...looking for more input/speculation on how the technologies may be complementary. No need for sledge hammer.
Still wondering why little commentary here regarding recent IBM announcement...seems to refute some of the premise for LWLG...or not?...my previous post:
IMO, IBM sucked some of the life out of LWLG messaging with its recently announced new chip...45% performance improvement with 75% less power consumption...
Does this give industry the cover to "stay the course" with Moore's Law?
Appreciate your perspective! Could you please comment on how you see IBM's recently announced 2-nanometer chips playing into value proposition for LWLG? (does it have an impact or lessen the importance of what LWLG has to offer?)
A very reasonable take IMO!
Totally agree. Share price holding up well here...best indication of what's ultimately going to happen.
Yes...also a good reminder for me as I re-upped my GTC sell orders at very high prices.
They were operationally cash flow positive in Q1...has nothing to do with the 50M raised.
They were cash flow positive in Q1. Not our job here to try to make you smarter.

Would love to see some commentary on how LWLG complements new chip announced by IBM. (aka we always heard that Moore's Law was running out of gas...now IBM is proving otherwise?). I noted that Lebby was also very complementary of the IBM presentation during the EPIC meeting. (it seemed to me that IBM was giving a standard sales pitch...while some of the smaller players were criticized for going beyond just a slide or two).
Interesting article from a few years back. I was trying to understand how/why MEEC would expect additional $ from lawsuit. Appears that AJ Gallagher and Wall Street sucked up profits that should have gone to MEEC IMO. https://www.insurancejournal.com/news/national/2018/12/05/511065.htm
er...hope you feel better. Let me know when all countries (much less companies) all play by the same set of rules.
Not saying American companies are without fault and always above the fray. Simply basing my concern on experiences and discussions with family and friends who have done business with Chinese "companies".
