The net income divided by outstanding shares equals approx .21 cents per share. Now if we give this a very low earnings per share ration of just 5x which is low for this industry, this should have a value of at least $1.00 per share right now imho.
A reasonable 10x earnings ratio would equate to $2.00 per share. And many in this industry have a higher ratio than that.
Plus this company is showing nice year over year growth and profitability

Look at the last 10-k Annual filing made by EGXP (now PRMD ) many many years ago. The insiders owned about 1.5 million of the 3 million outstanding shares. They could not have sold many or any shares over those years because almost no shares traded (very little). Now did the former EGXP insiders turn over their shares as part of this deal to PRMD execs in exchange for taking over the shell or did the former insiders get paid for the shell and still get to keep their shares? I would think the new leadership would likely have to get those shares. Thats why I am eager to see filings to see how the deal was structured. Either way the float is super thin at 3 million outstanding. If the new execs got the shares, its unlikely they would be selling any anytime soon as they want to control majority of stock. That would mean the effective float may only be about 1.5 million shares. Micro thin .

I dont buy the 8 million revenue figure. Sites like konaequity dont have the real numbers. They usually pull this from credit agencies who are usually way off or outdated. With at least 9 locations and maybe more , my guess and its just a guess is that they might do roughly 3 to 5 million per location each year. I guess if they do a financial filing with the SEC , that should give us the real number. Im guessing its much higher that 8 mil. My guess would be $25 to 50 million. If they made a small profit of just 300k per year (it could be more or it could be a loss) , 300k with our small float and a low price per earnings ratio could mean a much higher share price. Now maybe it will show they lose money but I doubt it. Most medical clinics make a fortune. I guess they make at least $300k profit and that could be really low. We shall see. Go PRMD !

Debbie Schlussel, a former Fox News guest, appeared on a local radio show on Friday and recounted an incident where Sean Hannity purportedly asked her to a hotel, and when she rebuffed his advances, she claims, she was ostracized by the network star. Now, in an interview with LawNewz.com on Monday morning, Schlussel is denying that she was ever sexually harassed by Sean Hannity. Following the radio interview on Friday, Hannity issued a strongly worded statement denying Schlussel’s claims, and says he plans to take legal action against Schlussel for possible libel.

“LET ME BE CLEAR THE COMMENTS ABOUT ME ON A RADIO SHOW THIS WEEK by this individual ARE 100% false and a complete fabrication,” Hannity said in a statement obtained by LawNewz.com. “This individual is a serial harasser who has been lying about me for well over a decade. The individual has a history of making provably false statements against me in an effort to slander, smear and besmirch my reputation. The individual has not just slandered me over the years but many people who this individual disagrees with.”

Schlussel responded to Hannity’s legal threats, telling LawNewz.com she believed they were “laughable,” and that she is also contemplating countersuing him based on his statements on Sunday in which he called her a “serial harasser.”

“It’s defamatory,” Schussel said, “Everything I said was true, and truth is an absolute bar to defamation. He on the other hand has a murky record on truth.”

The accuser has a history of making allegations against Hannity. Back in 2010, Schlussel, who Gawker claimed at the time was a “crazy birther blogger,” wrote a blog post claiming that the “Freedom Alliance,” a war veteran charity, which is supported by Hannity, was skimming donations, and was all a “huge scam.”

According to a 2010 letter obtained by LawNewz.com, Thomas Kilgannon, the charity’s founder and president, fired back in a note to donors: “the blog posting accuses our friend Sean Hannity of personally benefiting from Freedom Alliance. This is FALSE. Freedom Alliance has never provided planes, hotels, cars, limos, or anything else to Sean. Sean gets nothing from Freedom Alliance except our gratitude for his personal generosity and for all he has done to help the troops and our organization.” Hannity has reportedly donated more than a million dollars to the charity over the last several years.

On Schlussel’s blog, she has garnered a reputation for making sensational statements, including calling Robin Wiliams “selfish” for committing suicide.

I thought it had great potential if they could figure out how to monetize it and thought they could be a potential buyout candidate just based on the subscribers alone. I have been holding ever since.

Itwaru , bringing Peeks to he table here goes way beyond my initial hopes for this company and is helping the company to evolve far beyond my original projection possibilities. I think I have a solid longterm winner here and will continue to hold or be forced to cash in at some point should a buyout occur.

Would you care to guess which one of the grieving parents is the toast of the mainstream media, lionized from sea to shining sea, a model to us all, and which one is, well, Patricia Smith?

Her son Sean was murdered in 2012 in Benghazi. She told her story to the nation at the Republican rather than the Democrat convention, and these are some of the responses she got from Hillary’s bought-and-paid-for rumpswabs in the in-the-satchel mainstream media.

“I don’t care how that woman felt,” said Comrade Chris Matthews on MSNBC.

“A cynical exploitation of grief,” sniffed the Nation.

The Washington Post tut-tutted that what Mrs. Smith represented was “an early dip into the gutter.”

The New Yorker called her speech “the weaponization of grief.”

“A spectacle so offensive,” said Comrade Chris’ pal Rachel Maddow, “it was hard to even comprehend.”

A writer for GQ (who knew they were even still in business?) said he wanted “to beat her to death.”

What a difference it makes to have a “D” rather than an “R” after your name. If only Patricia Smith had put the blast on Donald Trump, she would have been speaking truth to power. She’d be on the shortlist for a Profiles in Courage award, maybe even the Nobel Peace Prize.

But instead she blamed Hillary, and that made her the snake at the garden party, the turd in the punch bowl. How dare she! Blasphemy!

Look, I’m not excusing Donald Trump’s rude response on Twitter to the Khans. But c’mon. After all, it wasn’t Donald Trump who loudly clamored to ship the late Capt. Khan off to Iraq. Then New York Sen. Hillary Clinton did.

When it came to invading Iraq, the Senate Democrats were so overcome with blood lust that they scheduled a second roll call, so the malingerers could be rounded up and recorded in favor of what they were soon denouncing as Bush-Lied-People-Died jingoism.

If only Trump had responded with Democrat-like compassion, if only he had said something to the Khans about the death of their son like, “What difference, at this point, does it make?”

Trump handled it badly, no question. But no matter what he said, Hillary’s press-credentialed common nightwalkers of the media were going to throw everything at him but the kitchen sink.

And now we see it happen again. Khizr Khan is a national treasure. Patricia Smith is a national disgrace.

If you cant admit that when the FBI deems something to be classified from the start , that they don't make certain that its marked as such so that there is no doubt as to its classification, then I cannot help you. My proof is the head of the FBI Comey. If he says they were classified AT THE TIME THEY WERE SENT OR RECEIVED, I am quite certain they were stamped or marked as such.
