"NanoLogix is funded by a combination of revenue from increasing sales, loans to the company by its CEO, and a limited number of private placement stock sales, with investors providing funding in exchange for common stock restricted from market sale for one year from date of issuance. The company does not sell shares on the open market."
Thanks Parents - Lots of good information in this PR in my opinion.
Thanks for the update parents. Looking forward to this summer and the marketing of the N-Assay Multiwell tests. Would anticipate some news out of the EPA also. Thanks again for the information.
Thanks for the information parents.
Let me try to address your concerns:
Tamara could have left for many reasons. More money. Better position at a different company in a bigger city. Employees leave good positions everyday. Maybe she was recruited and that is why Mr. Barnhizer decided to pull the names from public view.
As stated previously, running the machines is like using a coffee machine. As far as scientists, they have people at Battelle, EPA and UTHC working with them. I believe these people are quite capable. Plus an on staff person.
It has always been a bare bones operation.
It seems people are looking for ads on television and pop ups on the internet to verify an marketing campaign. How many petri dish ads from any other company have you seen?
They are not selling hamburgers to the general public.
Yes, transparency would be nice and I believe it will come in due time.
But progress is being made and information is slow to be disseminated at present, this is nothing new.
I also think some are making assumptions and, as some have said, are trying to "stir the pot" with these assumptions.
The choice to stay invested or to sell and move on is everyones personal choice. Using internet message boards as DD and a reason to buy or sell any company is not prudent.
This is only my opinion. Right or wrong, it has been my choice to invest. I've been right before and I've been wrong before and it will probably happen again.
Best regards to most.
I'm not a doctor but my interpretation of the release is based on previous PRs. In October of 2010's intial release announcing the 300 patient trial they stated "Initial results obtained last spring at UTHSC-Houston show the technology identifies GBS in two to six hours."
I believe this is what the abstract was based on and that the initial results from spring is what formed the foundation for the 300 person trial which is still ongoing.

The connection I see is that OraPhyte is an environmental friendly treatment for nematodes and the previous chemical controls are not. This article shows DuPont is taking a leadership role in doing the environmentally friendly thing. My guess is that they would welcome and market heavily the use of any viable environmentally friendly alternatives. That’s all.
Interesting ariticle showing where DuPont is going.
Looks like Oraphyte would fit right in to their plans.

I think they'll use rebate coupons for any aquisitions.
Clare you are correct. Static never should have been banned. He spoke the truth and that must have hurt the sensitivity of some people hear. I believe we will either get a late minute filing or we will be stuck with the "e" again. Gee, what has changed. NADA,ZIP,ZILCH. I believe it was said quite a while ago on this board, "credibility is to earned".
Well, now you guys won’t even leave a tongue in cheek Christmas message up on the board. You’ve really taken this thing and have made it your own little dictatorship haven’t you? Good bye to all!
FYI - Some information concerning the National Health Information Network.

It is none of those. What would ISCR sell them?
I agree with you on the no more misery. Hopefully, there will be some changes soon. I think ISCR may have enough cash for a couple of tacos in Mexico and that's about it. Later man.
Interesting article today...

Maybe he's looking for a Spanish speaking CEO.
I would think they would have had the replacement in place so that there would be a smooth transition rather than an abrupt departure. Wouldn't you?
Go to the website and click on About Us. Guess who's name is no longer there?
I do believe that a forward split is inevitable here. After reversing 80 to 1 they need to get the pendulum more toward the center. Need a forward split maybe even 2 for 1. The business that they are looking at in Mexico should more than support it.
Doubt if the company will initially get all 10 million prescrips per month but it would be nice to get. I think we'll hear some better numbers than expected. A very good outlook for the future, and hey maybe a 3 for 2 or 3 for 1 FORWARD split. Very well could happen soon dependant on business activity. Could happen soon too.

In the PR dated 7/20 the following is mentioned:
"The parties also plan a near term joint strategice endeavor with the workers guild IMSS to open a closed door pharmacy to offer prescription drugs and our current diabetic testing products to IMSS members."
I believe this is the major trade union referred to in today's press release.
I found this article concerning ISSTE and
EDS. You'll note it is from Feb '05.
http://www.eds.com/news/releases/2239/
Would be interesting if ISCR would be working with EDS should ISCR obtain this contract. I don't know if EDS is still involved with this or not. Just happened to find the article.
From the NY Times this morning:
"The pharmaceutical industry is beginning to reap a windfall from a surprisingly lucrative niche market: drugs for poor people. And analysts expect the benefits to show up in many of the quarterly financial results that drug makers will begin posting this week."

