I am waiting on some feed back from an attorney on final letter we sent out concerning the lease agreement to Silver Bell mining ownership. If we receive no response, there will be no way to restart mining.
I will give a better update within the next two weeks.

Bob
I have received this message from Bob yesterday:
"The company continues to work on recovering the mine operation.
At this point, the company has deferred the funding for the outside accounting portion that is needed in order to return to the stock market.
These days, the funding that management is providing is focusing on re-establishing the mine operations in conjunction with a mill operation.
Nevertheless, the Company is still keeping track of all shareholders.
Additionally, there are some noteworthy effects on the mining industry especially in Nevada from the virus.
However, the company is monitoring the situation as it has impacted travel and government operations.
In March, the company renewed FLPC's annual business license in Nevada for 2021.
The company has finally completed the approval process with the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection for a 5-year Water Pollution Control Permit for the Fencemaker Mine.
It took effect on May 28th 2020.
If this permit process was not accomplished, then the company would have been constrained on continuing the mine venture.
Next step is a new lease agreement with the land claim owners that the Fencemaker Mine is located on.
Thanks again for contacting First Liberty Power Corporation.
Stay Safe and Healthy"
Any one know why Don is flying to Asia today?
In my opinion, it is also possible that FLPC leadership is willing to reduce the amount of shareholders and concentrate the stocks in few people and groups. IMO, This is the correct timing to do that, not only due to actual PPS but also to the current operational development of the Company and future key developments.
The current PPS and the lack of patience of some former long stockholders is helping to the concentration of stocks in less hands than few month ago or today.
I am not saying that the Company is creating this situation but looking to it with good eyes in term of financial and funding strategies.
Hi Go4, he has already answer you.

I did sit through their presentation… and I knew of the asset already…and they were going to contact me for a conference call when we returned to our respective perches… but… they did not call~!
Why FLPC is not taking advantage of these exposure opportunities? Would be good to talk with Christina and Bob about this. IMO, this a lesson to be learned for the future.
Do anyone know if there is any relationship between Murdock and Tonaquint Inc.?
In most of the companies that I worked for, particularly in small ones, the biggest investors or borrowers, "suggested" someone to help the company with financial and funding strategy. This could be great or not so great but in some cases it limits the desicion power of the management team and make the desicion process slower. Again, I am not sure if this is applicable in the case of FLPC/Murdock.
Just a thought that should be totally wrong.
FLPC.
Hi all. Good short article about Lithium and Tesla Giga Factory.
http://www.post-gazette.com/opinion/Op-Ed/2014/03/20/Tesla-s-giant-battery-factory/stories/201403200152
IMO, this is just my perception reading between lines Bob´s worlds, important things are going to be communicated this year in term of mining production (additionally to antimony and Lithium) and financial restructuring.
This will take more than 4 weeks from now to be strategically defined and then communicated.
No doubt that the increase in exposure and the right communication of past and current achievements will help to increase market appetite for FLPC in the short term. But, IMO, is a robust strategic operational plan and a healthy funding plan what will create the base for the expected company value constant grow in the long term. FLPC leadership team and Murdoch are working in that direction. But, IMO, we will need to wait more than 4 weeks to have all this defined and communicated.
Maybe what is making us impatient about the PPS is the 52 weeks max of 8 cents four month ago and the subsequent decrease. IMO, was the rumors of the potential sale of the company the main driver of the PPS increase from 0.02 to 0.08 in November. With good news, reported revenues and attractive perspectives FLPC can without any doubt achieve a new 52 weeks max sooner than later. But I would prefer and expect a steady grow scenario than the mainly, IMO, pure speculative scenario that we had in November.
FLPC Long.
Just common sense.
Bob mentioned that they will provide an update about mining and shipping next week. If they want to update us is because they have positive news to share. Additionally, and more important, if FLPC has decided to attend and present at the Forum in Madrid is because there is a good history to share in that event with mining companies and potential investors. Would be irrational to exposure the company in that kind of meeting without a great story to share. We know that FLPC have a very rational and professional leadership team.
