ihssft, I would agree with the group that SYTE should hold regular board meetings and annual shareholders meetings.
Those are not the items that make me guarded about the group. From, Moore's blogsite, they seem to want to see other things besides regular board meetings and shareholder meetings. I dont see why a group would continue to accumulate many more shares after they first expressed their concerns about SYTE. One would think, if they feel SYTE's intentions are to never have further board meetings or annual meetings, then they would not want to invest further in such a company until they showed that they will do these things.
My guess is , if Frank came out tommorow and announced board meeting schedule and annual meeting, the group will still have a list of other things to complain about. The group mentioned they wanted to get a shareholder list from SYTE. Why do they need this? Why should one group of shareholders get a list of info about other shareholders? I dont think they deserve to get any list. That is a red flag for me as well at this point. Again , I may end up supporting this group at some point. But Right now I dont see that. But I observe the actions and if I feel their plan is just and make sense for "ALL" shareholders, then I could possibly support them in the future if I understand them better and agree with their plan.
I have observed how Frank manages a business. I know what I am getting with Frank. I dont know the group at all. I have watched Frank dig this company out of a stranglehold of death spiral convertable debentures which would kill most penny stock companies. He overcame those debentures that he inherited from former management years ago and he brought the company back to profitably. That didnt happen overnight but he persevered. If he can do that, I think he could eventually make this company a very strong company after he eventually overcomes the dial-up decline. I think he will do it. Maybe not as fast as "the group" wants to see it, but I think he can do it.
Dear ihsstf
Let me start by saying I do not think the SYTE management is perfect by any means. I have questioned many times over the many years I have owned this stock about various things. But I also have given them credit when they do good things as well. I complained about lack of communication to shareholders in the past. There have been periods of good communication and periods not so good. I was glad to see the shareholder online meeting last year. Trust me I will complain again in the future if they wait too long until another one or at least some pr's with company direction and updates as I feel the lack of that is a disrespect to shareholders.
What do I like about the company management? I like that they have kept costs down, always look for ways to reduce those costs, report profits and have not issued oodles of shares. I like that they diversified into real estate. It also gives me hope that he understands he must diversify out of dial-up and that maybe he will invest more and more heavily into real estate going forward or some other sector or technology.
As for the activist shareholders. I dont really have any animosity towards them but I would say more skepticism and not really knowing what their ultimate goal is. If the goal is to takeover the company, then I do not support them at all because I do not know what they will do with the company. I know how Frank operates the company having been a shareholder here for 14 years. I dont know what these guys would do.
If the group simply wants SYTE management to do the basic things they need to do under the law, then I agree with that. If the goal is to tell Frank how to run the company the way "they" want it run and to spend money the way "they" want to spend it. Then I cannot back them because I do not know what their plan is.
But red flags just go up for me when a group is complaining about the way management does things and how the company is run and then continues to accumulate more shares at the same time. That tells me they want something more than the company to simply communicate better. That tells me they might want to run or takeover the company. And I know nothing about them or what they would do so at this point I would favor current management.
I guess I can only turn the questions back to you and to the activist group.
1.) If you dont like the way the company is run, why does the group keep adding shares? You must like things about the company or you would not be adding shares. So list the things you really like about this company? Nobody buys that many shares in a company they do not like.
2.) List in totality , exactly the things you would like current management to do that would satisfy the group. Does the list simply include corporate governance things like shareholders meetings, proper filings etc? Or does the group also want to influence the way the company is actively managed as far as busisness decisions and how to invest the companies money and assets??
Again I dont have any animosity toward the group. This is America and they can do what they choose. But I do have some guardedness about them at this point. Maybe my view will change as I learn more about their entire intentions but at this point , I remain skeptical.
Nah, I dont think these chumps could afford it. At this pace it would take them another five to ten years to just own as many shares as the Erhartic's own let alone take a majority stake. My opinion is these guys thought they would buy a large chunk of shares and be able to throw there weight around. They now know different and are whining about it. There only hope is that a massive amount of shareholders join them to gain a majority and that ain't gonna happen.
