Regardless of what these "two-bit" bashers have to say about the company that they have not a penny invested...
AWSL has done everything that is said it was going to do and more. Eventually the share price will respond, but that is out of the hands of the company... that is all up to the market makers. I am very happy that I have invested in the vision of this company, and I expect increase my investment in the near future.
Good luck to all that have invested and keep up the magnificent work AWSL.

Atlantic Wind & Solar Surpasses 1 GW of solar and wind projects in global pipeline
Toronto, Canada - Aug 6, 2015, Atlantic Wind & Solar, Inc. (OTC: AWSL) announces its entrance into the South Asia region and marks a new milestone in its project pipeline size, now surpassing 1 GW of renewable energy projects. An increase of almost 100% over the previous year.
Enters South Asia region
Management has watched Asia with interest over the past few years. While many projects have been presented there was never the feeling that the timing, or that any one project itself, was right. But this past year seemed, to management, to mark a change in the quality of opportunities in the far east. After much research and triage, management took steps to solidify relationships in the markets it saw as most interesting. With the experience of having previously spent 4 years in Asia and the Middle East management focused on Thailand and India.
In Thailand Atlantic is currently structuring an agreement in regards to 230 MW of solar projects. In addition the Company is evaluating 90 MW of wind projects.
In India Atlantic is structuring agreements around 210 MW of solar projects.
Management recently returned from an extended business trip throughout south Asia which served to solidify relationships with local developers, broaden our Asian networks, generate crossover interest between Asia and the Americas, and, of course, open up these additional 500+ MW of projects for Atlantic 2015 and beyond.
While there can be no assurance in our ability to convert this entire pipeline into commercial operation, management is committed to moving these projects forward and are please with the prospects. management looks forward to providing future updates on its progress.

With every thing that is happening with the company I would say that by the end of the year or this time next year 2 bucks will be a breeze. I would also predict that we will be on the one of the big boards. (hopefully not the amex).
veridique: I see your alias was born yesterday. Welcome aboard... (unless you were already here under another alias).
Yes Gilda... I remember it well... when Sky McCauley & Stock Whisperer were engaged with the company as to who would promote it.
btw... I have it in writing
Gilda: I don't know where you got that "quote" from but this is the quote sent to me by AWSL....
President and CEO John Wilkes commented "I am thrilled with the prospects of further growth for Atlantic in the booming renewable energy market. I am committed to delivering the same dedication that Mr. Trahan demonstrated throughout his years with Atlantic and I look forward to sharing our progress with stakeholders in the near future. I am impressed by the professionalism that Management has exhibited in recent years. They have provided AWSL with a firm foundation to enhance future growth. I am excited to bring with me some fresh contacts and Business Development opportunities to further drive AWSLs' growth initiative."
All I can say is "WOW,.. a head scratcher". I hate to see Giles go... He did a magnificent job for our company. Now there may be some doubt as to our future.
What's up with this South Asian thing?
Has anyone heard of any of this before?
This to me is curious.

Hey... nice action so far today. :D
I've got to hand it to this company.. for a "penny stock" (for not much longer) it is doing everything that it said it would do and MORE. I am happy I have "hooked on to its star".

Barely a pulse....
It was a helluva ride tho... not many stocks have went through as many metamorphosis' as this one has.
Always had the hope... clung on to it...
not so much anymore.
damn
I have put my shares for sale numerous times and not 1 was bought. I call in and get no response from management. This is nothing but junk stock
If this company is so great... why is it trading on the pink sheets under a nickel?
I know Brent, and I'm pretty sure you're not his "buddy"
Oh, and I wonder if AWSL 2nd quarter was a loud enough 'whisper' for you.
More impressively, management recorded earnings of $705,206 or approximately $.02 per share. This represents a complete turn around from the previous years loss of $174,900 for the same period.
At twenty times earnings, then the share price should go up forty cents. If we weren't on the "stinky pinkies" I'm sure it would.
Great report... gonna be pretty hard to spin this, but I'm sure they will try to find a way.
Way to go AWSL... keep up the good work.
F***ing great.
Your efforts are much appreciated, Indy. thx
The 10q is nothing to write home about.
Nlightn.... just a word before I put you back on ignore...
I will take this "mismanagement" every quarter of every year.
:D
Profitability continued to improve significantly. Losses were reversed with the company's first ever profit of $319,477 or .01 per share for the quarter - a substantial improvement over the previous quarter's loss of 102,643.
Not bad for a "shell company"
Way to go management. Nice job.
IB Happy
I would love to see the stock price get back to .15 ...
then it would be at a penny pre-split.
prolly wishful thinking.

OMG... this is so exciting!!!!! I love it when you do the tic toc thing!
The anticipation is driving me CRAZY!!!
btw... what exactly does that chart represent? Something the management did? If so.... we should show'em by selling every share we have for a loss... then they would feel sorry for us...
Right?
I am impressed, and that's pretty much all I give a rats about.
Really, really, really good Press Release. Projects completed, minimal losses (which are about to be terminated), notice to proceed on 130kw project this Q... phase one Ecuador expected to be completed by Dec 2014.
Good job management.
Good job :D
If it is a POS.. why would you care if has been suspended or not? "just askin"
One tidbid I find very interesting as it relates to investors....
It could have been very easy to grab those authorized shares and use them as they wanted, but they didn't.
Just speculating, but I see $10.00 a share in the next 12 months.

BBW... Would you be so kind as to show a link where AWSL must file a quarterly financial statement?
tia
sin
BBW A 'pink sheet' company does not have to file a 10q. period.
I think if you post it... you should back it up. The term 'completely false' is a pretty broad statement. I think it is very misleading.
nlightn... since you took the time to 'sticky note' that the information about Ecuador was false... would you mind "enlightening" the share holders exactly what it is that is COMPLETELY FALSE?
Just saying it's false doesn't make it so.