IMO, good news are coming in the short, medium and long term.
Yes. I sent an email to Bob on Monday and he answered it yesterday.
FLPC long.
From Bob (yesterday): "The company is working to address the mine and shipment updates during the upcoming week"
We will have a set of good news updates in he coming days/weeks.
FLPC long.
Good morning!!!! Email from Bob answering my questions about the Antimony Forum in Madrid and FLpC operational strategy.
"We are working on finalizing the company's participation at the Antimony Conference in Spain over the next few days. The company plans to have a further update in the near future on that conference.
The company is an exploration and development company besides recently establishing ourselves as a new mining operation. The company has already began to explore lithium and uranium properties (on our website) however they do need further exploration and additional reports need to be completed. Additionally, the company is always looking at other industrial minerals and those properties that may need supplementary development as well.
Thank you for your offer of assisting FLPC at the forum in Spain, I will keep that matter in our planning process, if the company makes the decision to attend"
FLPC Long.
IMO, the stock is not dying. You have different options here. Use the investment rational that make you more comfortable. The Company is doing what it needs to do, the leaders are defining an achievable and strong strategic plan.
Would be a pleasure for me to continue this discussion with you by the end of this year, if you are still arround. You will, I know that you are a smart guy and you will controll your "anxiety attacks" :=)
I know that as part of the operational strategy review, FLPC leadership had analyzed the opportunities by industries and potential customers. We should have very good news during this year.
IMO, Company priority can change based on market conditions and investors appetite.
We know that FLPC was redefining operation strategies during last month. We will have good news sooner than later about this new strategy.
Sweeturms, IMO it is very early to evaluate Murdock performance in relation with FLPC.
You mentioned that you have experience as a consultant, so I bet that you are very familiar with the process of operational reviews, business and investment optimization and strategic planning. FLPC is an small Company that needs support from an outsider to perform all those key activities. It is impossible for FLPC executive team to work alone to optimize operations, define a long term strategic plan, find new investor and optimize investments.
Bob and the rest of the executive team are very happy with Murdock Group, I was told by them that they are working very close and as a one team to define the right long term strategy for the Company and from there attract new investors.
I know that the short term performance of the PPS is not aligned with shareholder expectations but IMO we need to continue supporting our leadership team and if they believe that Murdock Group can adding strong value to the Organization I am sure that that will be the case.
Here are some comments that I have received from FLPC yesterday:
"Our partnership with Murdock is based on their development of potential investors for First Liberty Power. We are enjoying a very positive relationship with the company and continue to work with them to encourage new investment"
"As you may be aware by now, FLPC Don Nicholson provided public comments about the above issues you and others that you have raised. If by some chance you have not had the opportunity to read his latest update, here is a direct link to our website and Don’s CEO Corner. www.firstlibertypower.com/about/officers-and-directors/"
"in order to succeed, there needs to be a strategic plan, which First Liberty Power has developed and continues to refine. The company is working diligently to accomplish the goals of that plan and release related information as it is completed and newsworthy. It is vital to the company that our shareholders continue to be updated on FLPC progress, while concurrently maintaining the safeguards needed for financial and operational success. It is that balance that can dictate a timing in investor relations that is often frustrating to management and shareholders, alike."
"At this time we are we are working on setting a date for the annual shareholder’s meeting. We are balancing the date with operations to ensure a productive agenda. As soon as we secure the date, we will announce via a Pathways of Progress release and our website."
"The company is working on the financial 2nd quarter review. We expect it to be filed in late March."
In relation with the Antimony convention in Spain, during my last phone conversation with Bob, almost one months ago, and knowing that I am living in Barcelona, he mentioned to me that they are evaluating the participation of FLPC in the meeting. Bob was concerned about the costs (for me is an investment) involved, something like $50K. But he is evaluating that. Don and Bob know that the convention would be a great opportunity for FLPC to increase exposure.