Well well well, the Moore group added yet more shares of SYTE. Contrary to what he says about SYTE management, he must actually think Mr. E is doing a very good job with SYTE or he wouldnt be adding more shares. One doesnt knowingly keep adding shares if you think a company is run poorly. So dont keep adding shares and then bitch about the way the company is run. If you do, shame on you.
It sure is but maybe we will be pleasantly surprised one of these days. As you well know and I do as well , some of these type of plays take years to blossom and when they do, kaboom. I can wait and you strike me as the type that can wait as well. Maybe they will accept a buyout offer at some point from a larger player and that might force the buyer to buyout all of our shares at a much higher price
Best Regards
Day after election result, President suddenly gets a set and declares he will give six weeks for the house and senate to come up with immigration reform or he will take executive action. Why six weeks? Why not in the first six years?
I have no doubt he will now do this by executive action before year end. Even if he is presented reform that is exactly what he is asking for , I predict he will find fault and it will be executive action no matter what. Why? Because he does not intend to share this achievement with anyone. Its all about HIS legacy and politics again with this guy. He wants history to show HE alone did this. He does not want to make his own party vote on such an act. He will do this by executive order as he said yesterday and he will do it by executive order only. He has no intention of allowing or risking after January a Repub house and senate to pass any sort of immigration action that he might be put in a position to have to accept or reject. He doesnt have Harry Reed anymore to protect him from having to sign or not sign things.
So again why wait six weeks. Why not do it today? Why not before yesterdays election?? Because he is as usual a gutless politics first , nation second President. He chose that six week number very carefully. Because he wants to wait for the DECEMBER 6th run off in Louisiana to take place , just like he waited for last nights results before getting a set all of the sudden. No doubt he will take executive action shortly after the dec. 6th and before Christmas. If you believe in this so much Mr. President , do it today. No need to wait six weeks. Dont think the people, even many of those two/thirds he spoke about that didnt vote yesterday, dont see through this type of cowardly leadership. Maybe that it why so many stayed home.
I am aware of those who feel the stimulus is responsible for the lower unemployment rate and current stock market level and but I respectfully disagree and am with the camp who thinks it was the fed low interest rate environment and fed purchases that has us at todays numbers. Take those fed actions away and in my opinion you would see drastically different numbers today for the worse.
Contrary to those "experts" you cited, I believe the stimulus was used unwisely and was primarily used by this politics first administration to pay back political favors.
common_man I was brought up even as a young boy being told by my parents and elders that we were descendants of the Phoenicians. Its not a certainty that my people were directly from the Phoenicians but I have traced several hundred years of ancestry and parts of my ancestry were consistently in what is today Lebanon so there is a strong possibility that at least some of my ancestors were still there during the time of ancient Phoenicia . I have extensively studied Phoenician history and many writings about the Phoenician Empire. As a young man , I even strongly considered pursuing a career in archaeology because I was very interested in searching for remnants of the ancient civilizations of the region such as the Phoenicians, Caananites, the Assyrians, the Chaldeans, the Babylonians, the Sumerians, the Egyptians, the Persians, Greeks, Romans and others.
Fuagf,
Without the fed's low interest rate policy and market purchases which began under Bush and continued under Obama, this country would not have todays lower unemployment rate or stock market level. To be fair , I probably should not say Obama gets zero credit. He might be responsible for a half a percentage point decrease in unemployment and a small percentage influence on the stock market but it would be to ignore the obvious just for political point making to say it wasnt the fed who did most of the work.
Very little occurred due to both political parties selfishness and gridlock that aided in this weak recovery we have had. Without the fed actions we would be looking at far worse numbers today. I would strongly disagree with anyone who tries to argue otherwise. I think the low interest rate policy by the fed has been and continues to be very effective. I think the fed purchases have been very helpful as well to date but the jury is still out on the long term affect of those actions. The are tapering down those purchases significantly which I am happy about so we will see how this turns out long term.
