I'm out... simply due to impatience and I never got a response to some questions I sent to IR that I really wanted answered. I know I could miss out on a big run if this thing hits, but I just can't wait any longer with these low volume, no news days.
Good luck to everyone, you know I'll still be checking to see if I missed the boat or not! :P
Don't worry about some of the low sales today at .075. Unfortunately Ameritrade forced a market sale of some of my stock because of some margin call just so I could pay a transfer fee! Usually I just ignore those calls because they show up all the time when you daytrade, but I guess this one was for real. :(
Sorry then Northsun0, totally misinterpreted what you meant then by a "six-figure" position. I've just seen too many times when people claim to own way more than they actually do to create more bullishness... so don't take it personally. Misunderstanding is always prevalent internet communication :)
I always say with OTCBB and pinksheets - don't count on naked shorting being a major factor. It's been brought up before with other stocks and ended being nothing. I'm invested on this stock based on recent news and potential and I'm assuming there is no naked shorting going on.
Secondly... 6 figures in ONE pink sheet? C'mon buddy - this stock only has a 1.9M market cap, so you own 1/3 of the company? Maybe you should buy a couple million more shares and take over the company, LOL.
A lie of 5 figures would have been slightly more believable, but not much.
Talk about a low volume day compared to yesterday (not even 14,000 and it's almost lunchtime!). This stock is certainly not for the impatient. However, I think anyone who sells now just because not much is happening will regret in the coming months. Just IMHO and holding tight!
MMs up to something?
What's up with these odd trades?

I'm holding, but yes - I'm a little disappointed that the share price isn't up today. I really thought it would be - especially with 1, then 2 PRs and we've had no news since January. I think the problem may just be that the stock isn't well known. Everyone here has bought in, but the rest of the world doesn't know about BHFS. I've posted on another major board, but it's hard to make people take notice.
I'm sure if actual dollar amounts get released or if they pursue a OTCBB or Nasdaq listing, they would get noticed real quick.
One other thing to note - there is very solid support at .08. Whoever is sitting and picking up shares at that price is going to make a killing when this one finally moves!

A PR WAS RELEASED - Let's end the flame war and comment on some news! Make sure to let other stock boards and friends know about BVHJ!
So Dirty Love has been picked up by Wild Bunch, a distributor that looks like it has done some major hits in the past such as Fahrenheit 9/11, City of God, and Spirited Away. Now the PR said "inked for International Sales and Distribution" so does that mean BHFS will retain all domestic distribution solely?
Also mentioned was "we are currently in buyer negotiations on the Burt Reynolds film, 'Forget About It,'" which is great. I think all investors would love to hear about that one getting bought.
Lastly, they said "our recently announced project 'Lightfields Home Videos' with Executive Producer Gus Van Sant, (Goodwill Hunting, To Die For, Finding Forrester, Drugstore Cowboy) and featuring Juliette Lewis, Giovanni Ribisi, Cuba Gooding, Jr., Leah Remini, Jeremy Davis, Beck, and more, is on schedule to be completed by June 2005."" So a little bit later than previously stated (May 2005).
What does everyone think of the latest PR?
Just added some more at .083... can't believe this didn't have an end of day run with the news. Anyone else add any here? Hoping for a big Thursday and Friday once this gets out there.
What's up with 'Forget About It'?
I know all the talk has been about Dirty Love since that is over at Sundance - but anyone have updates on the Burt Reynolds comedy? Looks pretty funny to me and someone on here said the studio has a bigger stake in it...
What does everyone think about eBay? Obviously oversold, but is this the start of a reversal?

