Absolutely not reddit.
I think we find out after hours on the 13th.

Not sure if this has been brought up, but did anyone see the deal that Kodiak Sciences did last month with Baker Bros? Baker Bros sent them $225 million in exchange for 4.5% of net sales on KSI-301 (currently in a phase 2/3, and phase 2 trials), capped at 4.5X their investment, and if Kodiak issues shares that BB gets to buy up to 25% of those. Maybe management can work some other deal instead of massive dilution.
Maybe they are planning on giving a yearly update soon and are just going to include it in with that, along with data updates on every trial that they can give updates for and a quarter by quarter map for 2020. Wouldn't that be awesome!
Those Dec $5s hurt.
Yeah, 276k shares. Nice buy.
I've stuck in the $5s and $10s, but hope that buyer is right as well.
You got it. So at those ask prices, and buying 2 of the $15s and one of the $10s, once the share price passes $21 the $15 calls become more profitable.
Added more there as well. Big call volume day, check out that action on those Aug $15s.
If you're that concerned you can always sell.
Agree that it most likely comes after close or right before the conference. But if share price keeps inching up they should be at least worth their cost by next Friday. Only buying a few.
I'm watching those July $10s. Could they PR before market open instead of after close? This is where its at if they PR before open.
Definitely not a buyout. Too early to sell.
I also think there is something other than data to be discussed, and it is not the shelf.
Absolutely.
Yeah that was a telling move yesterday. Was wondering if anyone else on this board watches the options activity.
Plus some action on December calls already this morning.
I was eyeing those as well. Was planning on buying tomorrow.
Marv please tell us how there has been no progress for 2-3 years?
I thought you were supposed to have had Wilson removed already, since your incredibly influential with the BOD and all. LMB Marv.
You've also commented that you really don't know Wilson. I'll quote what you said again for you.
No, no you don't know Wilson according to your own post.
Thanks Titan
Where did you find that its data from 22 patients?
Glynn did tell me this in August, I know a few others on here got the same response
"clinicians at the Mayo Clinic are currently analyzing the data from our Phase 1 Clinical Trials, we hope to release and publish these data over the next few months"
Agreed. Given that their actual submission probably happened the week after the reverse split we are still within the timeline that the NASDAQ provides.
I would go with #2. Why would they uplist, and have their day of extra attention but have to waste time in every interview saying they will be dropping the D and trading as TPIV in X days
I hate it when I do that, swing and a miss Crutchy.....August 11, I see this now.
Any idea why they would apply prior to doing the reverse split knowing that they wouldn't be admitted without it?
For anyone getting impatient or questioning the timing of the NASDAQ uplist, everything is still within schedule per the NASDAQ Initial Listing Guide.
Week 1 Company submits application for listing and Nasdaq Listing Qualification Staff begins its review.
Weeks 2-3 Staff completes its preliminary review and prepares comment letter.
Weeks 3-4 Company addresses any issues raised by Staff
Weeks 5-6 Staff completes their review and company is approved for listing.
Sorry about that, missed a word. Does today's news mean that the remaining warrants have been cancelled? Is that what's meant by "Elimination of $29 million derivative liability"?
After exercising the 12 million warrants, does today's news that all the remaining warrants have been cancelled? Any idea of what the total outstanding share count will now be at?
I read it that the board has to agree on the terms of the reverse split within 6 days, then they have 40 days to submit to NASDAQ.
I got the same response today.
Has anyone been in contact with the company recently about the release of this data? I've read on here that it was estimated to be released in July, so maybe sometime before end of Q3?
I just searched twitter for TPIV and Tapimmune.....crickets on a buyout.
Buy the nightmare, sell the dream
Sorry if this has been covered before. But with the primary results being evaluated around 2 years...
"Proportion of patients who experience toxicities of attribution during the course of treatment (grades 3-5 of the NCI's Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program [CTEP] Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events, version 4.0) for 2 years. [ Time Frame: Assessed up to 2 years following final immunization ] [ Designated as safety issue: Yes ]"
Could the secondary outcome data for disease free survival be expected in roughly 6-8 months, since that measure is at 30 months?
Same here, cashed out some others and will be looking to double my position in TPIV next week.