Good to talk to you again as well fuagf. I don't have time to post much these days but I check in once in a while and enjoy this board and learn a lot as well. I dont always agree with everything posted but I respect the opinions of several here. Even an old dog like me can learn some new things. I dont claim to know everything but I study the markets and economics very closely and I dont agree with political hacks on either side who try to claim credit for this recovery. The fed did most of the work as the politicians continued to fight.
depression averted-( due to the fed, not Obama , see my previous post)
deficit reduced by two-thirds-(due to gridlock between both parties)
a Healthcare law that's working and lowering costs-(very debatable and longterm affect not clear. I have given credit for some parts of the bill like not denying pre-existing conditions and a few other parts. I agree this is his biggest achievment as far as he is concerned but the jury is still out on it overall)
2 women on the Supreme Court-(I have no problem with that)
Bin laden dead-(I am happy about that and believe any leader would have given same order)
stock market record highs-(all due to the fed, zero to Obama)
Unemployment down from 10.2% to 5.9%-(all due to the fed , zero to Obama)
gas prices down- (thanks to worldwide and domestic massive production increases. zero due to Obama.)
The people who voted yesterday focused on the many problems this country has been facing internally as well as the disasterous mess this administration has contributed further to in the middle east and elsewhere (in addition to what Bush did)
As for the lower unemployment rate and higher stock market price today that the president was bragging about on his campaign stops, the people know well that the president had absolutely ZERO to do with that. The people know that those things only have occurred due to the fed , not the president. The fed which began this policy at the end of the Bush admin. pumping trillions of dollars into the system is what has improved those numbers and nothing else, period. The president cannot point to one single thing he did to contribute to those numbers. It was all the fed and nothing else. These same numbers would exist today whether Bush was still president or anybody else. It was all the fed. And that is not to say the fed policy in the long run wont make things worse , but it is the feds actions that created todays numbers. This president has not passed one good economic package. These numbers are all due to Bernanke and continued by Yellin. The people know this.
No dropdeadfred it was still due to Bush.......and Obama together.
Bush contributed to this gop success because he did the correct thing and had kept his stupid moronic mouth shut for the past six years. He made a mess of things so he helped by keeping his trap shut. Its Obama's fault as well because he has been every bit as bad as Bush and maintained many of Bush's flawed policies as well as making a bunch of new messes with his ineptness.
Rooster I dont know what you are talking about? How can the repubs taking the Senate "shut down" the president? He has hardly done a damm thing the way it was with a democratic senate. Harry Reed sat on pretty much everything sent to the senate and did not allow a vote on most. Pretty much nothing ever got to the Presidents desk so how is this change going to shut him down when he has already been in shut down mode?? Hell, he hardly produced a thing even when the dems held the house and senate during his first years.
Nothing is going to change now either rooster. The only difference is the President will now get more things sent to him from the senate to either sign or reject. Your shut down theory holds no water. He and Reed were already in shut down.
Jimmy Carter slams Obama on IS. Pile-on week at White House?
Former president Jimmy Carter's criticism of President Obama's handling of the expansion of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria sound awfully similar to accusations of his own presidential failings. Is this a case of the pot calling the kettle black?
Christian Science Monitor
By Peter Grier 9 hours ago
First this week it was Leon Panetta, former secretary of Defense. Now it’s former President Jimmy Carter who’s bashing President Obama’s approach to the Islamic State takeover of territory in Syria and Iraq.

Obama’s ISIS Strategy Will Be His Jimmy Carter Moment The Fiscal Times
In an interview with the Fort Worth Star Telegram at a local Habitat for Humanity building site, Mr. Carter said it’s hard to figure out exactly what Mr. Obama’s doing in the Middle East.