I am offering this up, just as my opinion, nothing more, nothing less :
1) The retail forecasts made way back when, were made based on the merger with Kelly do not count. It would have been great if he kept up his end of the deal, but he stuck it to all of us. That party is over. Forget about it. This includes Datafuzion.
2) After that happened, Mr. Cox and Mr. Berman could have said “That’s it, we’re done.” They did not. Instead they went ahead with a plan to bring ISCR back. I give them credit for doing that.
3) They have taken this thing from nothing to reporting sales of $7 million + in the first quarter. Additionally, they were able to make a profit, even if it wasn’t much, it was a profit.
4) They are also paying an 8 1/3% dividend.
5) They do have multi-year contracts with major pharmas. That is very good and could lead to more business.
6) I think management presented a very positive CC and are confident about the future.
I cannot compare the current company to the company that was preparing to roll out big things upon the merger with Kelly. It is a different animal now, but I think management is trying to get things back in place and has done a fine job with what they had. I have been here for quite a while and am not leaving soon. Give them credit where credit is due.
It’s a brand new game, they have customers and are generating revenue. I will give them time.
And one more:
Has instaCare entered into or do you plan to enter into any agreements with hospitals and clinics to promote the use of your hand held devices and e-prescribing?
Additional questions I have:
Has instaCare been able to obtain in roads into other companies after signing the two contracts with large pharmas?
With the concentration of income right now in the first and fourth quaters, does instaCare have any plans to increase income in quarters two and three?
Are there any new prospects for ResidenceWare and Satelink?
And yes, is instaCare still have plans to move to either the Nasdaq or American Exchange?
Here are some questions I have:
First of all I would say congratulations on an excellent quarter.
Has instaCare entered into, or do you plan to enter into, any agreements with insurers in connection with the governments Prescription Drug Program?
Does instaCare anticipate a national distribution network for both medical supplies and for prescription drugs and if so, how do you plan to roll this out?
Does instaCare plan to forge any strategic alliances for business expansion?
What are the prospects for involvement with Medicare? Do you have any trials of the handheld device going on now?
I noticed they updated the website and added the Glucose(Diabetes) Monitoring Systems. GLTA
The 10K just says "We have a presence in Southern California, New York/New Jersey and South Florida."
This was a previous registration to sell shares to raise capital. They are withdrawing that which means they won't use it to raise capital. From the withdrawal request:
"No securities included in the Registration Statement have been or will be sold utilizing the prospectus."
The 10K and was rather impressive. It answered a lot of my questions. I like how they are targeting institutions for delivery of prescription drugs and medical devices and that they are looking cautiously at retail internet pharmacy. It also mentioned they have other agreements to come and are expanding with the asthma products. The Kelly deal really screwed them and now I see why the revenue projections were off, but it looks like they are getting the business back on track.
The facility in Hope, ND is not yet completed but sounds like it is getting close. They have a presence in Southern California, New York/New Jersey, and South Florida and plan on Texas and the Midwest. That along with the Phoenix facility should be beneficial.
One thing I saw is that they had $709,295 in cash at the end of December that they felt would be sufficient for the next 4 months. Well, that 4 months is now and we saw the withdrawal of the registration statement last week. No other financing news as of yet, so that is a good sign. Must have a heck of a cash flow.
Lots of other stuff in there too. Generally looks good.
OK Piker. I think we understand each other. I believe this company has quite a bit going for it. That's why I bought it. The company has been through some rough times and maybe, just maybe, it will get better for everyone from here on out. I think it will. Some more positive news and a little more insight into their progression would help. That should come in time. Hopefully sooner than later. Regards -
Fine. Is management also listed as directors? If so, then aren't they responsible to shareholders? Yes or no!
The only "outside" director would be Dr. Brill and I don't think he is that far outside. But that is just my opinion. You made the point that "The directors of a company have a responsibility to shareholders." Not management. My point is that with this company, they are one in the same. So management in this case is responsible to shareholders.
Piker, simple question for you. Aren't management and the board of ISCR the same people? Then what does it matter?
Feb 2004 for me also.
Latest HHS press release
http://www.hhs.gov/news/press/2006pres/20060323.html
Saw this by a good poster on RB. I don't post there but I read some of the stuff. I thought this was very well put. But that's just my opinion.
Yes and no, the penny flippers as you call them are only successful due to a surplus of cheap stock. You seem to think along the lines as some here. Fact is when the buyers out weight the sellers we move up period. Days like today force a new low and lower support. Any bottom feeding flippers as you call them as opposed to real investor or even revenue holders step up the bleeding will not stop. Problem hear is we got the same group circle jerking one another with long term holders playing pivot.
Simple the cheap stock goes away so will they. Bottom line we need a stream of new money. If you ain't got the nads for this exchange find another way to raise funds to build a Company. Keep the information stream and new money flowing. Some have came out on top in the OTC and made the move to a higher exchange without all the penny trader pizzing and crying. You have to trade Thur them not around, they will not chase.
Explosive revenue growth and profit will lead to a pullback just as I said. Until new money gets here nothing will change.
Where is this new class I've been hearing about for over a year? Never showed up! When they do we move up period. Only need 1.5 million dollars total to buy entire float today! Dam just a few new class investors will change things dramatically. Revenues and profit will change that for sure.
Grandpappy – Here is how I feel a proper response would have been to John’s email inquiry.
Good morning John and thank you for your interest in instaCare –
As you may be aware, the stock markets fluctuate on any given day and prices of stocks change for various reasons. We as a company could not really comment on the trading patterns and prices of the stock. What we can do is work hard to increase shareholder value which will benefit all shareholders.
As evidence of this, we recently announced agreements with two major Pharmaceutical companies to supply diabetic monitoring products that is valued at $12 million per year.
Additionally, we are working on creating a nationwide distribution network which we hope to have online by ___________. This consists of a distribution facility in NJ along with a soon to be completed facility in the upper Midwest. (Don’t know if they have completed it or not. Something that would be nice to communicate to shareholders.)
Our two outside sales reps have been working hard at growing out business. The results of which you should see in our statement which should be released around the 28th of March.
All of this shows how were are working hard to increase shareholder value for all concerned.
We have been down some bumpy roads which has caused our development to be slower than originally anticipated but feel those days are behind us look to the future with great anticipation.
I hope that this information is helpful to you and look forward to bright future for all of us.
Thanks again –
Now, wouldn’t that be more respectful a shareholder?
Just my opinion.
