Garage Operation?! Awesome!!
Last i checked, some of the most successful companies in the world started in garages.. Jobs, Gates... Smaller companies work harder! Of coarse a large company would have more POTENTIAL reach, but the odds of that potential being diluted and back-burnered are higher.
Is this a great PR? Nah... The one weve been waiting for? Nope.. But it is good and another step forward.
As previously discussed, if you're waiting for a PR announcing a big contract, dont hold your breathe. I dont see that being announced, not a name at least. IMO big contracts are already signed and installed. But any smart company is having a non-disclosure clause put into that contract. Why would any company want the world to know exactly what security software they are using? Thats for the hackers to try and figure out.....
Captain, this is only my opinion, but i dont think names will be named mainly because of the type of product. Have you ever seen a major company openly say which security software they are using? I havent looked or researched that, but if i owned any retail business i would never want my mame in a PR telling people exactly what i use to protect my customers data.
Im fairly confident validian has been implemented already into a major retailers system. If youre waiting for a PR that screams "TD Bank signs contract with Validian Corp to protect customer data", i dont see it happening, personally. I see the contract happening, but not the mentioning of names.
Thoughts shortround?
More and more are taking notice. Every once in a while i do a twitter search for VLDI and see new people tweeting about it and sharing the PRs. This is the opportunity of these times IMO. I believe its going to explode soon and i encourage everyone, even people who have doubt, to buy some, even just 10k shares. Small investment, high reward. At least get one foot on the bandwagon. The product is real, and can solve one of the major problems of our times.... The window of opportunity is open NOW.
Yeah im seeing a lot of new names re-tweeting
Awesome. Things are kicking into gear. Been a long road boys, but here we go!
News out-good news.. Major companies, defense and public safety sectors...... c'mon shorties keep the price low till my next paycheck so I can load some more please!!
Validian Provides Update on the Commercial Roll Out of Its Disruptive Top-Down Next Generation Cyber Security
Google Android Mobile Platform Launch Still On Target for Q3
GlobeNewswire Validian Corporation 58 minutes ago
OTTAWA, June 4, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Validian Corp. (VLDI), first-to-market with next generation cyber security technology that provides secure access of critical applications and secure access, transfer and storage of digital information on wired, wireless and mobile networks over the Internet, today is pleased to provide an update on the development and commercial roll out its core, disruptive top-down cyber security technology platform, ValidianProtect. The current version 2.1 has been completed, including all features and capabilities for non-mobile and web applications.
Recently, Validian has completed the debugging of bugs in ValidianProtect identified by Channel Partners during usage following a series of installations made by Validian in Q4 2013 and Q1 2014. Validian is now upgrading each of these existing installations with the mutual objective of commencing the integration of ValidianProtect into their applications. Furthermore, Validian's Channel Partner for some major companies, organizations and certain countries in the Defense and Public Safety sectors is now continuing the integration of ValidianProtect into the first of its key applications that are deployed in these sectors.
Moreover, Validian has completed the development and testing of its first 3 phases for the migration of ValidianProtect to mobile platforms, initially for Google Android. Validian has already commenced the development of the final phase, which means Validian is still on target to launch ValidianProtect version 3.0 for mobile on Google Android in Q3 2014 followed thereafter on Mac iOS.
Bruce Benn, Validian President and CEO, commented, "We are very pleased to be making steady progress in installations, integrations into commercial applications and completion to mobile platforms, which will generate installed endpoints that not only generate revenue but also are the basis for transitioning from a pure cyber security technology play to an 'endpoint' play where M&A valuations increase significantly."
Winnercircle, spot on..
Took the words right out of my mouth shortround. Albert, many holes in your boat named "Shenanigans"...
Nice find captain!! More and more people are finding out about this diamond in the rough!
Shortround, I'm sure the installs are stacking up. We're just not going to hear about 99 percent of them. I'm sure many companies buying the product are going for no disclosure. So you got a peek at the initial baseline? I'm jealous
He wont be able to post because he will have no pc or internet access after liquidation.
Add 7th grade mentality to the list of reasons bcpark is irrelevant.
Everyone stop listening to, and entertaining bcparks comments.
Realize... Bcpark must have a position. A short one. What kind of investor, or any person, would spend this much time on a board to talk bad about a company which they have no interest in, good or otherwise? Why not move on to what works for you? Is he THAT bored?
One contract.....
Thats all it is going to take for this to explode and become a life changer for the lucky people who have been accumulating...
Just ONE contract and people will be wishing they had bought more. And ill be one of them.. Out of funds :(
Ive been a web developer for 15 years. And im sure their are many people who do not understand the significance of what Validians software can do.. But internet security has not had any major changes since shortly after the birth of the internet. 1994 to be exact. Netscape developed SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). By 1996 it reached version 3.0 and has mainly remained the same ever since. The level of encryption increased over the years, but the way it works has remained the same. Similar to the output of a stereo... Years ago 100 watts was a lot, then 200 was a lot.. Now 500 watts is standard. But the way the stereo works has not changed.
