My vitro Biopharma stock has reappeared in my Fidelity acct with a cost basis of $17ish.
Maybe something is moving
Gyro, now you're just being an internet troll.
Are there any SEC Filings? >"...For those who are following the filings"
A much easier path would be just to declare Chapter7, shares become null and void, reorganize under new name.
The downside is the reputational hit.
I'm guessing this is 'old news' to most of you, but the article does touch on the fate of some of the original GNBA aircraft.
Particularly the interview at the end:
https://evtol.news/news/skyworks-aeronautics-something-old-something-new
Looks like the Hawk4 was deregistered (scrapped?):
https://registry.faa.gov/AircraftInquiry/Search/NNumberResult?nNumberTxt=403GB
Is American Autogyro ( https://www.americanautogyro.com ) still a Groen enterprise??
What happened to the GNBA aircraft? Skyworks has gone "full on" military smoke and mirrors.
None of their offerings are ever likely to see the light of day.
There were at one time working aircraft, what happened to these?
Who owns the rights to the original amateur built GNBA Gyro designs?
There must be a service and parts opportunity out there

I emailed TexasParks and Wildlife. Unfortunately, the airport is closed and dis-used, but you can still see it on Google Earth: https://earth.google.com/web/[@ userid=96].44989293,-2.92433287a,20332.73853841d,35y,0h,0t,0r/data=OgMKATA

I might suggest contacting their Investor Relations dept.

"a pilot..."
WestTex, are you still flying? I just regained my medical after a 12year interruption. I'm really enjoying being back in the air.
I'm a Commercially rated pilot with an Instrument rating and tail wheel endorsement. Just flying for fun though.
I'm flying out of Austin to surrounding Texas locations. Flying down Corpus Christi this weekend.
WestTex, what turned you back around?
Inquiring minds want to know. A year ago, you were 'spitting blood' and hiring a litigation firm. You'd "had enough" of the broken promises etc.
Now, Al's your BFF again. What changed?

The GNBA domain was updated in Sept.

@WestTexas, whereabout in Texas are you based? I'm in Austin.
>"...GRAVY?: NO debt"
What would their source of capital be?
All of the items you offered as their activities are expensive to undertake.
From 'Investopedia':
The Securities Act of 1933 mandates that all companies seeking to raise capital for new publicly offered products in the U.S. must file a prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Financial statements such as the company's income statement must be audited by an independent certified public accountant (CPA).
I think you'll find that the Hawk5 is not owned by GNBA anymore.
It is a product owned by Skyworks Aeronautics
What would GNBA products/services be?
You can't take a company public without some definition of what it plans to create/provide.
A single 5% stake in some other entity, isn't any basis for a public company
Where's the paperwork trail?
For this to trade, there needs to be:
- A set of formal forms submitted
- A prospectus
- An IPO underwriter needs to be selected
- Accounts need to be published
and much more
Someone needs to update Wikipedia. It still states that GNBA and Skyworks are the same company
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skyworks_Aeronautics
Given that Skyworks and GNBA are separate, what does GNBA have left?
Do they have access to the original Gyro Intellectual Property (IP) anymore or are they trying to start over with new concepts?
The price that VODG shareholders are paying for bringing their shares back to life, is a 1:26 Reverse stock split
Hello,
Glad to hear that GNBA might make it back to the land of the living (Stock Ticker wise).
If you want to see what this herculean process is, then another company that I was following is about to accomplish just that.
Vitro Biopharma, Inc (VODG) had gone down a similar path to GNBA. They fell behind in account filings, stock plummeted and they were delisted.
They have now filled all of the paperwork to relist and bring back to life their old shareholders stock that has been languishing in various brokerage accounts.
Here is their SEC filing history that is bringing their shares back to life:
https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=793171
7 years ago in post #916, I was willing to stand up and be counted...no one else was interested in the journey!
"I will lead off and declare that my GNBA holdings are now only 20K.
Who else is willing to step forward and add their voice?"
And back in 2015......
"I suspect that several of the board members here, probably have the lion's share of the GNBA shares. It probably outnumbers DG, as he probably has GAC shares instead of GNBA.
You could get 2 or 3 of you together and formally take over the GNBA board"
And further back in 2016
That's what I recommended back in Post#1561 (Thursday, October 15, 2020)
So Al Waddill is the new 'surviving' CEO of Groen!
David is out???
Hello FDApproved, you used to call yourself FDA-Will-Approve....What did the FDA approve to cause the change? I must have slept through that bit of news!
"...I own over 1% of GnBA" You might be the majority shareholder.
You should take the reins
I thought Carter Copters had a patent on this:

Which article is this?
Link please.
I took a look at skyworks-global.com and didn't see any specific article.
I check in with this board every once in a while.
Haven't had much reason to go digging around skyworks anymore.