“It changes from time to time,” Carter told the Star Telegram. “I noticed that two of his secretaries of Defense, after they got out of office, were very critical of the lack of positive action on the part of the president.”
Recommended: How much do you know about the Islamic State?
Carter’s referring there to Mr. Panetta and his predecessor, Robert Gates. Both men have published books critical of some aspects of Obama’s decision-making, particularly the president’s reluctance to support moderate rebel factions in the Syrian civil war.
Carter echoed their main point.
“We waited too long,” Carter told Star Telegram writer Jim Jones. “We let the Islamic State built up its money, capability, and strength and weapons while it was still in Syria. Then when [it] moved into Iraq, the Sunni Muslims didn’t object to their being there and about a third of the territory in Iraq was abandoned.”
The nation’s 39th chief executive also took a swipe at the administration’s reliance on covert drone strikes, noting that four of the militants killed by drones were American citizens. That’s unconstitutional, Carter said.
Carter’s critique of Obama’s foreign policy isn’t ground-breaking, per se. Lots of people, including former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, have expressed frustration that Obama didn’t move quicker to back some factions in the anti-Assad fight in an effort to keep IS from growing in power.
But the fact that it’s Jimmy Carter saying these things has drawn lots of attention on Wednesday. Carter’s critics said much the same thing back in the day. Why didn’t he move faster to confront Iran during the hostage crisis? Why didn’t he order a more robust rescue operation? Jibes like that.
Thus there’s a lot of “whoa, when Jimmy Carter is criticizing your foreign policy, you’re in trouble” sentiment on social media. It’s like Bill Buckner criticizing your fielding ability, apparently.
Right-leaning commentators were particularly brutal.
“When it gets to pnt that Carter is attacking u, u’ve pretty much hit rock bottom,” tweeted Ana Navarro, a former John McCain campaign official and CNN contributor.
When it gets to pnt that Carter is attacking u, u've pretty much hit rock bottom. "Carter: Obama blew it on ISIL" http://t.co/Hpmi8kcRzb— Ana Navarro (@ananavarro) October 8, 2014
All this might be causing Obama to sit in the Oval Office grumbling about piling on by people who he thought were on his side. Gates, sure, he’s a Republican. But Panetta? Jimmy Carter?
If given the chance, Obama might point out to Carter that earlier this month he (Carter) defended himself on the Iran issue by saying he could have won reelection by wiping Tehran off the map but instead exercised prudent restraint. Eventually the US hostages came home safe.
So the current president might tell the former one that maybe action for the sake of action isn’t always the right answer, is it?
Also, Obama may wish he could take back that greeting he sent out on Oct. 1, the day Carter turned 90.
“Wishing President Jimmy Carter a very happy birthday,” tweeted Obama from the official Democratic account, over a picture that shows the two men, formally dressed, deep in some sort of serious conversation.

He is very knowledgeable and I would back him over anyone on both sides of the aisle. He is the one guy that I can really get behind. Ive been thoroughly disappointed by my lifelong party (the dems) for quite a while and with the republicans many of whom I have backed in recent years were just as bad if not worse. I have long respected Jim Webb since the days he served under Reagan to his days as a Democratic Virgina Senator where I really appreciated the stands he took on the issues.
I like that he marches to his own drummer. That's what appeals to me most about him. I'm tired of these "party" guys and gals from on both sides.
I think his public speaking is just fine. I find him very interesting to listen to when he speaks. He is very knowledgeable on a broad range of issues.
I will support him over every mentioned possible candidate Ive heard about on both sides. I liked him as a Senator and I think he is a strong leader. I really hope he runs.
Oh Lord! Not Cuomo. He is awful. Jim Webb any day of the week over Cuomo.
Ex-Sen. Jim Webb 'seriously looking' at presidential bid
By Peter Sullivan

Former Sen. Jim Webb (D-Va.) said Tuesday that he is "seriously looking" at the possibility of running for president.