Hello, new BJHV investor here... I did my part and created a little write up over at DancesWithBulls to get us some more exposure.
Don't put much faith in the naked shorting claims...
I'm not a penny stock pro, but I have not seen one claim in the last year amount to anything. So whether it's true or not, I wouldn't invest on that alone...
If anyone needs a good example, just think back to CMKX and how so many claimed that was all due to naked shorting and once they "covered" the stock was going to $1.00+.
It may move up in the short term because not everyone understands the ramifications. Unless they have some grand plan to get the share price up from .05 that I am unaware of, the writing is on the wall.
Worst news ever - get out now while you can.
Unbelievable that I bought back into this one today... had to lose a couple hundred to get out. I no longer want to be a part of this company... now if it was a reverse split? Maybe then.
Has everyone forgotten that this company said they want to get on the Nasdaq? Well you need to be trading above the current levels and how are they going to get there if they cut their share price in 1/4?!?!
Biggest thing for me was past evidence... look at what the last 2 months... run up, forward split, CRASH. I'm OUT.
Don't listen to me though, I'm not an advisor, broker, or anyone with insider info... do your own DD.
Fully out at .19...
I decided that I shouldn't be greedy and take some profits off the table... I've just seen the price come down too far and after thinking .30 was the bottom, then .25, then .20, I couldn't take it anymore.
Maybe I'll get back in if it goes lower, good luck to everyone else!
Get certs? I'm new to pinks... I assume this means get your certificates... does that mean have your broker send you paper copies?
How does the whole process work? Also, anyone know if Freetrade will do this (I'm guessing not)?
Sounds good... just so everyone knows my position... I bought in @ .033 and just sold off 1/5th @ .17 so I am riding on free shares now. I will definitely be holding those tightly and I am not selling into any kind of shake today or this week.
Valuation easily over $1?
If the O/S count is right, this company should easily be worth over a $1, maybe MUCH, MUCH more ($3-5+) based on their $85 million in revenues projection.
Let's compare them to another OTCBB VOIP stock like GlobalTel (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=GTEL.OB). Their revenues are only $14 million and they are not yet making a profit. Their market cap? $80 million.
If we had the same revenues to market cap ratio, we would be sitting above $14 per share (based on 32M O/S). That's why I'm STILL shocked the O/S is so small! Now if for some reason it was 160M O/S like some have speculated, that would value TLTD at $3/share.
Anyone disagree?
This company is looking great! Thanks for the the Ibox updates to put everything together.
At first I invested in this company because the stock was grossly oversold and I just wanted to ride the correction - but now it's looking like this company may actually be a good longer term play! They have a lot of exciting acquisitions and business moves going on in the Latin American telecommunications world and I really like the looks of http://www.ipextreme.us/ !! - it appears we are already a Vonage competitor (a service I use - biggest U.S. VoIP). The feature list and prices they offer are very competitive to existing companies. I like that it's ready to be branded so that other companies globally can launch VoIP without TLTD having to manage it.
All in all - very good. Now we just need this company to move to the Nasdaq and everyone will be making some serious money!
Sentinel,
I too am in the PPM (for the minimum, my sale will be a blip on the radar). Have you redeemed your shares yet? I've heard it's not as easy as one would think and I'm just about to.
Thanks for all the updates... I agree with those have said that SSWH should issue a PR with all these developments so everyone else can know about them, but not all companies are "PR Happy" I guess.
Looking great if they deliver on everything. Anyone know the O/S?
Mach, still have not received it, but I just added my e-mail address to the 'Public e-mail' part of my profile. Previously it was only in private. Maybe now it will work?
Thanks for trying so many times.
Can someone just post the e-mail? Apparently I can't get it for whatever reason. Also, were any pictures taken?
Mach I would like to read it as well, thanks for the DD
SSWH: ¿CHEY MACH DONDE ESTÁ USTED Y LAS FOTOS DE SSWH?
Translation: HEY MACH WHERE ARE YOU AND THE PHOTOS FROM SSWH?
SSWX: Mach, is lunch still on with the company today and when should we expect an update from you? After the market closes?
I am eagerly awaiting to see some pictures! :)
400 billion O/S would equal a valuation of 200 Million for what it's worth.
I could not see how they would not R/S at that point considering that each .0001 increase would add 40 million to the market cap. How can you trade a stock like that?
Bo where do you post at... you sound like an honest guy.
You can throw rational thinking out the window if you are only concerned with short-term movement... but when you are hoping for long-term PPS increase, even the most giant BS from a lot of people will not get you there.