Something that I am also missing here as shareholder is a Business Strategic Plan. Maybe I am asking a lot. But I strongly believe that it is critical for a Company to have an internally discussed and internally agreed strategic plan with very clear timeframes from operational and finance perspective.
My understanding is that Murdock was helping with that. This strategic plan is key to establish key short, middle and long term priorities for the Company, attract new investors and increase confidence of current shareholders.
I am looking forward to have the strategic plan available soon. I believe that this should be the key priority for Murdock.
Yesterday I had the opportunity to talk by phone with Mr. Bob Reynolds.
He sound very positive about Company future achievements in 2014. FLPC is focus in these days in the first shipping of ore to the customer in China. Bob told me that is critical to create the best customer experience in this first shippings and they are working on that. I can imagine that there are a lot of things in the logistics of the first shippings that are not easy. We need to consider that they are putting in place a new process for the Company.
IMO, we should discard a sale of the Company in the short or middle term. There were and will be rumors but only from speculation reason.
Murdock team is working with the Company to create a robust strategic plan. IMO it is a priority to have an strategic plan to attack big investors and make big noise in the market. The management team is going step by step, creating big milestones in this journey to be a leader in the mining industry.
Bob also have mentioned that he thank a lot the support and confident of all the more than 500 FLPC shareholders and that big things, in term of operations, will come in 2014.
Hi Marexx,
Based on my experience, I believe, that Murdock team is helping now to put together a strong Strategic Plan for FLPC. For me, this is the priority for Murdock at this time. They need to introduce FLPC to the potential investor with a nice story and robust strategic plan and long range plan.
This process take time but, IMO, is a key factor for the success of the Company.
Best. FLPC Long.
Jaaaaa. same with me. I am getting crazy waiting for news.
Have a nice rest of weekend.
Hi Trackn Pennies. SB is the Symbol of the antimony element. Maybe $B in the chart is from there.
Agree. :=)
PappaDogg, I do not agree. Company is an abstract concept. I am sure that company leadership care about the price of the stock. They are also stockholders.
Thank you ddm.
The good thing is that all we know that we have a gem here. Sooner or latter this is going to go to the moon and beyond.
FLPC!!!!!
ddm, why they want us to be at these PS levels? Would be possible that "someone" is looking to generate a correlation between news and PS increase to minimize price fluctuation?
Sorry State, I do not want to be rude. IMO would be better to wait for the Company official numbers (current P&L, projections and timeframes) We have a great Leadership team in FLPC and I bet that they will share the information with us and the world once they can do that based on regulations and business agreements. I believe that this will happen soon.
This is very sensitive information to try to project it with missing key drivers data.
I am also feeling sometime desperate for information but I am trying to control my expectation knowing that the Company times are different from my times as a shareholder :=)
FLPC Long!!!!!
Some good examples of Murdock Capital Partners Symposiums:
Yes for. Based on that information, I have asked yesterday to Christina if we have taken advantage of the symposium exposure. The answer n my previous post. I believe that this part of the benefits to be associated with Murdock, the exposure to a group of investors. The key thing here is to articulate very well the story and
sell the strategy and vision of the Company to the symposiums participant investors.
You are welcome ddm.
That was confirmed yesterday by Christina Abt. Please see enclosed emails:
Hi XXX
We have participated in several to date, with more to come.

Subject: Re: Murdock monthly symposiums
Dear Christina,
Quick question. Have we, FLPC, had the chance to present the Company business case in the monthly symposiums organized by Murdock Capital Partners. I bet that that meetings are a Goode to attract new investors.
Thank you.
Best regards.
FLPC has already presented more than one time its case in the monthly symposiums organized by Murdock in NY. But I can not see yet relevant interest in the Company from the investors participating in the symposiums.
IMO, soon we will have the attention from them. We have a good and promisory story here.
FLPC long.
Interesting report about Uranium market oportunity projections.
http://www.outsiderclub.com/report/the-coming-uranium-rush/1015
FLPC long.