Webb is a former Navy secretary and Marine who fought in Vietnam. In comments at the National Press Club, he framed himself as someone able to work with both parties to get things done, and spoke out about the danger of interventions in the Middle East.
"We've had a lot of discussion among people that I respect and trust about the future of the country and we are going to continue having these discussions over the next four or five months," Webb said when asked about running for president in a question-and-answer session after his speech.
"And I'm seriously looking at the possibility of running for president. But we want to see if there's a support base from people who would support the programs that we're interested in pursuing," he said.
Webb campaigned last month in Iowa for the Senate bid of Rep. Bruce Braley (D), a move seen as inching toward a presidential run, but he has not been included in most early presidential polls.
There has been some speculation that Webb could run as an independent, but he indicated that if he enters the race it will be as a Democrat.
"The answer is I'm a Democrat," he said. "I have strong reasons for being a Democrat. Basically if you want true fairness in society, you want to give a voice in the corridors of power for the people who otherwise would not have it, I believe that will come from the Democratic Party. And we're taking a hard look, and we'll get back to you in a few months."
Asked about Hillary Clinton, the clear front-runner for the Democratic nomination if she runs, and whether she is responsible for the foreign policy missteps Webb cited, he demurred.
"I'm not here to undermine her," he said. "I'm here just to explain where my concerns are as someone whose been involved in military and foreign policy all of my life."
Asked about President Obama's decision to launch strikes against Sunni militants in Syria, Webb said "I would say that is legal. That is legal."
But he then added: "The question of judgment would remain to be seen."
"We have to deal with our national security in a way that makes sure that we do not get entangled on the ground again," he said.
Webb portrayed himself as a bipartisan leader by praising both Franklin Roosevelt, a liberal hero, and Ronald Reagan, a conservative, as able to get things done in Washington.
"Ronald Reagan came in, he was a leader, some of my Democratic friends don't like it when I say that," Webb said. "He had a vision where he wanted to take the country and things started moving again."
Webb expressed mixed feelings about the Affordable Care Act, saying that he voted with Republicans 18 times on amendments to try to improve the bill.
He said it needs to be changed, but "I don't regret voting in favor of it."

He should actually be pressured by all sides to resign immediately over such idiotic , uninformed racist comments. If not, this is a case were impeachment actually should be applied.
Stephanie with the 12 hours up, do you think Hamas should fire rockets first or wait for Israel to begin attacking further first or doesn't it matter? Obviously no Hamas/Iranian rocket will land in Israel because of their defense system but do you think Hamas should fire anyway first after the 12 hours? just curious
Let us hope the incredible suffering of the innocent Palestinians of Gaza and also the innocent Christians of Iraq who are being robbed beaten and killed and asked to convert to Islam or die will end soon with the help of wiser men and cooler heads.
Saints , I am not a teabagger but I do disagree with Obama quite a bit (agree with him occasionally) but I dont want him impeached. Just want him to do a better job and actually pray for him to do a good job for all of us. Hate gets you nowhere.
Yeah and Joe Biden probably thought they worked at a 7-Eleven or owned a Dunkin Donut franchise as he said in the past. You are right , what a bunch of clowns.
The State Dept. said the same thing a year ago about Hafez Assad in Syria and you see how that went. Assad is stronger than ever and has the rebels on their heels. Lets hope the State Dept. finally gets something right because we sure as hell need Maliki out of there if the dinar is to have any hope at all in the future
They are indeed and they are going to create a social media monster imho. Actually already a monster with 67 million plus users. Now all the pieces being put together to monetize and bring in revenue. This will be a takeover candidate for massive bucks in a year or so if they take full advantage of their growing user numbers.
This is a high speculation play but it has the potential for monster returns and I am gambling some of my las vegas money that they are going to make this a HUGE success.
