The 10K and was rather impressive. It answered a lot of my questions. I like how they are targeting institutions for delivery of prescription drugs and medical devices and that they are looking cautiously at retail internet pharmacy. It also mentioned they have other agreements to come and are expanding with the asthma products. The Kelly deal really screwed them and now I see why the revenue projections were off, but it looks like they are getting the business back on track.

The facility in Hope, ND is not yet completed but sounds like it is getting close. They have a presence in Southern California, New York/New Jersey, and South Florida and plan on Texas and the Midwest. That along with the Phoenix facility should be beneficial.

One thing I saw is that they had $709,295 in cash at the end of December that they felt would be sufficient for the next 4 months. Well, that 4 months is now and we saw the withdrawal of the registration statement last week. No other financing news as of yet, so that is a good sign. Must have a heck of a cash flow.

Lots of other stuff in there too. Generally looks good.