I do not agree. That depends on potential investor expectations. A company may be in a non profit scenario due to different reasons: Market or economy condition, expansion period or start up period (FLPC case) but if investor are expecting Company profit to come they will invest in it.
I have worked as CFO for different start ups and multinational companies. What is key to attract new investors is to have a very clear and achievable strategic and finance plan and an optimum communication plan. Negative PTI is normal and very normal for Companies that are starting operations or redifining strategy.
Investor's middle or long term expectation based on product or service potential and future financial results are much more important than current bottom line results. IMO, the expectations of the future results are the main driver for investors desicion.
We know that FLPC have a great future based on market conditions and a very strategic management team. With the right communication strategy, now supported by the Murdock Capital Group, new and strong investor should be coming in the short term.
100% agree with you. FLPC is a long term investment. Young Company with Leadership team strong strategic vision. Great place to be.
GO4, I saw that you were promoting FLPC during the weekend in another board. Thank you for that from another long!!!!!
What is your reading about current FLPC market performance?
I believe that is a question of time for FLPC to return and exceed November highest, the key question here is when additional long investors will join our "team". Do you agree?
I tend to agree with you ddm.
Yesterday I have received this email from Bob.
"Our FLPC Team is working daily on the 10Q for 1st quarter of our 2013-2014 fiscal year and we anticipate filing it soon. This filing will focus on the opening of the mine and other expenses that occurred during this period.
As a young company, we continue to experience the "growing pains" associated with that status, including the constancy of our stock price. That being said, our management team is committed to examining the many opportunities available to us and developing those most beneficial to the company, all with the intent of becoming a revenue-producing company during the 2nd quarter of this year. As such progress is coordinated, defined and determined, we will be pleased to release the information to our shareholders and the investment world at large"
We know that we have a great management team and that they are focus to maximize revenues and in investment optimization.
I am also wondering if the sale of stocks from the Company in the last couple of weeks is not part of the agreement with investor, NY meetings, for FLPC to accelerate some of the investments and other than Antimony explorations before them to heavily invest in us. Just a thought.
Of course we can. I am looking for that and for the Company update. We will have great news this week.
IMO, to move FLPC stock steadily up we need new (additional) investors with long term interest in the Company.
Additional investors is something that FLPC leadership team need to attract with Company operational performance and strategic communication. The BOD is working on that. We have learned about the investor meetings in NY through FB and it still pending the official communication of the result of those negotiation. I hope we have an operational and investors update this week.
Go FLPC.
Thank you Bob. Happy and safe Thanksgiving for you, your family and FLPC team.
Vlftraders, please let me disagree with you. Big,small, new, or old Companies have not only one priority. Shareholder value should be one of the key priorities of an Organization.
I know that it is difficult to manage expectations, I spent most of my last 20 year professional life in Planning, Decision Support, Business Transformation and Investment Optimization roles in Multinationals but we also know that, for the companies, there are many ways to reduce volatility in the stock price.
I am 100% engage with FLPC and I value a lot its leadership team and I consider myself, at this moment, a long term shareholder. But I am not 100% happy with the way the company is managing expectation/timing and how it is impacting the shareholder value.
For example, last week they posted in FB the photos with investors in NY. If photos with investors were posted that means that any kind of agreement was already signed. No investor would accept that a picture of them, based on confidentiality agreements, be posted in a FB page if not agreement was signed. I assume that the agreement is already signed, but why FLPC is not officially communicating it to the shareholders and to the financial and industry world? This is just an example of how timing in communication and dis-alignment between formal and not formal communication channels can create expectation erosion and impact in shareholder value.
Again, I am more than happy with FLPC performance and operational strategy but IMO Shareholder value should also be considered a key priority by the Company.
Would be possible that the Company, through an investor, has implemented an stock price strategy in order to make stock price more predictable, trying to avoid big movements which are normal in pink world?
We know that we have a very strategic GM team. Just a though.
What do you think?