By far and away the very best penny stock gamble I can find these days
Thats when you will start buying again. After you take it down to .15 and my strong guess is it will get there
Yep thats right. You asked for one ever(ever includes 200 years). I gave you one. Have a nice evening
haha , oh I see how it works. Thanks for explaining that deep theory.
That must be why Reagan enjoyed such popularity with Americans. Because he was a life long democrat before he became a Republican.
I dont know about rooster but thats why I say Fuck the Democrats lol
Actually I say Fuck the Dems and Repubs. I am not sure which is worse
Well I know that one repub pushed to help the lowest class at the time. Lincoln who pushed vigorously to free the slaves
Mr. Moore I give the same challenge to you. Communicate with all shareholders via press or blog or other method and explain your vision and why you think you and your groups efforts will be best for ALL SHAREHOLDERS.
Your filings and blogs have what I see as some minor complaints and debatable issues toward Frank and his management of SYTE. The main thing I can see is you want to see more , the books, shareholder info and other info. It gives the appearance that you are more on a search mission to see what else you might be able to dig up that you can criticize Frank about that you can't currently criticize him on.
Tell us all your plan now, the group obviously has a plan because they keep adding shares of this so-called poorly governed company so tell us all this grand plan. Your previous writings have always been very praiseworthy of SYTE and SYTE management. What changed in such a short time? Are you a board member even a year yet? Did you learn something about SYTE in this short period that you don't like or did they learn something about you?
I wish you and your group the very best if your plan truly will help ALL SYTE shareholders but I dont fully understand the plan yet and see plenty of different scenarios where this public conflict between a board member, his group and the Company can be very bad for shareholder value. Tell us the grand plan and you may be the one that gets more support than you thought. There are some large shareholders and a lot of medium and small holders on the sidelines that only want the best for SYTE. If your plan makes the most sense , then I think the majority of SYTE shareholders will recognize this as they are a smart bunch. I'll support anything that makes clear sense to me that isnt overly risky that will maximize share value for all shareholders including you , me and Frank himself. But you must understand that there will be some skepticism until your plan is clearly spelled out.
best regards
Frank Erhartic, if you are reading this, NO REVERSE SPLITS! Dont let anyone talk or bully you into it. Just give us profitable quarters, even if they are small and eventually the real estate will appreciate, rentals will increase etc.
Dont make it easier for the company to be hijacked with reverse splits.
Slow and steady wins the race. Ive seen penny stock after penny stock go bust over the years and you are still standing. Most of them that go bust do so because they employ impatient get rich quick risky strategies.
You need to figure out the best way to transition out of internet (if you already haven't) while getting the most bang for the buck out of it. I like the transition into real estate. Maybe a transition into another sector as well to be diverse.
Just communicate with shareholders throughout the year and I am sure most will continue to support the common sense approach you have always taken. Dont let any "group" keep you from communicating by way of press release to ALL shareholders on all topics. You may just find you have a lot more support than you think. As long as you communicate with shareholders, you are in the drivers seat. The chat was great, lets have another this year and some pr's as well. Maybe even one addressing this "group" and the company position on it. Don't let them define you. You define yourself and Sitestar as you have always done in the past.
If that is the plan giff, and I don't know that to be the case, then I would back Frank one million percent and encourage him not to give up any of the company assets to these guys and to fight them tooth and nail. If they want out of their investment or if things arent happening fast enough for them, then they are going to need to sell their shares on the open market like any of us would have to. Those real estate and internet assets are the assets of ALL OF US SHAREHOLDERS and not a select few. If any legal dispute arises and this is an issue, I would encourage all shareholders to chime into the court and express our opposition to any select few shareholders getting any special benefits or considerations. It is either equal for all shareholders or nothing as far as I am concerned.