SSL keys and certificates do not change. A 17 yr old kid in russia can try to hack through SSL today, not succeed, and pick up right where he left off tomorrow morning with the exact certificate. Try and try again until he gets it.
Validian is an entirely new platform. Everything is dynamic and refreshes and generated instantaneously and flushed and regenerated... Everytime that hacker blinks it will be like having a different new lock to pick. He will never have enough time to make progress before things change again.
No i have not seen the software. I just understand the language that is in some of the PRs and the significance of what is happening here. I belong to online communities of developers who will chomp at the bit to get their hands on software like this for their clients. I personally cannot wait to deploy this software on my own network of servers and for my clients.
I dont care about your charts, floats, or whatever else. Analyze it anyway you want.. Unless you know what causes the problem that this software fixes, you are wasting your time with the technical analysis stuff. This is huge. This is going to be a beast... And it is going to be a game changer.
The quiet before the storm... BOOOOOOM!!!!
CNN) -- A malware attack hit Yahoo's advertising server over the last few days, affecting thousands of users in various countries, an Internet security firm said.
In a blog post, Fox-IT said Yahoo's servers were releasing an "exploit kit" that exploited vulnerabilities in Java and installed malware.
"Clients visiting yahoo.com received advertisements served by ads.yahoo.com," the internet security firm said. "Some of the advertisements are malicious."
Fox-IT, which is based in the Netherlands, focuses on cyber defense.
It estimates tens of thousands of users were affected per hour.
"Given a typical infection rate of 9%, this would result in around 27,000 infections every hour," the company said. "Based on the same sample, the countries most affected by the exploit kit are Romania, Great Britain and France. At this time it's unclear why those countries are most affected, it is likely due to the configuration of the malicious advertisements on Yahoo."
If a computer infected with malware is connected to a network, attackers can often access other connected systems and servers.
Yahoo said it is aware of the attack, and is monitoring and blocking such advertisements.
"At Yahoo, we take the safety and privacy of our users seriously," it said in a statement Sunday night. " On Friday ... on our European sites, we served some advertisements that did not meet our editorial guidelines, specifically they spread malware. We promptly removed these advertisements."
Most of the attacks were limited to Europe, and did not affect Asia Pacific, North America and Latin America, Yahoo said.
"Additionally, users using Macs and mobile devices were not affected," it added.
Fox-IT said it is unclear who's behind the attack, but it appears to be "financially motivated." It did not provide details.
Its investigation revealed that the earliest sign of infection was on December 30.

Cant wait to hear about the response from tomorrow's presentation. Managed to scrape some more $ together today and picked up a few more shares. A few cents more than where ive been trying to buy, but with where this stock will be going in the near future, the price for me is irrelevant. I think soon we'll be wishing we could buy under .10 again.
Eyeing up my daughters piggy bank right now.... :-/
VLDI. Obviously do your DD, but the chart and recent news doesnt lie.
I agree Shortround.. Hopefully some of the short positions closed out in time.. Hate to see families get liquidated..
Breakout time is here!! Good luck to all longs!!
I agree. Its not people looking to invest a few hundred bucks into a penny stock that may or may not pan out. These are serious chunks of change being thrown down, suddenly, into a company which has the technology to make the first major change to online security in 20 years.
Something most definitely is brewing. BOOOOOOM!!
BCPARK..
First of all, how are you the forum moderator??
Secondly, you, Josephine, and everyone else attempting to play the "no marketable product" card are doing nothing but making yourselves look more incompetent. Anything you read about Validian says DEVELOPMENT STAGE COMPANY. Validian is currently DEVELOPING the product.
So your basically complaining because either
A: Validian is not marketing an incomplete product???????;
B: You Have a short interest and are rightfully scared about Validian soon completing a much needed revolutionary internet security product;
C: You Have a short interest and are rightfully scared about Validian soon completing a much needed revolutionary internet security product;
or
D: You Have a short interest and are rightfully scared about Validian soon completing a much needed revolutionary internet security product;
Internet and mobile security has been the same for far too long. VLDI is a breathe of fresh air and IMO will soon be going viral. The new standard of security is here and the timing couldn't be better with all the recent news of hacking going on. Everything seems to be falling into place and soon VLDI is going to revolutionize web security.
I'm a web developer and can attest to the fact that Validians technology is like no other. Standard SSL has been around since the dawn of the internet. An SSL key is always the same. They generally get rekeyed only when the certificate expires ,which is 1-3 yrs. With Validians system being dynamic, thats like an SSL key being being changed thousands of times per day. Hackers will soon need a new line of work.
