True enough and what I thought you were saying but just wanted to clarify... things really have gone a little down hill since the 80's eh?
Before receiving a buyout proposal, wouldn't there need to be at least an existant or at least forecastable, non-negligible market share worth buying? I can't think of a buyout just to keep people from even trying to come up with a product.
MM owns it. he bought it as a shelf company, then had vgpr buy it after he made the procurement to have ggreen be the sole distributor to make some easy money.
CC's historically don't create reversals, just continuations of trends. This has been running what .0010 - .0015 for awhile now, and as such today is just the same. I'm still waiting for a reversal before I add more, burns from optimism proving wrong hurt alot more than those suffered from waiting an extra day (when buying a stock) to be sure of a changing trend.
wife would love it if i took her to that... but no time. Thanks for the information though, if the plant gets built I'll look into next years conference.
4/3/2014 is the only date on the timeline where anything was done. He did that hemp division and also formed gone green inc. which he later bought from himself. I can accomplish one major event in a year I think. The rest is bs and amounts to nothing, as the pps reflects.
Whats discussed in a CC has no bearing on ploys to lower the pps. They could be making huge, verifiable plans/contracts/etc. and it would still not matter. 5-10 min into most pink CC's, if its been decided to do so, there will be a large sell off, triggering stop losses and the pps plummets swiftly. Happened to MIN3 in their last conference call. very positive cc, but concerted selling killed it creating a very negative experience and they still haven't recovered months afterwards.
CC's have little positive use in pinks. The information spoken within them are only clarifications and reiterations of previously released PR's. Clarifying things that should already have been explained to crystalline transparency in the PR's. So really they're admitting to handing us mud covered (turd or gem depending on your view of the company) but no one knows because it was so colluded and masked that one has to rely purely on faith of a stranger to believe the story. And in the end of the CC, I firmly believe that what will be left to examine is that same mysterious lump of mud with a brighter light shining on it and with an even lower value than before they started talking.
My opinion based on my experiences.
Would be nice to know if the agreement they 'acquired' when they 'bought' gone green, inc. was a VAR agreement or, if after the 'purchase,' they entered into such with biochar-now. Then perhaps simple branding is enough of an added value to declare the product as vega's.
Doesn't look like its going to make it. was a rehashed pr from 2010 anyway. sorry for the wasted space.
From your provided link. Yes it does say an agreement was made.
LOL, well, that certainly helped my palates fear of learning what crow tasted like. Danke for the link.
Have to say that Philipp Marktl certainly seems legit. Oh so hoping my beliefs concerning molen turn out to make me eat crow. Guess we won't know till the end of the year when the factory is supposed to be completed.
I utterly distrust the ceo of VGPR here, but if this closes at or above .0050, was thinking it would move on up to about .0080. Does anyone see it otherwise?
This has been correcting for nearly a month. Just waiting for whatever BS Molen comes up with to shoot this up again to make some money, cheerleaders are right about the price going up again. There's always another to buy into empty hype. regretfully that means I have to take their money to erase my mistake, but that's the way this game is played.
learn to use the scanner your trading software hopefully came with. likely to not be very robust, but since you're already paying for it, might as well learn to use it to find %change in volume. Fairly simple scan. The money part, you could scan for maybe CMF change, but hard to really know where the money is coming from, for that, the crystal ball does come in handy.
dilution is utterly necessary on pinks.... shares are their 'cash.' If they become self supportive is the long term 'investor' gamble. to me utter nonsense as so few companies actually uplist. never invest in pinks. never believe the news. trade retail reaction (supports/resistances heavily relied upon. charts mean diddly when emotion is present.)
you too free man
that post has an eery resemblance to the African inheritance scam, send me a little money to help with this suit and we'll win millions.
at what pps can one put more faith in charting, or is it purely dependent on the exchange a security is traded on? I wonder due to certain exploratory mining companies I've been reading over being on the AMEX but that are priced under $1. I suppose mining isn't a great example of getting away from emotional influences.
Is it illegal and to what degree for lets say a ceo of company X to buy a shelved company Y for a few thousand dollars, imbue company Y with something of worth (such as a reseller agreement it had just acquired from a third company Z) and then have company X 'acquire' company Y for over 1M dollars worth of shares? Thanks for any insight into this scenario.
find out the date this exclusive reseller agreement went into effect between gone green and biochar now. On conjecture, it wouldn't be in the least surprising if that agreement went into effect 4/3/2014, or maybe a few days earlier. Nor would it be surprising if Gerald Pitts had sold that company to an individual a little before but around that date, who a little over 2 mos. later sold it to Vega.
no, these things wouldn't be surprising in the least.
bah, have a question but regardless of your answer, don't have the money to follow through. was in regards to creating my own run on a some cheap stock.
Example of coincidences that make me have to ask questions:

where did you get that the 200M shares given to Gone Green are restricted? Didn't read that in warrior kings sharing of his response from molen. just that they 'shouldn't hit the open market for a few months (paraphrased)' and that they are currently in cert form. so a little money and 200M shares went to gone green. Pitts had it for sale for $3k, so that accounts for the little bit of money... where did the 200M shares go? My personal theory still holds, but is still tentative.
see, thats the part of the whole thing that eludes me. the gone green website was only around a couple of months. without it, there is no other mention of this re-seller agreement. I have a theory as to whats going on but its based largely on my disbelief in coincidence. as such I'll keep it myself and see what happens. not all purchases of shelved companies are done for illicit purposes. and in the end 'evidently' vega owns the agreement now anyway (even if it did before too)
I'll refrain from noting who directed me to this article but it's in regards to shell and shelf corporations being prolific in cheyenne, wyoming. Gerald Pitts (previous owner/ceo/whatever of gone green as noted on the colorado secretary of state website) is mentioned.
I'm hoping to find something akin to public records regarding the purchase.
heh, well that answer i did google for.
Gone Green Inc. | Aged Shelf Corporation and LLC

It's no longer listed for sale, as... well, it's been bought within the last two months.
well... this is colorado, so they may be too high to get their addresses correct, even though reporting false information on these forms is considered perjury. As well as the fact gone green utilizes a registered agent with an office in boulder. and not sure why you're bringing up biochar now, have no issues with them. don't have any issues with vega. just find this ' acquisition ' interesting, and I enjoy looking for information. still got my little bit of shares to keep me involved.
wrong. going off the colorado secretary of state website.

changed to the davie FL adress, prior to that, the office was in cheyenne wyoming. owner is gerald pitts.
got the same address and map as you. must be why it was sold for under $3,000.
I hope they didn't actually say that they expected to uplisted soon. Even to get to the OTCQB will take several months such that even an end of year time frame would be difficult to achieve.
just noticed it cause of the that issuance of 105M shares the other day you had mentioned. the series B I don't know the terms of. it was mentioned early on when I was in the stock on the last spike, but at the time there wasn't any mention in the companies charter of series B at that time. haven't looked to see if they ever got around to amending that.
Is it of much importance that mine just traded $748,300 worth of debt for series B preferred shares?
be nice to see a repeat of 4/15-4/22. here's to hoping.
are you using equal amounts of capital or equal percentages of volume or is it just solely discretionary based on the stock your working with?
You had mentioned ARR recently. I had looked into REITs a little early on in my studies. What I either can't remember or didn't learn is can you set it up to automatically reinvest the dividends? Would I have to talk directly with armor to do that?