Let them sell their shares on the open market if things dont move fast enough for them here. I'm always happy to pick up .01 shares if they become available. But they are not going to get any real estate for their alleged troubles and if they do, the court is going to have to divide up the proceeds of any assets equally among ALL SHAREHOLDERS
The only thing that puzzles me is that the Moore group, Kiel, and the funds say in filings how badly the company is managed yet they keep buying shares. One doesn't load up on badly managed companies. Yes they owned shares before the conflict, but now they keep buying. Keep buying into a badly managed company with zero possibility of gaining a majority shareholder position over the Erhartics?? Doesn't sound like a very good investment for those who invest in those hedge funds? Matter a fact I can only see share price going down if this conflict gets ugly.
Cant speak for giff, mr. rooster but I am waiting to see exactly what he(moore) has in mind and I still have not seen it yet
giff
Believe me I have no intention of jumping on anyones bandwagon unless I fully understand what their goals are here and make an assessment of how it would affect ALL shareholders. That is why I asked him the questions I did.
But I also like to keep an open mind and wanted to hear their plan as maybe something they have in mind for SYTE would make sense to me. But thus far from what I have read in the pirates filings and blogs I don't have a clear vision yet. I read about some of their complaints. I also read about them wanting to get info from Frank/the company but I don't know what they want to do with it. They seem to indicate they want to do some things differently with the internet business and real estate holdings. Who is to say they know better than Frank how to run a company? I don't know the answer to that. If they showed all shareholders a plan of exactly what they would do with the company , maybe I will side with them if I like their plan. Or maybe I will want no part of them. I'll watch with interest to see if they give ALL shareholders a better understanding of their plan or if this is all for THEM.
I think we need to hear from the old gang , you , me , dandy, idatrees and the rest to weigh in on this. Heck maybe even ole blubberbooty (don't know if you remember him giff).
Great company even without the stake in Alibaba but will likely see a nice pop if Alibaba has a good IPO
I also find it interesting that some of the people listed in Mr. Moore's request letter to Mr. Erhartic, added significant amounts of shares just this year. If one is concerned about a badly managed company then why buy that many shares this year?? Most people sell when they think a company is being managed badly.
To me , the bad management thing is secondary in this groups mind. This is about a takeover attempt. I simply would like to know what their direction and goals would be for the company in terms of the real estate , internet division ect. If you are trying to takeover, you need to explain publicly what would make you guys better for all of the shareholders?
Hi Mr. Moore I will not call you because I am not going to put myself at risk to any insider trading issues. You as a director of SYTE are considered a company insider. I dont want to discuss anything privately with you about your plans. Anything you say as an insider should be said or written publicly for all shareholders to be able to access.
You may have legitimate complaints about SYTE having to refile and have annual shareholder meetings which i would love to attend in person. As for you as a director and shareholder wanting Frank to sell or rent or buy more properties or to sell or grow the internet division I would have to know more about your ideas and where you see it taking Sitestar and shareholder value. I would like to see your roadmap to how SYTE becomes more valuable and the timeframe. You have only been a director for a short while. Frank has been there awhile. Sometimes slow and steady wins the race. Slow and steady also loses the race very often as well so Frank isnt necessarily right either. You may have a lot of big ideas but I have seen many with big ideas and not much patience go bankrupt in a hurry. Again you may have the right ideas and I may end up supporting all of your views but I would like to know more and learn about it publicly.
I would like to know why you and your group wish to obtain a shareholder list and what you intend to do with it?
Mr. Bill I agree with everything you say about Maliki except that I dont think he will go easily or anytime soon. He will be propped up by Iran. I agree he has been the problem in Iraq from the beginning. If he does go or is forced out , then this might still be hope for Iraq but as long as he stays in and Iran helps him stay there, Iraq will be a disaster. I hope you are right and I am wrong but i dont see him leaving anytime soon
MJ, this stock Keek will trade many multiples higher in the future in my opinion. This stock holds the chance for most appreciation of any stock I have seen in a long long time. .17 today, I own at a dime and plan to hold for dollars
